A transgender was elected to the Minnesota House in District 66A in this year’s midterm election.

Leigh Finke won in a landslide with 81% of the vote – or 15,635 votes, Fox News reported.

Finke will serve St. Paul, Falcon Heights, Roseville, and Lauderdale.

“In the last two years, we’ve been seeing just a marked increase in the coordinated attacks against trans people and trans communities in the United States and in Minnesota,” he said. “I just felt like it was absolutely essential to have someone from our community in those rooms.”

“Many stories will be written about Minnesota’s elections. One undeniable story is the rise of Queer Political Power. 11 LGBTQ Candidates for the legislature: 11 victories. In those 11 victories are many firsts. Let’s. Make. Trouble. Onward!” Leigh Finke said.

Joe Biden on Wednesday crawled out of his basement to deliver remarks on the 2022 midterms.

Joe Biden gloated after the Democrats did better than expected.

“It was a good day, I think, for democracy,” said Biden.

Biden answered questions from a pre-approved list of reporters.

Joe Biden was cocky and defiant during the Q & A session of his presser after Marc Elias and the Democrat machine worked to steal races across the country.

Biden said the overwhelming majority of Americans are happy with record high inflation and soaring gas prices.

“The overwhelming majority of the American people support my economic agenda… I’m confident these policies are working,” said Biden.

A reporter asked Joe Biden about the abysmal exit polls showing 75% of Americans are unhappy with the state of the union.

7 in 10 voters are unhappy with the state of the nation and largely negative on Joe Biden, according to CNN exit polls.

“75% of people say the country is heading in the wrong direction… What do you intend to do differently?” the reporter asked Biden.

“Nothing because they’re just finding out what we’re doing,” said Biden.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Mark Zuckerberg’s announcement that large-scale layoffs at Facebook (META) were planned.

On Wednesday, Zuckerberg shared his letter to the 11,000 he fired as the Holidays approach.

Today I’m sharing some of the most difficult changes we’ve made in Meta’s history. I’ve decided to reduce the size of our team by about 13% and let more than 11,000 of our talented employees go. We are also taking a number of additional steps to become a leaner and more efficient company by cutting discretionary spending and extending our hiring freeze through Q1.

I want to take accountability for these decisions and for how we got here. I know this is tough for everyone, and I’m especially sorry to those impacted.

How did we get here?

At the start of Covid, the world rapidly moved online and the surge of e-commerce led to outsized revenue growth. Many people predicted this would be a permanent acceleration that would continue even after the pandemic ended. I did too, so I made the decision to significantly increase our investments. Unfortunately, this did not play out the way I expected. Not only has online commerce returned to prior trends, but the macroeconomic downturn, increased competition, and ads signal loss have caused our revenue to be much lower than I’d expected. I got this wrong, and I take responsibility for that.

In this new environment, we need to become more capital efficient. We’ve shifted more of our resources onto a smaller number of high priority growth areas — like our AI discovery engine, our ads and business platforms, and our long-term vision for the metaverse. We’ve cut costs across our business, including scaling back budgets, reducing perks, and shrinking our real estate footprint. We’re restructuring teams to increase our efficiency. But these measures alone won’t bring our expenses in line with our revenue growth, so I’ve also made the hard decision to let people go.

How will this work?

There is no good way to do a layoff, but we hope to get all the relevant information to you as quickly as possible and then do whatever we can to support you through this.

Everyone will get an email soon letting you know what this layoff means for you. After that, every affected employee will have the opportunity to speak with someone to get their questions answered and join information sessions.

Some of the details in the US include:

Severance. We will pay 16 weeks of base pay plus two additional weeks for every year of service, with no cap.
PTO. We’ll pay for all remaining PTO time.
RSU vesting. Everyone impacted will receive their November 15, 2022 vesting.
Health insurance. We’ll cover the cost of healthcare for people and their families for six months.
Career services. We’ll provide three months of career support with an external vendor, including early access to unpublished job leads.
Immigration support. I know this is especially difficult if you’re here on a visa. There’s a notice period before termination and some visa grace periods, which means everyone will have time to make plans and work through their immigration status. We have dedicated immigration specialists to help guide you based on what you and your family need.

