A press release was issued today, on the eve of the 2022 Midterm Election.

Alameda County Republican Party Election Integrity Committee Details Failures by Registrar of Voters

On Tuesday, November 1, 2022, eight members of the Alameda County Republican Party Election Integrity Committee testified at the regular meeting of the Alameda County Board of Supervisors concerning the serious problems relating to security of the vote in the upcoming November 8 election. The testimony was presented in connection with a matter being taken up by the County Board in closed session. The Board had received a letter from Jason Bezis, attorney for the Alameda County Taxpayers Association threatening legal action if the Registrar of Voters continued to deny observers “sufficiently close access” to ballot processing and making the chain of custody of ballots “open to the public.” Election law specifies that observers must be provided “sufficiently close access” to observe the processing of ballots. Some of the speakers, including candidate for State Assembly Mindy Pechenuk, even called for the removal of Tim Dupuis as Registrar of Voters.

Here is a listing of the failures observed:

Observers have not been allowed “sufficiently close access” to view opening of envelopes and inspection of ballots. They have to watch through a window 15 to 25 feet away.

When observers have asked to see where ballots are brought in from the drop boxes and from the U.S. Postal Service, they have not been allowed to do so. Similarly, observers are not allowed to observe how ballots are stored prior to being processed.

Alameda County has 56 ballot drop boxes. According to the Secretary of State’s directive they should each have a video monitor, “if feasible.” According to Deputy Registrar Cynthia Cornejo not one of the 56 drop boxes has a video monitor. This is not the case in other California counties.

 Alameda County Registrar of Voters has a contract with Konnech Corp. which collects data on election workers. Its CEO was just arrested for transferring data on election workers in Los Angeles County to be stored on a server in China.

Several members of the Alameda County Republican Party Central Committee have observed problems and irregularities with elections in the past, including problems with access for observers. The chair of our committee, Jackie Cota, made repeated requests to meet with Registrar Tim Dupuis since July of this year. Only last Friday, October 28, eleven days before the election, did he finally have a meeting.

The people of California are having their elections stolen from them through the use of drop boxes and ballot harvesting.  Anyone can place any amount of ballots in any drop boxes across the state.

Voter rolls are bloated and used to manufacture votes.

Now we know that the chain of custody on the ballots being dropped in the drop boxes is lacking video evidence for all the drop boxes in the county and the poll watchers are not permitted to observe the process from start to finish.

A final poll from Rich Baris shows Blake Masters holds a one-point lead over Mark Kelly, Kari Lake holds a four-point lead over Katie Hobbs, Abe Hamadeh is three points ahead of anti-law and order Kris Mayes, and Mark Finchem is tied with Adrian Fontes for Arizona Secretary of State.

Democrats in Arizona are outspending Mark Finchem 15-1, and they’re still struggling.

Kari Lake held a 10-point lead in several recent polls, including an 11-point lead in the recent FOX 10 poll from Arizona.

The latest data orbital poll shows Kari Lake and Abe Hamadeh with a three-point lead and Mark Finchem also leading his Democrat opponent.

Blake Masters is in a tight race, but he has been gaining on Mark Kelly with endorsements from Marc Victor, the libertarian candidate who withdrew, and Chuck Norris.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled last Tuesday that undated mail-in ballots cannot be counted in this year’s midterm election.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court sided with Republicans in their lawsuit seeking to prevent the counting of improperly completed ballots in the general election.

Democrats in the state fought to count every ballot real or imaginary.

This decision was a blow to their plans for the steal – every fraudulent vote counts.

But the Supreme Court ruling did not stop Pennsylvania Democrats and John Fetterman’s campaign from filing lawsuits this weekend to allow all ballots that are undated or misdated from being counted.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported:

Lt. Gov. John Fetterman’s campaign for U.S. Senate has joined the legal fight over whether mail ballots with no date or the incorrect date should be counted in Tuesday’s election.

The Democratic campaign sued Pennsylvania elections officials Monday asking a federal judge to order that all mail ballots be counted regardless of what date, if any, voters wrote on the outside of the envelope.

State law requires that voters handwrite a date on the outer envelope when returning their mail ballots, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled last week that undated and wrongly dated mail ballots be set aside and not counted. The court issued a follow-up order Saturday setting specific date ranges that the handwritten dates must fall within.

