She continued, “But the only crime victim you hear about from Democrats and the media is Paul Pelosi . Paul Pelosi was brutally attacked by a drugged-out illegal alien that should have been deported.  And Paul Pelosi should have been a gun owner and shot his attacker.’

US Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett on Friday declined to block Joe Biden’s unconstitutional student loan forgiveness plan.

Joe Biden unilaterally announced a massive forgiveness of student loans in August.

Biden canceled up to $10,000 in student debt for borrowers who earn $125,000 a year or less and up to $20,000 for recipients of Pell Grants, NBC News reported.

Recall, the Pacific Legal Foundation, a conservative firm in Indiana, sued Joe Biden and filed an appeal with the Supreme Court.

Amy Coney Barrett, who’s in charge of emergency applications from the 7th Circuit, declined to hear the challenge from the Indiana-based law firm.

Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan is currently on hold after the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals issued an emergency stay in response to a lawsuit spearheaded by 6 Republican states.

The Supreme Court on Friday rejected a second request to block the Biden administration’s student loan debt relief program.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett denied an emergency application to block the program brought by the Pacific Legal Foundation, a conservative legal group, on behalf of two borrowers in Indiana. On Oct. 20, Barrett rejected a similar request.

Caleb Kruckenberg, an attorney at Pacific Legal Foundation, in an emailed statement said, “We’re disappointed by today’s denial but will continue to fight this program in court.”

“Practically since this program was announced, the administration has sought to avoid judicial scrutiny,” Kruckenberg said. “Thus far they have succeeded. But that does not change the fact that this program is illegal from stem to stern.”

Last month the Brown County Taxpayers Association filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court to block Biden’s student loan forgiveness program shortly after the Biden Regime began accepting applications from borrowers.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett blocked the Wisconsin-based organization last month without comment.

Cooper: The truth is, is that he stood on the floor and blocked conversation about codifying Title 42 into law, which would have helped to protect our southern border. He can say all that he wants, but I think the proof is in the pudding, and the results are in the actions. He has done and accomplished nothing in his time in Congress to actually secure our border. Similar to he’s done nothing to secure our economy, to turn back on the American engine, to turn up productivity, to increase production in oil. He says that he’s for all of these things. As a matter of fact, he pretends to be a conservative now that he’s running for office again, and he’s being challenged. But the truth is, his voting record and his accomplishments speak for themselves. It is time for change in this district. The people know it. We know it, and you can see it clearly by the group’s here. It’s time for Greg Stanton to retire.

Conradson: He’s blaming corporations, companies for price gouging or raising their prices. What’s the truth as a small business owner, what’s going on that’s causing this inflation here in our country?

Cooper: As it pertains to the oil industry and gas prices, specifically, he said in the debate that I stood for price gouging. And if that was really the case, this is Joe Biden’s thing, too, right? He wants to say that the oil industry and gas stations are price gouging. Where are the charges? Where are the charges from the administration for people that are breaking the law if that’s really what’s happening. It’s not what’s happening. The bureaucrats and the red tape the bureaucracy that you have to go through in order to get a refinery opened, not to do the exploration. You can get the leases, but then the approvals, the permits, the permitting process to get that oil and move it to somewhere else, to get it to the refineries, to process it, to bring ourselves back up to energy independence takes forever. What they’ve done is they’ve created a regulatory state that accomplishes their mission which is shutting down the oil and gas industry without actually shutting down the oil and gas industry. So they get to say, well, we’re trying, but they’re not really. The regulation process takes so long that as a business owner, it becomes detrimental or a negative impact to try to reinvest in your business, especially when Joe Biden, on a daily basis, says he wants oil and gas shut down. So, when it takes seven years to permit to open a refinery—not to construct and to open a refinery—to permit the opening of a refinery, we have a problem in the way that our government runs things. And they’re using that bureaucracy to make sure that the oil and gas industry is dead, and they’re doing everything they can and it’s our job to fix that.

Conradson: Right seven years to open a refinery, only two years to destroy our economy. What are your plans to stand up to Biden’s inflation and get our economy back to work?