Outside the US, support will be similar, and we’ll follow up soon with separate processes that take into account local employment laws.

We made the decision to remove access to most Meta systems for people leaving today given the amount of access to sensitive information. But we’re keeping email addresses active throughout the day so everyone can say farewell.

While we’re making reductions in every organization across both Family of Apps and Reality Labs, some teams will be affected more than others. Recruiting will be disproportionately affected since we’re planning to hire fewer people next year. We’re also restructuring our business teams more substantially. This is not a reflection of the great work these groups have done, but what we need going forward. The leaders of each group will schedule time to discuss what this means for your team over the next couple of days.

The teammates who will be leaving us are talented and passionate, and have made an important impact on our company and community. Each of you have helped make Meta a success, and I’m grateful for it. I’m sure you’ll go on to do great work at other places.

What other changes are we making?

I view layoffs as a last resort, so we decided to rein in other sources of cost before letting teammates go. Overall, this will add up to a meaningful cultural shift in how we operate. For example, as we shrink our real estate footprint, we’re transitioning to desk sharing for people who already spend most of their time outside the office. We’ll roll out more cost-cutting changes like this in the coming months.

We’re also extending our hiring freeze through Q1 with a small number of exceptions. I’m going to watch our business performance, operational efficiency, and other macroeconomic factors to determine whether and how much we should resume hiring at that point. This will give us the ability to control our cost structure in the event of a continued economic downturn. It will also put us on a path to achieve a more efficient cost structure than we outlined to investors recently.

I’m currently in the middle of a thorough review of our infrastructure spending. As we build our AI infrastructure, we’re focused on becoming even more efficient with our capacity. Our infrastructure will continue to be an important advantage for Meta, and I believe we can achieve this while spending less.

Fundamentally, we’re making all these changes for two reasons: our revenue outlook is lower than we expected at the beginning of this year, and we want to make sure we’re operating efficiently across both Family of Apps and Reality Labs.

How do we move forward?

This is a sad moment, and there’s no way around that. To those who are leaving, I want to thank you again for everything you’ve put into this place. We would not be where we are today without your hard work, and I’m grateful for your contributions.

To those who are staying, I know this is a difficult time for you too. Not only are we saying goodbye to people we’ve worked closely with, but many of you also feel uncertainty about the future. I want you to know that we’re making these decisions to make sure our future is strong.

I believe we are deeply underestimated as a company today. Billions of people use our services to connect, and our communities keep growing. Our core business is among the most profitable ever built with huge potential ahead. And we’re leading in developing the technology to define the future of social connection and the next computing platform. We do historically important work. I’m confident that if we work efficiently, we’ll come out of this downturn stronger and more resilient than ever.

We’ll share more on how we’ll operate as a streamlined organization to achieve our priorities in the weeks ahead. For now, I’ll say one more time how thankful I am to those of you who are leaving for everything you’ve done to advance our mission.

Mark

Facebook has huge faced losses in the last year.  Last summer Facebook’s market capital was nearly $1 trillion dollars and now it is closer to $245 billion.

Facebook (META) stock is down more than 73% over the year and has lost $800 billion of its market cap, CNBC reported.

The 2022 Elections

Guest post by Roger Stone

I seriously feel like we are watching the first wholly manufactured election in our history, in which all of the key competitive races have had the results directly programmed by the cabal. The most crushing economic conditions, rampant crime, reckless foreign/nuclear war flirtations, and the most aggressive perverse assaults on family and parental rights in history,  all topped off by an embarrassing unpopular disaster in the White House leading a shrill, tin-eared bellicose fascist junta that appears indifferent to the ordeal they are inflicting on working people…and yet the Democrat monolith is barely dented.

Either the country has large states filled with brainwashed zealots who are too stupid and mindless to comprehend the reality of the collective damage they are ratifying with their votes for at best lackluster at worst appallingly deficient if not retarded candidates….or we are seeing direct black box voting manipulation at the level of final tabulations being perpetrated on a scale that renders typical ballot and voter fraud schemes unnecessary anachronisms as the decisive votes that have now kept the ruling junta largely intact, or at most just a hair from having an operating majority, are literal fabrications piled onto Democrat vote totals by a few keystrokes entered in some master election hacking operation run by IC criminals in league with and part of the Democrat Crime Syndicate.

