Joe Biden Thursday evening traveled to San Diego, California to campaign for Democrat congressional candidate Mike Levin.

Joe Biden called himself ‘Senator’ as he delivered a campaign speech at Mira Costa College in Oceanside.

“I said when I ran and I got elected president, I’d be the senator, excuse me, go from being the senator to a president…” said Biden.

At one point Joe Biden told the SoCal crowd that Republican lawmakers are going to impeach him if they take back the House and Senate.

“I’m already being told if they win back the House and Senate they’re going to impeach me. I don’t know what the hell they’re going to impeach me for,” Biden said during a campaign speech at Mira Costa College in Oceanside.

While polls suggest a surge of GOP momentum, Joe Biden was optimistic before boarding Air Force One on Friday in California, claiming that the Democrats will keep the Senate and “have a chance to win” the House.

Biden stopped and spoke to reporters as he prepared to depart San Diego en route to Chicago, Illinois where he will participate in a political reception.

“We’re going to win this time around, I think. I feel really good about our chances,” Biden said.

“I haven’t been in all the House races, but I think we’re going to keep the Senate and pick up a seat. I think we have a chance to win in the House.”

He also told reporters that what gives him the most confidence going into the midterm elections is that Americans want more of his policies.

“The thing that gives me the most confidence is the fact that the policies we’ve initiated people care about, they want more!” Biden said to reporters on the tarmac.

A 2020 study revealed 45% of all US coronavirus deaths occurred in US nursing homes.

Only 0.6% of the US population lives in nursing homes but over 45% of the coronavirus deaths were in these centers.

In August 2020 the Trump Department of Justice requested data from four Democrat governors on their orders to send sick COVID-19 patients to nursing homes.

As TGP reported numerous times last year — Five Democrat governors sent COVID-19 patients into nursing homes.  It was their policy to send the infected into the state nursing homes.

Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan was one of the governors who sent sick patients to the nursing homes in her state.

Here is her statement posted on her Michigan government website.

In July 2021 the Biden Department of Justice dropped all of the investigations into the Democrat governors who tossed the sick COVID patients into the nursing homes killing tens of thousands of American seniors.  They never were held responsible for their incoherent and deadly policies.

An auditor general report released in January stated that Michigan and Governor Whitmer may have undercounted nursing home deaths by 30 percent.

It was even worse than we thought.

And then there was this…

Whitmer sent this brute to a nursing home.

A very disturbing video circulated on social media on Thursday showing a young black Michigan man beating an elderly white man at a nursing home.

Jaden Hayden, reportedly from Westland, Michigan filmed himself beating elderly white nursing home patients for sport.

The man filmed himself beating the the elderly man, later identified as a 75-year-old veteran, in his bed until he was bleeding.

Absolutely shocking footage has emerged from a black male nurse from Detroit (Jadon H.), who filmed himself beating elderly white men into a bloody pulp.

“Get the fuck off my bed, N.,” he is heard saying.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that undated mail-in ballots cannot be counted in this year’s midterm election.

Democrats in the state fought to count every ballot real or imaginary. This decision is a blow to their plans for the state.

“PA’s Supreme Court justices vacated the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision that would have allowed the counting of ballots that were not completed as the Keystone State election laws require, and ruled that the “Pennsylvania county boards of elections are hereby ordered to refrain from counting any absentee and mail-in ballots received for the November 8, 2022 general election that are contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes,” Townhall reported.

The @GOP, @NRCC, & @PAGOP just secured a MASSIVE election integrity win in Pennsylvania.

The PA Supreme Court agrees with us that incorrectly or undated mail ballots can not be counted in next week’s elections.

Republicans went to court. Now Democrats have to follow the law.

On Friday night, state chapters of the NAACP, League of Women Voters, Common Cause, and other groups filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania in response to a ruling by the state Supreme Court that officials cannot count ballots whose return envelopes do not have accurate, handwritten dates. Several groups were represented by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

AP reported:

The groups said refusing to count such ballots “because of a trivial paperwork error” could disenfranchise thousands of voters and would violate provisions of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964, which states that immaterial errors or omissions should not be used to prevent voting.

“Refusing to count votes based on immaterial paperwork errors has a suppressive effect … by erecting yet another roadblock preventing them from voting and having their votes counted,” the lawsuit said.