Cooper: Yeah, so we are going to use the budgetary process to make sure that we get back to energy independence. We are going to build a broad coalition of incoming congressmen and women, including a large number of military veterans that are coming in today, to make sure that we stand on the principles and the values that we say and pressure the administration through a budgetary policy now and then holding people accountable. So, impeachment process and all the other stuff with some of these heads of departments to make sure that we’re doing what’s in the best interest of the people here in this country, in Arizona’s District Four and moving forward. And then I would say in 2024, we’re going to find that the people of Arizona and the people of America are going to elect conservative administration into office to move the rest of the way.

The Foreign Ministry of Germany removed the ancient cross in Münster Hall for the recent G7 meetings. The Peace of Westphalia was signed in Munster in 1648.

Attorney Ty Clevenger is asking GOP leaders in Congress to create legislation to prevent these communist acts from continuing.  Below is a portion of his letter:

The problem extends beyond criminal prosecutions to professional disciplinary prosecutions. At one time, an attorney’s right to represent unpopular clients and causes was considered more of a duty than a right. As you probably know, future president John Adams famously defended nine British soldiers who participated in the Boston Massacre. Nowadays, on the other hand, attorney John Eastman is under criminal investigation as well as an investigation by the California Bar merely because he gave legal advice concerning the 2020 election. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is being investigated by the State Bar of Texas because he filed a legal challenge to the 2020 election in the Supreme Court, and Rudy Giuliani was preemptively suspended in New York and D.C. without so much as an opportunity to defend himself. 

Something must change, therefore I respectfully propose a “Politically-Motivated Prosecutions Act” that would grant defendants the right to introduce evidence and argue before a jury that the prosecution was motivated by political animus. I would extend that right to state courts as well as disciplinary authorities such as state bars. Insofar as most disciplinary proceedings are administrative, I would grant defendants / respondents the right to challenge the prosecution in a separate proceeding before a jury.

Finally, I would grant defendants the right to be tried by an impartial jury. Although the Sixth Amendment guarantees that right, it has been severely eroded by the political polarization of the United States. A member of the Trump family will never get a fair trial in far-left New York, for example, and a January 6th defendant will never get a fair trial in D.C., where the jury pool is 96 percent Democrat.

Biden’s last minute pitch to voters: Help me because I’m going to be impeached.

“I’m already being told if they win back the House and Senate they’re going to impeach me. I don’t know what the hell they’re going to impeach me for,” Biden said during a campaign speech at Mira Costa College in Oceanside.

This is a man who knows his party is about to get wiped out.

Twice-failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton joined CNN’s new morning show co-hosted by Don Lemon, Poppy Harlow, and Kaitlan Collins, on its Wednesday episode after its disastrous debut on Tuesday.

Hillary Clinton came to discuss the global threat to democracy, the refusal of certain Democrats to confront election deniers in their races, Russia’s escalating aggression on Ukraine, Iranians protesting for freedom, and more.

Clinton made the statement during their discussion that Republican-run states have the highest crime rates.

“I want people to be safe. That’s not the Republicans argument, because, of course, if you look at real crime statistics, which they’re not interested in examining, the states with the highest crime levels are states run by Republicans, that’s just a fact,” said Hillary.

“We saw that very clearly in the recent debate in Oklahoma for the governorship when the Democratic candidate said, the crime rate in Oklahoma is higher than it is in New York, and nobody wanted to believe that. They don’t want to solve a problem whether it’s crime, inflation, or anything else. They just want an issue when given a chance to govern. They don’t want the responsibility. We saw that during COVID at the very highest levels of the Trump administration. So when they talk about crime, they’re just trying to gin up all kinds of fear and anxiety in people,” she added.

This is just another lie from the Democrat party’s talking points. Cities with a Democratic mayor and council have the highest crime rates, that’s a fact.

Some of these cities are in Republican-controlled states, but the Democratic mayors and district attorneys who have complete control over the police force and who implemented the new bail reform laws are mostly to blame for the increase in crime.

According to the new analysis of crime data by Heritage.org, it showed that high-crime cities are governed largely by Democrats.

The campaign ad starts off with stroke victim Fetterman struggling to walk down a hallway before a child walks over to him asking if he needs help.

“I’m running for the US Senate, kid. I need all the help I can get,” Fetterman said.

The kid asks Fetterman, dressed in his signature hoodie, why he isn’t wearing a suit.

Fetterman brushes him off and keeps hobbling down the hallway.

The kid then offers Fetterman a soda.