There will likely be tens of thousands of undated and wrongly dated ballots rejected statewide under that ruling. Because mail ballots are so disproportionately used by Democrats over Republicans, that will likely mean thousands, if not tens of thousands, of net votes for Fetterman that are rejected.

100 Percent Fed Up reports- The DOJ is planning to “monitor” elections in 64 precincts in 24 states, including several MI cities where the possibility of voter fraud is most likely. The five cities the DOJ will target in MI are also (not coincidentally) the Democrat stronghold cities of Detroit, Flint, Grand Rapids, Southfield, and Pontiac.

The reasons the DOJ gives for coming to MI are not based on reality, but instead rumors being spread by dishonest Secretaries of State like Democrat MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and the enabling media who never asks for examples when they warn of violence: 

From AP reporter Grant Hermes: After threats to election workers, warnings of voter intimidation, and coordinating sessions and lawsuits to undermine vote counts. The DOJ will be monitoring elections in several cities in Michigan.

I’ve worked in Pontiac, MI as a poll challenger, and I can tell you from first-hand experience the election workers are so arrogant they will cheat in front of you and then tell you to ‘shut up’ when you try to object. I’ve watched three elections being stolen in Pontiac, MI, under the guidance of the former City Clerk Sharikia Hawkins, who moved on to the city of Southfield, one of the largest cities in the state of Michigan, where she was charged with six voter felony charges. I’ve also worked in Detroit as a poll challenger, where I witnessed election workers pushing ballots through after not being able to find the voter on the qualified voter rolls by simply giving them a birthdate of 1-1-1900 that would override the system, allowing them to vote even though they didn’t show up on the voter rolls.

I’ve never worked in Grand Rapids or Flint, but the City Clerk of Flint recently resigned because she was being forced to hire the same number of Republicans as Democrats as election workers. That should tell you everything you need to know about how she runs (ran) her elections…

But the biggest problem by far in Michigan’s elections is the ultimate election official, Michigan’s dirty, Soros-funded SOS Jocelyn Benson, who just gleefully tweeted her support for bringing Merrick Garland’s jackbooted thugs coming into elections where voter fraud is most likely to occur, to keep GOP and Independent poll challengers in line.

The MI GOP and Independent voter integrity groups have significantly stepped up their efforts to thwart voter fraud this time around. The disastrous 2020 election saw Trump and Senate candidate John James, who were both winning by a wide margin, lose after the counting stopped in Detroit and then restarted. Suddenly, and without explanation, Joe Biden saw a massive surge of votes that ultimately caused him to “win” Michigan, a state that Trump won in 2016. Michigan’s most unremarkable US Senator, Gary Peters (D), also took the lead after the voting stopped in Detroit at the TCF Center, where ballots were being tabulated. Republicans and Independents have been working since the last election to ensure that never happens again.

The question is, what role will AG Garland’s jack-booted thugs play tomorrow? Is the plan to even further prevent poll challengers from doing their legally protected jobs? And why is Michigan’s Democrat SOS applauding this move? Could it be because she already knows Democrat poll challengers, who admitted in their training sessions, they are only going to the former TCF Center to report Republicans and keep them in line, already know they have nothing to worry about?

Michigan’s dirty SoS has been warning about “violence” on Election Day for months. She’s even gone on the morning news show circuit to warn of election violence, yet we’ve seen no evidence of her claims. Is something in the works to cause Republicans to react and then charge them? Is that why Garland’s DOJ is coming to select cities where voter fraud is most prevalent?

With no legislative oversight, SOS Benson changed the rules for poll challengers in 2022. Her new set of made-up rules that include several new ways she plans to restrict poll challengers from doing their jobs was challenged by MI citizens. After a MI judge ordered her to remove her new made-up rules, she appealed his decision with the liberal majority Supreme Court, who overruled the judge’s decision.

This appears to be an effort by our authoritarian AG Merrick Garland to intimidate poll challengers and possibly prevent them from reporting voter fraud if they witness it in any of these 64 “monitored” precincts. It wasn’t that long ago that the DOJ threatened parents for speaking out at school board meetings, so this move to intimidate poll challengers shouldn’t surprise anyone. This is what happens under a Marxist regime—it should never be happening in America.