The groups —- which also included Philadelphians Organized to Witness, Empower and Rebuild, the Black Political Empowerment Project and Make the Road Pennsylvania — also said they would have to divert resources from voter mobilization and education to track down voters who omitted the date on the return envelopes of their ballots.

They are asking the court to bar election officials from rejecting otherwise valid ballots with missing or incorrect dates on the return envelope and to bar state and county governments from certifying any election in which such ballots are not counted.

The state Supreme Court had unanimously barred officials from counting such votes, directing county boards of elections to “segregate and preserve” those ballots, but the justices split 3-3 on whether making the envelope dates mandatory under state law would violate provisions of federal civil rights law.

The high court issued a supplemental order Saturday clarifying that the incorrectly dated ballot envelopes referred to in addition to undated ballots meant mail-in ballot envelopes with dates outside the range of Sept. 19 through Nov. 8 and absentee ballot envelopes dated outside the range of Aug. 30 through Nov. 8.

Democrat US Representative Tim Ryan always appears angry.  He ran for President in 2020 and made it nowhere.  Now he is running for the US Senate seat in Ohio.

Ryan has reason to be angry.  His policies are horrible as well as his voting record.  They are so horrible that he is pretending to be a conservative.

Angry Ryan also  claims to be for the people of America an yet he has voted to increase taxes over 100 times.  How does Ryan defend this?

“You Voted to Raise Taxes 113 Times” – JD Vance Destroys Democrat Tim Ryan in Final Ohio Senate Debate (VIDEO)

It is so bad for Ryan that Democrats in Ohio are asking fellow citizens in Ohio not to vote for Ryan.

FOX News reports on an oped in an Ohio newspaper this weekend.

The op-ed, published in the Cincinnati Enquirer, was written by Hamilton County Auditor Dusty Rhodes “a proud, lifelong Democrat” who holds elected office in the state.

In the essay, Rhodes accuses Ryan of being a “fraud” and urges all voters – Democrats, Republicans and otherwise – not to vote for him.

“It’s because I love my state so much that I’m sounding the alarm about my own party’s nominee for U.S. Senate,” the op-ed reads. “Tim Ryan is a fraud who must be defeated. It doesn’t matter if you’re a Republican, an independent or a Democrat like me − Ryan does not deserve your vote.”

Ryan currently represents the Buckeye State’s 13th Congressional District in the House and is looking to succeed retiring GOP Sen. Rob Portman. He has attempted to distance himself from party leaders and portray himself as a moderate in the Ohio Senate race against JD Vance, his Republican challenger.

Ryan is angry because it is impossible for him to distance himself from his awful voting record and awful fellow Democrats.  Ryan tries but it just makes him angrier as it’s impossible to do.

In Pennsylvania, power outages are being reported which are impacting the 2022 Midterm election.

The Post Millenial reported yesterday on the situation in Pennsylvania:

The Pennsylvania Department of State issued a memo on Friday telling election officials in all counties that a “widespread outage” is impacting Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors (SURE) services. This means that the voter databases, as maintained by the state, is essentially non-functioning as election day approaches.

SURE is the state-wide system to maintain accurate voting records that county election officials can rely on when managing and facilitating polling places in their counties.

Any unusual acts that impact the 2022 midterms are now being tracked after the election steal in Pennsylvania in the 2020 Election.

President Trump was up by nearly 1 million votes on election day in 2020 but over the next three days after the election, ballots were counted in Pennsylvania until there were enough votes for Joe Biden to overtake the lead in Pennsylvania.

One Democrat in Philidelphia reported on the corruption going on in the city.

Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman: “I do not believe in supporting the Supreme Court!”

Fetterman is a candidate for US Senator against Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz. Please vote Oz.

JOHN FETTERMAN: “I do support fracking and I don’t, I don’t, I support fracking and I stand and I do support fracking.”

Michigan Democrat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer claimed kids were only out of school in Michigan only “for three months.”

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is running for reelection against Republican gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon. Please vote for Dixon.

Georgia Democrat Sen. Raphael Warnock lied about his church evicting low-income tenants from their “sickening” apartment building — all while Warnock’s church paid him a $7,400/month housing stipend.

But in June 2020, O’Rourke said “I really love” the idea of defunding the police and “in some necessary cases, completely dismantling those police forces.”

Beto is running for Texas governor against incumbent Republican Greg Abbott. Please vote for Abbott.

Below is a 9-minute clip of Democrats saying, “DEFUND THE POLICE!”

