Governor-elect Josh Shapiro announced he is ready to restrict fracking and energy development in Pennsylvania following his win on Tuesday.

According to Jeff Flock on FOX Business Network, Shapiro is going to crack down on the state’s vibrant energy sector.

As Attorney General in the state, Shapiro investigated fracking companies in the state which resulted in charges against a couple of drilling companies.

Shapiro now says he supports the recommendations from the state’s investigation that includes:

** Expand “no-drill” permits making if more difficult to produce natural gas
** Disclose fracking chemicals so companies can be targeted with lawsuits
** Regulate smaller oil and gas pipeline

According to Jeff Flock there are 500,000 jobs in Pennsylvania linked to the oil sector producing $800 billion to the economy. (That number seems a high)

The U.S. fracking revolution has caused natural gas prices to drop 47 percent compared to what the price would have been prior to the fracking revolution in 2013.

A 2020 study found that a fracking ban would increase annual household energy costs by over $600 per year.

Frank Luntz, California Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s roommate, says President Trump needs to go away.

The day after the 2022 Midterms, amid more Democrat election fraud, Kevin McCarthy’s roommate, Frank Luntz was invited on Morning Joe.

Luntz famously cheered for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Election and posted an infamous Election Day tweet.

It’s time for Frank Luntz and Kevin McCarthy to step aside.

Their hatred for the country and Americans who want free and fair elections, equal justice in the Justice Department, low-inflation, no wars, secure borders, fair trade, energy policy, and peace in the world is over.

Maricopa County has admitted in a new statement that 70 out of 223 voting centers were impacted by the election day debacle, where tabulators failed the moment that polls opened on Tuesday.

The Gateway Pundit reported that tabulators in Republican districts across Maricopa County were not working when the polls opened at 6 am, and voters were being told to place their ballots in a separate bin referred to as “box 3” to be counted later on.

Voters were stuck waiting several hours in several Republican districts due to Katie Hobbs and the Maricopa County officials’ incompetence and malfeasance.

As we reported, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Bill Gates and County Recorder Stephen Richer claimed that about 20% of the vote centers were experiencing these serious issues that disenfranchised Republican voters.

Now, they’ve come out again, claiming that this issue affected 70 vote centers out of their 223. This equates to over 30%.

Maricopa County is still “counting” the ballots from Tuesday’s election, with hundreds of thousands remaining to be counted. They appear to be slow-walking the process to demoralize Republicans or rig the vote.

The Gateway Pundit reported last night that Maricopa County and Pima County released another dump of early mail-in ballots, which gave Democrat Kris Mayes a lead over Abe Hamadeh and increased Katie Hobbs’ lead by a fraction of a percent.

Maricopa County released the following statement claiming they will investigate their own department again to find the “root cause of this issue.”

Maricopa County reports that 17,000 votes were placed in “box 3,” the separate bin where ballots were stuffed on election day.

These ballots are expected to lean nearly 100% Republican. However, as Kelli Ward noted, they want us to believe that only 17,000 ballots were affected by this issue that affected tens or hundreds of thousands of voters.

These ballots were transported to be counted at the Maricopa County Election Center.

We have no idea how many ballots were dropped in box 3 because they were not tabulated on site like they were supposed to be. They could have removed and added whatever votes they wanted to.

Maricopa County Elections Department announced today that they are “processing all of the ballots that were dropped off on Election Day.”

Arizona (69.72% reporting) is one of four states that are significantly behind in reporting their gubernatorial results.  The other three are Alaska (80%), Nevada (83%) and Oregon (72%), according to Fox News elections reporting.

Notably, in Nevada, gubernatorial candidate Joe Lombardo (R) is leading by almost 4% over incumbent Steve Sisolak and in Oregon, gubernatorial candidate Christine Drazan is trailing by less than 3%.

The official tweet includes a link to watch a “live-stream” of the vote-counting process and other procedures in an attempt at transparency.  However, the camera feed consistently goes dark after just several seconds of viewing.

The responses to this “update” include concerns about the significant delays in counting, similar to the 2020 election, and calls for a declaration of the total remaining number of ballots in the name of transparency and security.

In another bizarre timeline, Maricopa picked the ballots to be “audited”.  Much like 2020, they chose the ballots to audit before they were done counting?

If you remember this testimony from 2020, not only did this observer claim that Dominion ran the processes, including the selection of the boxes, but she stated that the audit boxes were chosen before they were done counting.

In the testimony she says:

“I also participated in the random ballot selection for hand audit, picking the ballots…determining which bin we were going to select.  And even that, Dominion had ran the reports for…They knew exactly what was in the hand audit boxes….And they also knew when we pulled the last box, which was probably 8 days before they quit counting ballots.“

How can you conduct an audit when you haven’t finished tabulating the vote?