The Civil Rights Division will also take complaints from the public nationwide regarding possible violations of the federal voting rights laws through its call center. There is no word on how the DOJ plans to protect the vote from being stolen in any of these 64 precincts—only about how they plan to watch poll challengers do their lawfully prescribed jobs.

A blood moon will rise on Election Day for the first time. This will be the last total lunar eclipse until 2025, Insider Paper reported.

It would appear that not only is there going to be a red tsunami this Tuesday’s midterm election, but there is also going to be a blood moon. Is this a sign that GOP will dominate the election?

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a poll predicts the midterm “red wave” is becoming a “red tsunami.”

Patrick Basham, the poll’s director at the Democracy Institute, predicted that voters in the United States are expected to severely punish Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, and the Democrats in Tuesday’s midterm elections.

A “red tsunami” is coming to this Tuesday’s election.

This phenomenon won’t happen again until 2394.

Totality begins (moon engulfed in Earth’s shadow) begins at 10:16 UTC on November 8 (5:16 a.m. EST).

Partial eclipse ends at 12:49 UTC on November 8 (7:49 a.m. EST).
Penumbral eclipse ends at 13:56 UTC on November 8 (8:56 a.m. EST).
Maximum eclipse is at 10:59 UTC on November 8 (5:59 a.m. EST).
Duration of totality is about 85 minutes.

According to Space, a “blood moon” happens when Earth’s moon is in a total lunar eclipse. Lunar eclipses can only happen during a full moon, when the sun fully illuminates the surface.

“During a full eclipse, however, something spectacular happens. The moon is fully in Earth’s shadow. At the same time, a little bit of light from Earth’s sunrises and sunsets (on the disk of the planet) falls on the surface of the moon. Because the light waves are stretched out, they look red. When this red light strikes the moon’s surface, it also appears red,” the outlet added.

“You don’t need any special equipment to observe a lunar eclipse, although binoculars or a telescope will enhance the view and the red color,” NASA said. “A dark environment away from bright lights makes for the best viewing conditions.”

According to Hills, Tuesday’s election day eclipse is also a “Beaver Moon,” the second full moon of fall.

“This year, November’s Beaver Moon is accompanied by a total lunar eclipse! During a lunar eclipse, the Moon, Sun, and Earth stand in a line with the Earth in the middle, causing our planet’s shadow to be cast onto the Moon. This gives the full Moon a reddish, coppery hue, as well as the nickname “Blood Moon,” Almanac wrote on its website.

In the absence of another election-stealing attempt by the Democrats, the Republicans are guaranteed to win this election.

The American public is fed up with the Democrats opening the border to illegal aliens, running up prices while screwing up the supply chain, labeling parents as terrorists for protesting the abominable racist policy of Critical Race Theory and letting crime run rampant.

New Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni pledged during her campaign to safeguard Italy and stop ships harboring illegal aliens from Africa. Fortunately for Italians, this lady’s not for turning unlike most of her European counterparts.

Italy has been ravaged by illegal crossings this year thanks to their previous government caring more about the European Union’s feelings rather than protecting the ports. Over 77,000 illegals have arrived in Italy this year and Italian citizens have paid the price for this cowardice. Data released by the Italian statistics agency showed that almost half of all violent sex crimes in Italy are committed by foreign nationals. Back in August, police arrested an illegal alien from Guinea for raping a middle-aged Ukrainian female refugee in broad daylight. Meloni highlighted this heinous crime as part of her campaign to secure Italy’s borders.

Meloni’s government so far has refused safe port to four ships in the Mediterranean Sea carrying over 1,000 illegal African migrants combined. This marks a return to the policy under former Interior Minister Matteo Salvini from 2018-2019, which saw illegal immigration into Italy plummet by 96% in two years. Migrant deaths at sea also went down because of the border controls, proving that secure borders save lives.

This has irked the EU open borders fanatics. A spokesman for European Commission stated “it must be stressed that it is a moral and legal obligation” for members of the EU to rescue unwanted illegal aliens. The German government also blasted Italy for not allowing one of the boats, Humanity 1, to dock though the vessel flies under the German flag.