The experts Mike Lindell brought together have been quite explicit and factually well-supported in laying out how the fraud goes far deeper and is far more comprehensive than any sort of ham-handed ballot harvesting, ballot box stuffing or illegal voting schemes on the ground. I mean, Festerman’s supposed win is beyond any rational explanation and defies every known political and electoral principle and truism that we have seen hold firm throughout our entire history…

Direct, surreptitious, totally undetectable, untraceable digital alteration of final tabulation numbers, obviating any need for any physical interventions or tampering of any kind, are the only viable option to repel and nullify the sheer popular electoral force of a such a galvanizing wave election as this one had been building up to, by nearly all empirical indications,

God save us.

TGP reported earlier that President Trump backed 174 candidates who won their races yesterday, with only 9 candidates losing.  These are remarkable numbers.

BIG DAY for Trump-Endorsed Candidates that Fake News Media Will Not Report – 9 Losses and 174 Wins So Far!

But this hasn’t stopped GOP RINOs and Elites from bashing President Trump today.

John McCain’s really dumb and spoiled daughter criticized President Trump today.

Annoying Nepotism Baby Meghan McCain Says Midterms are ‘Final Nail in the Coffin’ of Trump’s Political Career

Marc Thiessen, G.W. Bush’s former speechwriter shared on FOX News:

Thiessen argued a big factor that stifled a “red wave” was a “candidate quality issue” stemming from former President Donald Trump’s endorsements in key battleground states.

“We nominated a bunch of people that the voters rejected in a lot of these Senate races,” he said.

Nasty former Trump Administration employee Alyssa Farah Griffin called President Trump a loser:

“The View” co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin labeled her former boss Donald Trump a “loser” on Tuesday night as midterm election projections started pouring in and encouraged Republicans to call him out as well.

“If you want the Republican Party to thrive, we have got to just finally speak out and say, this man is a loser, he lost 2020, he’s about to, you know, he’s losing seats that were winnable this time, in time to look toward what the future might look like,” Farah Griffin said.

Larry Elder was on FOX:

Conservative commentator Larry Elder said Wednesday that abortion and “so-called election denying” were “more important” than he thought after the GOP failed to amass the anticipated red wave.

This is plain foolish and all about attacking Trump.  Inflation, the economy, the stolen 2020 Election, the destruction of America by the Obama/Biden Administration, the southern border crisis, the lies from the media, and the list goes on and on, were the top topics for Americans.

Many Americans are very concerned with the stolen 2020 Election and many of the same activities occurred yesterday.

The candidates President Trump supported won big.  However, some of his top candidates, like Herschel Walker, had to fight the Democrats, corrupt elections, and the GOP elite.

Election theft is what Americans are concerned with because it happened again yesterday!  President Trump is trying to help us and the first step in that is recognizing that it occurred and happened again.

We don’t listen to GOP elites and RINOs who want to bash President Trump.

U.S. Navy SEAL Derrick Van Orden flips a Democrat seat in the US House to the GOP.

American Military News reports:

U.S. Navy SEAL veteran Derrick Van Orden has flipped a Wisconsin congressional seat to Republicans as that party edges closer to control of the House of Representatives.

The SEAL veteran defeated Democratic state Sen. Brad Pfaff in a contest for the open seat left behind by retiring Democratic Rep. Ron Kind, who had held the seat since 1997, the Associated Press reported.

Van Orden led Pfaff by 4 points Tuesday afternoon with 96 percent of votes reported, according to results reported by the Associated Press.

The flip of a Democrat-held seat comes as Republicans are hopeful to flip control of the House of Representatives.

The SEAL veteran won a district that has recently trended toward Republicans on the western border of Wisconsin, a state narrowly divided between Democrats and Republicans.

Van Orden joined the Navy when he was 18 and served 26 years before retiring as a senior chief in the SEALs, having been deployed into combat five times, according to his website. He was also one of several active-duty SEALs to appear in the 2012 film “Act of Valor.”