Please vote wisely in this upcoming election. Vote straight Republican. They might not be perfect, but in comparison to Democrats, Republicans are a much better choice.

President Trump held another massive rally in Pennsylvania last night.

During the rally, the President shared many things.  His focus was on the country and winning the upcoming elections in the midterms.

The crowd roared when President Trump arrived.

President Trump knows that we have to overcome the Democrat fraud to win the election.

President Trump shared:

“The election was RIGGED and STOLEN and we’re not going to let it happen again!”

The election in 2020 was stolen.  The Democrats stole the election and now arrest and imprison those who protest that it was stolen and work to uncover the lies about the election.

One of the many courageous things that President Trump has done is to continue to tell the truth about the 2020 Election.  Despite the media and the corrupt Democrats and RINOs ignoring the stolen election and pretending that the country can survive with stolen elections, President Trump knows that our country cannot stand without free and fair elections.

In a couple of days we have another election.  This time we are aware that the Democrats and Uniparty monsters will do anything to win, including stealing elections.

NBC’s government affairs reporter Melissa Russo sat down with the Governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, for a one-on-one interview last week.

During the interview, Hochul was questioned by Russo regarding the gubernatorial debate that took place last month and the rising crime rates in New York.

Recall that Republican gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin won the debate with Democrat Kathy Hochul.

Zeldin performed well throughout the debate and hammered Hochul on New York’s crime problem.

Russo:  You said during the debate that Lee Zeldin is trying to scare voters. Does that mean that you think he’s exaggerating the crime problem?

Hochul: I think he is trying to scare voters and not offer a legitimate plan. You cannot say you’re tough on crime and be soft on guns.

Russo: And you often pivot to that point. But I’m just wondering, are you saying that he’s creating a worse impression of crime…

Hochul: No, what I’m saying is he does not have a serious crime plan…

Russo: Is there more to do on bail reform?

Hochul:  I took strong steps. I gave more discretion to judges, more power to district attorneys. It’s been in place a few months. I want it to work, but I’m absolutely willing to look at it all over again in the next session, if you find out that there’s areas still weakness.

NBC conducted informal interviews with New Yorkers to gauge public opinion on Hochul’s approach to the city’s rising crime rate; the responses were mostly negative.

“I care about Kathy Hochul being elected. I’m nervous about that because she wasn’t voted in,” One New Yorker told NBC.

“Bad people are going to get their hands on guns no matter how many laws you write. That’s why they’re bad people because they don’t follow the rules,” one man said.

“What is she doing? Making a mess. People are getting released on charges they should be in jail,” another woman told NBC.

Russo then asked Hochul about the subject of nonviolent crimes.

Russo: Not that long ago in New York, in our city, crime was down, incarceration was down, stop and frisk was down. How is it okay that we’re now seeing people who commit a dozen burglaries face zero consequences?

Hochul: That’s not okay. It’s not okay. That’s why I need the system to work with the laws we put in place. We changed the laws. Repeat offenders need to be held.

Then NBC fact-checked Hochul’s claim on released repeat offenders.

“But despite Hochul’s changes, repeat offenders are still being released because New York’s new laws still require judges to use the least restrictive bail. Meaning, even when bail is set, it’s set low,” NBC said.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a mother of three was murdered in front of her children. Adam Bennefield was out of jail less than 24 hours after allegedly beating his estranged wife, Keaira Bennefield, thanks to failed New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s Less is More Act.

Despite the brutal assault and because he only faced misdemeanor charges, he was not allowed to be held under the New York  State Penal Code bail law.  The misdemeanors included third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Keaira’s mother, Tammy Hudson, placed the blame squarely on Hochul’s shoulders. Hudson asserts that Hochul’s support for the no-cash bail law directly led to her daughter’s tragic murder.  She told told the Post,  “She should be charged for the crime. She’s also responsible for the crime.”

A mom of a slain New York teen also called out  Hochul for being soft on crime and bail reform.

“The bail reform is not working…we have criminals coming out of jail, out of prison,” the mom said.

Fired up, ready to go!

Barack Obama and Joe Biden held a joint rally together in Philadelphia on Saturday.

It was the first time the two appeared together at a rally since the stolen 2020 election.

Just like in 2020 Joe Biden had a difficult time drawing a crowd, even in far-left Philadelphia. Maybe it’s their planned destruction of America?

The Philly arena was less than half full. A curtain was put up to hide the empty half of the arena.

And flags were lowered to hide the empty sections behind the stage.