The reason Europe faces this migrant crisis is due to NATO overthrowing Muammar Gaddafi over a decade ago which resulted in him being brutally murdered by Islamist savages. Gaddafi correctly warned that if he fell in Libya, Europe would be overrun with millions of illegal migrants and the Mediterranean would become “a sea of chaos.” Since his death, the continent has experienced skyrocketing crime, housing shortages, and social welfare strains thanks to the invasion.

While Europe has suffered, non-government organizations (NGOs) have made a killing working with human traffickers to bring poor African migrants into the continent. They also undertake careful steps to ensure the traffickers never come into contact with authorities. The European Union Frontex in 2017 provided details of their nefarious tactics:

“Satellite phone calls to MRCC Rome decreased sharply to 10% and NGO rescue operations rose significantly to more than 40% of all incidents.  Since June 2016, a significant number of boats were intercepted or rescued by NGO vessels without any prior distress call and without official information as to the rescue location. NGO presence and activities close to, and occasionally within, the 12-mile Libyan territorial waters nearly doubled compared with the previous year, totaling 15 NGO assets (14 maritime and 1 aerial). In parallel, the overall number of incidents increased dramatically.”

Meloni will face vicious attacks from radical left politicians and judges in Italy wanting to ensure the gravy train continues.  The Gateway Pundit previously reported how Salvini was treated for enforcing Italian law. In August 2019, an Italian court usurped Salvini’s inherent constitutional authority and forced Italy accept over 100 illegal aliens from an NGO ship. The Italian Senate in February 2020 then voted to let authorities prosecute him on kidnapping charges for preventing the migrants from landing in Italy and he stood trial on October 23, 2021. Meloni must remain vigilant and ready to strike back against these dark forces. Impeaching judges should be on the table, for example.

Globalist politicians aligned with these corrupt NGOs have brought Europe to its knees. With Italy now joining Hungary, Poland, and perhaps Sweden, the tide is shifting in favor of the patriots.

An unidentified 33-year-old man was arrested Monday afternoon for throwing a beer can at GOP Senator Ted Cruz at the Astros World Series parade.

According to police, the beer can hit Senator Cruz in the chest/neck area.

“The Senator did not require medical attention,” a Houston police officer said according to TMZ.

The Houston Astros won the World Series over the Phillies in game 6 Saturday night.

MLB All-Star Lenny Dykstra blamed Jill Biden’s appearance at game 4 for the Phillies’ loss.

Election Day is upon us! Tomorrow is one of the biggest non-presidential elections we’ve faced as a Nation.  Inflation is sky-rocketing, gas prices are surging, we’re on the brink of a potential nuclear war with Russia.  The DOJ has been weaponized against “MAGA Republicans” and political opposition.  It’s not a great time for America.

And while we are struggling everyday to make ends meet; to put food on our tables and clothes on our children’s backs, democrats and establishment republicans alike are content focusing on issues that simply aren’t “top of the list” for a majority of Americans, such as “green energy”, sending billions to Ukraine, and codifying abortion at the federal level.

Federal elections, your U.S. Representative and U.S. Senators, are important tomorrow to ensure we elect those who will put America First.  But equally as important, perhaps more important in terms of what you will experience personally, are your state representatives, school boards and other local races.  Please, if you haven’t yet, take some time tonight to research your own local ballot and know your local candidates that are on it.  Do not vote blindly based on the R or the D next to their name.  Many of these local races won’t even have a party designation, so it’s essential to know where they stand on issues that will directly effect you and your family.

Earlier today, The Gateway Pundit had the opportunity to sit down with Adam Steen, the Trump-endorsed candidate in Wisconsin’s 63rd, who is trying to make history:  a state representative bid to unseat the longest sitting state Speaker in the country, Robin Vos, using a write-in campaign!  Vos is no stranger to the Gateway Pundit.  We have written about him here, here, and here for starters.  He has been controversial at best with his election fraud denialism.  Especially after his own hand selected “investigator,” Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, reported back that they should strongly look at de-certifying the 2020 election after his investigation.

Vos is running unopposed on the ticket, so there is not a likely Democrat that could slide in and steal away the seat.  And because its a write-in candidate, it means something very promising to election integrity activists in Wisconsin and across America:  a hand count validation!