Below is a moving scene from the movie Act of Valor with Van Orden.

Van Orden shares the following on his website.

Derrick Van Orden is an American patriot, retired Navy SEAL, husband, father, grandfather, and Christian. He met and married his wife, Sara Jane over 27 years ago.

Derrick and his brother were raised in rural poverty by their beloved mother, Carol, who taught them the importance of hard work and self-reliance. She was a fiery Irish farm girl who also taught them to speak plainly and never back down from a just fight.

America needs fighters right now especially in the US House of Representatives.

The US is under attack from within.  Everything the Biden administration has done has hurt America and helped China.

The House GOP needs fighters who will see the enemy for what it is and defeat the communists among us.

Project Veritas on Wednesday released footage of keys left unattended on top of a ballot drop box in Philadelphia on election night.

A board of elections worker secured the keys and told a Project Veritas journalist he was told “not to engage” with reporters who found the keys.

Philadelphia board of elections worker Kevin Richardson told PV, “I’m not in charge of knowing” why the keys were left unattended.

VIDEO:

Project Veritas also caught a Pennsylvania election official telling an undercover reporter to “vote Democrat” in a polling location.

A Pennsylvania election official was caught on hidden camera telling a Project Veritas journalist to “vote Democrat” inside a polling location.

The official, Christie Yang, is the election board’s Mandarin translator.

The exchange occurred inside the polling location at 609 Snyder Ave. in Philadelphia.

“I asked you to vote the Rep — I mean the Democrat down ballot,” Yang told the undercover journalist. “Because we’re trying to focus on, if the Democrats win, then at least they represent us.”

Yang explained to the journalist how she chooses is to look down the line and go with all of the Democrats.

“I don’t bother with Republicans, because they’re the Trump people,” Yang added. “But if you want the Democrat win, you must focus — if we all focus on Democrat, we can win.”

Joe Biden on Wednesday crawled out of his basement to deliver remarks on the 2022 midterms.

As TGP reported on Tuesday, Joe Biden went into hiding while scumbag Hillary Clinton lawyer Marc Elias and the Democrat machine got to work to steal the midterm elections.

The Republicans are expected to take the House of Representatives with a small majority after Tuesday’s elections.

The Democrats flipped Pennsylvania and installed John Fetterman, a man with brain damage who lived off mommy and daddy until he was 50.

The Georgia Senate race went to a runoff election which will be held on December 6. Apparently Georgians who voted in all Republicans Tuesday night want Marxist Warnock to remain in the US Senate.

Republican Ron Johnson barely won his senate seat in Wisconsin.

Joe Biden gloated after the Democrats did better than expected.

“It was a good day, I think, for democracy,” said Biden.

“Our democracy has been tested in recent years, but with their votes the American people have spoken and proven once again that democracy is who we are,” Biden added.

FOX News hack John Roberts lectured Kari Lake on Wednesday morning following her speech on election night.

Kari Lake, a former news anchor, later lectured Kari reminding her of the so-called free press in America. Roberts forgot to add the part about how government today selects which voices will be heard, and big tech decides which voices will be amplified.

John Roberts is a perfect example of the new FOX News, a left-of-center news organization.

The Hill reporters:

Fox News anchor John Roberts questioned Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s pointed attack on the press on Election Day.

Lake tore into the media writ large during a press gaggle Tuesday after a journalist asked her if she’d serve a full term if elected amid speculation of loftier political goals in 2024.

“I’m going to be your worst fricking nightmare for eight years, and we will reform the media as well,” Lake said. “We are going to make you guys into journalists again, so get ready. It’s gonna be a fun eight years; I can’t wait to be working with you.”

Roberts, a White House reporter at Fox during former president Trump’s time in office, took issue with Lake’s criticism of the media.

“I’m not quite sure what she was getting at there because the ripe the history of a free press — the rich history of a free press in this country is something we have embraced for many, many hundreds of years,” Roberts said during the network’s show “America Reports.” “So I’m not quite sure how a politician goes about reforming the media.”
