In July 2021, the feds arrested billionaire real estate investor Thomas Barrack, 75, and charged him with acting as an unregistered foreign agent for the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Thomas Barrack was chairman of Trump’s 2017 inaugural fund.

The feds had been investigating and harassing Thomas Barrack for a couple years before he was arrested.

According to the feds, then-candidate Trump’s May 2016 speech on energy policy caught their attention. The 7-count indictment alleges Barrack “inserted language praising the UAE” into Trump’s speech, and “emailed an advance draft of the speech to Alshahhi for delivery to senior UAE officials.”

Barrack was also charged with obstruction of justice and making false statements during a June 2019 interview with the feds.

“The defendants repeatedly capitalized on Barrack’s friendships and access to a candidate who was eventually elected President, high-ranking campaign and government officials, and the American media to advance the policy goals of a foreign government without disclosing their true allegiances,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Mark Lesko of the Justice Department’s National Security Division. “The conduct alleged in the indictment is nothing short of a betrayal of those officials in the United States, including the former President. Through this indictment, we are putting everyone — regardless of their wealth or perceived political power — on notice that the Department of Justice will enforce the prohibition of this sort of undisclosed foreign influence.”

Mr. Barrack was found not guilty on Friday and acquitted on all charges.

“God bless America. The system works,” Barrack said outside the courthouse. “I am humbled. The system is amazing, the people are amazing, I have no hostility.”

ABC News reported:

Tom Barrack, a longtime ally of former President Donald Trump and his one-time inaugural committee chairman, was found not guilty on Friday of illegal foreign lobbying charges, a defeat for federal prosecutors in Brooklyn who accused the billionaire businessman of improperly acting as a foreign agent on behalf of the United Arab Emirates.

After a trial that stretched nearly two months and saw testimony from two former Trump administration officials, a jury of five men and seven women reached the verdict after deliberating over three days.

Barrack was acquitted on all charges, which included conspiracy, obstruction, and lying to the FBI.

Twitter CEO Elon Musk announced mass firings would take place today.

Twitter sent an email to employees on Thursday telling them they would be notified if they were fired based on whether an email popped up on their Twitter account or in their personal email.

According to PIndia Twitter fired almost all of its employees in India.

Microblogging social media platform Twitter is undergoing many changes after being acquired by Elon Musk. In a recent development, Twitter laid off most of its employees in India on November 4, 2022. Though the company has laid off employees in its marketing, communication and engineering department in large numbers, other departments of the company are also undergoing significant shuffle and layoffs including the engineering department.

The CEO of Twitter, Parag Agrawal, as well as the CFO and a few other senior executives were fired last week by the world’s richest businessman, Elon Musk, who started his tenure there. Musk has now begun a significant effort to reduce the company’s overall staff. Layoffs in India are a component of the same exercise. The extent of this radical shift in the organizational structure can be gauged by the fact that Twitter has 300 employees in India and almost 250 employees across all the functions were fired by Elon Musk who was anyways not happy with the old management for their allegedly dishonest and untrue appearance during the acquisition deal.

In the exit email, Twitter told employees:

“In an effort to place Twitter on a healthy path, we will go through the difficult process of reducing our global workforce on Friday. We will temporarily close all offices for the safety of employees as well as Twitter systems and customer data. If you are in an office or on your way to an office, please return home.”

The Deep State has crept into every entity in the US government.  Now we can’t even trust the numbers coming from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

The BLS reported today that the economy gained 261,000 new jobs last month:

Total nonfarm payroll employment increased by 261,000 in October, and the unemployment rate rose to 3.7 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Notable job gains occurred in health care, professional and technical services, and manufacturing.

This news release presents statistics from two monthly surveys. The household survey measures labor force status, including unemployment, by demographic characteristics. The establishment survey measures nonfarm employment, hours, and earnings by industry. For more information about the concepts and statistical methodology used in these two surveys, see the Technical Note.

But Zerohedge put together another excellent report on the real status of the economy and the errors in the BLS report.

For starters, we have the job layoffs just in the past 24 hours.

Zerohedge continues:

A simplistic, superficial take of today’s jobs report would conclude that the red hot jump in nonfarm payrolls indicates a “strong hiring market” (just ignore the jump in the unemployment rate). Nothing could be further from the truth.