Why is a state like Florida with 21.5 million people done on election night before midnight, but Arizona, with 7 million people is just now getting to Election Day drop off ballots?

John Bolton, the former assistant to the president for National Security Affairs, mocked the First Amendment as he had a reporter dragged from his event for asking questions about Iraq, Afghanistan, and WikiLeaks.

Independent journalist Tayler Hansen was forcefully removed from the event for asking Bolton how we are supposed to trust him when he lied about WMD‘s, war crimes in Afghanistan, and celebrated when Assange was arrested.

As Hansen was being dragged away, the neoconservative hawk joked to the crowd that it was “another example of the First Amendment at work.”

Following the incident, Hansen tweeted, “#FreeJulianAssange” and “real journalists expose war crimes.”

Hansen told the Gateway Pundit that he was in the process of filing a police report against staff that assaulted him when reached for comment.

“When I saw that John Bolton planned to speak in Irving Texas, I couldn’t help myself,” Hansen told TGP. “There were so many things I could have said to him considering his long list of baggage and crimes against humanity— I decided to confront him regarding his lies about WMD’s, the role he played in covering up war crimes in Afghanistan, and most importantly how he celebrated when Assange was ultimately arrested.”

Hansen added, “John Bolton should be the one locked up, not Julian Assange— Journalism is not a crime.”

Assange has been held at Belmarsh prison in London since April 2019, as the US government works to extradite him. He is currently facing charges under the Espionage Act for publishing the Iraq and Afghan War Logs.

If convicted, Assange could face a maximum sentence of 175 years in prison for publishing the leaked materials.

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor rejected an emergency appeal from New York City workers who lost their jobs due to Mayor Adams’ Covid vaccine mandate.

Firefighters, teachers, police officers and other city workers are still being discriminated against and their religious exemptions to the Covid vaccine are being rejected.

A group representing city workers filed an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court while the case makes its way through the lower courts.

Sotomayor rejected the emergency application on Thursday without comment.

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor on Thursday rejected an appeal from New York City workers who are challenging the city’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

The workers include firefighters, teachers, police officers, sanitation workers and others who lost their jobs after the city rejected their request for a religious exemption to the COVID vaccine mandate. They filed an emergency application to Sotomayor requesting that the court temporarily stop the city from enforcing the vaccine mandate while the group challenges the city in a lower court.

Lawyers from the Alliance Defending Freedom, a civil rights law firm representing the workers, said in their filing that while they await a decision from the Second Circuit, their clients “are suffering the loss of First Amendment rights, are facing deadlines to move out of homes in foreclosure or with past-due rents, are suffering health problems due to loss of their city health insurance and the stress of having no regular income, and resorting to food stamps and Medicaid just to keep their families afloat.”

“As we write in our emergency application for stay, these city heroes have dedicated their lives to serving their neighbors and keeping their city running safely and efficiently, yet New York City officials suspended and fired them because they cannot take the COVID-19 vaccine without violating their sincere religious beliefs,” Bursch told Fox News Digital at the time of the filing. “But for athletes, entertainers and strippers, the city found a way to loosen its mandate.”

“The city never justified why an unvaccinated stripper can spend hours in close proximity to customers in an indoor venue, while a city sanitation worker cannot pick up refuse, outside, with virtually no person-to-person contact absent a vaccination that violates his religious convictions,” the brief said.

An 18-year-old man is accused of threatening to attack Jewish people and a synagogue.

Authorities say Omar Alkattoul used social media to send a manifesto with threats to the Jewish community.

He was arrested in New Jersey Thursday, according to The Department of Justice.

“No one should be targeted for violence or with acts of hate because of how they worship,” U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said.

The threat prompted a warning from the FBI in Newark earlier this month.

Yoel Roth was the Global Head of Safety & Integrity at Twitter. According to the org chart, he led Twitter’s policy and threat investigation teams responsible for a wide range of security, authenticity, and content issues, including platform manipulation, misinformation, election security, data privacy, and user identity.

According to Heavy, Roth is behind Twitter’s controversial fact-checking initiative that targeted President Donald Trump’s tweets about election fraud.

In the past, Roth has stated that members of the Trump administration are Nazis, called Trump a racist tangerine, compared Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway to Joseph Goebbels, and labeled those who live in “fly over states” as racists.

A reporter asked Joe Biden’s Affirmative Action spokeswoman how Biden assesses the state of US democracy after so many ‘election deniers’ are being elected.

Karine Jean-Pierre said ‘democracy is still under threat’ and hinted at another purge in 2024.

Recall, Joe Biden went into hiding on Tuesday as Marc Elias and the Democrat machine got to work stealing races across the country.

The GOP is expected to take the House with a razor thin majority and the senate is still a toss up.

Karine Jean-Pierre said there is still work to be done because ‘one election will not change’ everything.