Recall that back in August and September, we showed that a stark divergence had opened between the Household and Establishment surveys that comprise the monthly jobs report, and since March the former has been stagnant while the latter has been rising every single month. In addition to that, full-time jobs were plunging while part-time jobs were soaring.

Fast forward to today when the inconsistencies not only continue to grow, but in some cases have becoming downright grotesque.

Consider the following: the closely followed Establishment survey came in above expectations at 261K, above the 195K expected, and down modestly from last month’s upward revised 319K…

…Alas, there is only so much the Department of Labor can hide under the rug because when looking at the abovementioned gap between the Household and Establishment surveys which we have been pounding the table on since the summer, it just blew out by a whopping 589K, the most since June’s 608K, as a result of the 261K increase in the number of nonfarm payrolls (tracked by the Household survey) offset by a perplexing plunge in the number of people actually employed which tumbled by 328K (tracked by Establishment survey).

What is even more perplexing, is that despite the continued rise in nonfarm payrolls, the Household survey continues to telegraph growing weakness, and as of Oct 31, the gap that opened in March has since grown to a whopping 2.3 million “workers” which may or may not exist anywhere besides the spreadsheet model of some BLS political activist!

Showing this another way, there were 158.5 million employed workers in March 2022… and 158.6 million in October 2022 an increase of just 150K, during a period in which the number of payrolls (which as a reminder is the number the market follows) reportedly increased by 2.5 million!

On Thursday, Elon Musk is expected to cut 3,700 Twitter employees, or over half of the company’s workforce globally, to reign in Twitter’s costs, according to the Verge.

To prevent sabotage, Twitter has temporarily shut down all of its offices and disabled badge access to all physical locations. An email was sent to its employees on Thursday informing them to “go home and not return to the offices on Friday.”

Some employees in the UK said that their computers were “remotely cleaned” while they slept and that they lost access to Slack and Gmail, according to Daily Mail.

Chris Younie, who works for Twitter in entertainment partnerships, tweeted: ‘Well this isn’t looking promising. Can’t log into emails. Mac won’t turn on. But so grateful this is happening at 3 am. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness on the timing front guys…’

Half of Twitter’s staff was let go in a mass email dismissal. The internal message stated that employees would be informed of their layoff status via email by 9 AM PST (12 PM EST) on November 4.

It appeared that Twitter Asia was hit the hardest.

The Daily Mail obtained a copy of the email that was sent to all staff, including those who will be laid off and those who will not.

Those who have been laid off have been notified that, depending on their position, they will continue to be employed by the social media giant until either January or February 2 next year. However, their last day of work will be November 4, and they are not expected to work, and all access will be deactivated.

On Friday morning, Musk accused activist groups of “trying to destroy free speech in America” with their pressure tactics to drive advertisers away from Twitter after he took control of the social media company. Musk said Twitter has seen a “massive drop in revenue.”

100 Percent Fed Up reports – On Monday, Federal Judge Kenneth Hoyt held True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht and True the Vote investigator Gregg Phillips in contempt of court over their refusal to identify a confidential informant who helped them obtain information that led to the discovery and, later, evidence that the E. Lansing, MI based election software company Konnech was storing election-related data on servers in China.

The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office has accused Yu of stealing personal identifying information of poll workers. The office alleged that such data was stored on servers in China, in violation of Konnech’s contract with Los Angeles County.

Superior Court of Los Angeles County Judge Victoria Wilson ruled that Yu be released on a $500,000 bond and remain under house arrest until his next hearing, which is set for Nov. 17. Yu was ordered to remain in Los Angeles County and wear an ankle monitor.

NBC News has pulled their bombshell report Friday morning by Miguel Almaguer on the attack on Paul Pelosi that included details that contradicted the narrative in the federal charging papers against accused attacker David DePape. The video of a report that aired on the Today Show was pulled across several platforms after The Gateway Pundit reported the contradictions-which was not noted by NBC in their report.

Last weekend a report by NBC a third person wan in the Pelosi home at the time of the attack was walked back.

The YouTube video originally posted to the Today Show page was made private.

11. DEPAPE pulled the hammer from Pelosi’s hand and swung the hammer, striking
Pelosi in the head. Officers immediately went inside and were able to restrain DEPAPE. While
officers were restraining DEPAPE, Pelosi appeared to be unconscious on the ground.
Officers removed a cell phone, cash, clipper cards, and an unidentified card from DEPAPE’s
right shorts pocket. DEPAPE provided officers his first and last name. After officers asked
DEPAPE if he had an ID on him, DEPAPE said it might be in his backpack on the back porch
and later stated his backpack was near the broken glass. When officers removed DEPAPE from
Pelosi’s residence, police body worn camera footage showed a glass door that appeared to be
laminated glass, broken near the door handle. San Francisco Police Department recovered zip
ties in Pelosi’s bedroom and in the hallway near the front door of the Pelosi residence. In
addition, law enforcement searched DEPAPE’s backpack at the Pelosi residence, and they found,
among other things, a roll of tape, white rope, one hammer, one pair of rubber and cloth gloves,
and a journal.

NBC News learning new details about the moments police arrived. Sources familiar with what unfolded in the Pelosi residence now revealing when officers responded to the high-priority call, they were seemingly unaware they’d been called to the home of the speaker of the House after a knock and announce the front door was opened by Mr. Pelosi. The 82-year-old did not immediately declare an emergency or tried to leave his home, but instead began walking several feet back into the foyer toward the assailant and away from police. It’s unclear if the 82 year old was already injured or what his mental state was, say sources. According to court documents, when the officer asked what was going on, defendant smiled and said, Everything’s good, but instantaneously. A struggle ensued as police clearly saw David de PAP strike Paul Pelosi in the head with a hammer. After tackling the suspect, officers rushed to Mr. Pelosi who was lying in a pool of blood.

NBC San Francisco affiliate KNTV-TV picked up the report and later deleted it. A copy was found in Google Cache (excerpt):

New details have emerged about the moments when responding officers arrived at the San Francisco home of Paul and Nancy Pelosi on the morning Paul Pelosi was attacked with a hammer.

When officers arrived at the Pacific Heights house in the early morning hours of Oct. 28, they were unaware who’s home it was, and after a knock and announce, the front door was opened by Pelosi, according to an NBC News report citing sources familiar with the events at the home.

After answering the door, Pelosi began walking several feet toward the assailant and away from police into the foyer, according to the report. It’s unclear if Pelosi was already injured or what his mental state was, the sources told NBC News.

The officers saw Pelosi and the suspect, who smiled at them, and a struggle ensued as officers saw suspect David DePape strike Pelosi with a hammer, the sources told NBC News.

A bail hearing for DePape is scheduled for Friday in San Francisco Superior Court. He faces state charges of attempted murder and multiple other felonies in the home invasion attack. He was not expected to appear in person.

After years of accusing white people of racism on her show and promoting genocide against whites, MSNBC suddenly fired far-left host Tiffany Cross on Friday.

Cross is the perfect spokeswoman for the modern-day Democrat Party.

It can be recalled that Cross labeled the 4th of July “Independence Day for white men” and compared Trump voters to “colonizing slave owners.”

She also attacked white truckers as aggressive, dangerous drivers who overwhelmingly voted for Trump.

Cross said there’s a lot of racism in the trucking industry because it’s mainly white men over the age of 55.

She also said Republicans are going to “cheat” in the midterm elections because no one likes their policies.

“They know their policies are trash. They know they can’t win elections on merit,” Cross said on Saturday.

MSNBC chose not to renew Cross’ contract and severed all connections with her immediately.

Tiffany Cross, the MSNBC weekend host who was known for running the freewheeling Saturday commentary program “Cross Connection,” is leaving the NBCUniversal-owned cable-news outlet.

MSNBC decided not to renew Cross’ contract after two years, according to one of these people, and severed ties with her immediately. A rotating group of anchors will lead her weekend hours until a replacement is found, and the production staff assigned to her show are believed to be likely to stay in place.

There has been speculation that Cross’ relationship with MSNBC was becoming frayed, according to two of these people, with executives at the network growing concerned about the anchor’s willingness to address statements made by cable-news hosts on other networks and indulging in commentary executives felt did not meet the standards of MSNBC or NBC News.
