On Thursday, U.S. pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc. and its German partner BioNTech announced the launch of Phase I clinical trial to assess the efficacy of a combination vaccination targeting COVID-19 and influenza.

The single-dose vaccination candidate is a mix of Pfizer’s mRNA-based flu shot, which is now in Phase 3 clinical testing, and the companies’ Omicron-tailored COVID-19 booster shot.

According to its news release, the goal of a new combination vaccine is to prevent people from two extremely dangerous respiratory virus infections.

The study will start early this week in the US, and there will be a total of 180 volunteers ranging in age from 18 to 64 years old.

Pfizer Inc. and BioNTech SE today announced the advancement of an mRNA-based combination vaccine candidate for influenza and COVID-19 to a Phase 1 trial with the aim to address two severe respiratory diseases with one vaccine. The first participant has been dosed in a Phase 1 trial evaluating the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of a nucleoside-modified RNA (modRNA)-based combination vaccine approach.

The vaccine candidate combines Pfizer’s quadrivalent modRNA-based influenza vaccine candidate, qIRV (22/23), which is currently in Phase 3 clinical development, and Pfizer and BioNTech’s authorized Omicron-adapted bivalent COVID-19 BNT162b2 (Original/Omicron BA.4/BA.5) vaccine, each of which is based on BioNTech’s proprietary mRNA platform technology.

About the Phase 1 Study 
The BioNTech-sponsored, randomized Phase 1 study is designed to evaluate the safety, immunogenicity, and optimal dose level of a combined vaccine candidate against COVID-19 and influenza and is being conducted in the United States, aiming to enroll 180 healthy volunteers 18 through 64 years of age. The follow-up period for each participant will be a total of six months.

The vaccine candidate is based on BioNTech’s proprietary mRNA platform technology and contains mRNA strands encoding the wild-type spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 and the spike protein of the Omicron BA.4/BA.5 subvariants as well as mRNA strands encoding the hemagglutinin of four different influenza strains, recommended for the Northern Hemisphere 2022/23 by the World Health Organization. Hemagglutinin is a surface protein of the influenza virus which plays a role in the initiation of infection. The influenza virus is subject to constant mutations to evade the host immune response, causing a seasonal variation in circulating strains.

The new development program builds on the companies’ success in developing the first approved and most widely used mRNA vaccine as of todayi to help prevent COVID-19. The companies will share the development costs. This is the fourth collaboration between Pfizer and BioNTech in the infectious diseases field, following the influenza vaccine collaboration initiated in 2018, the COVID-19 vaccine collaboration initiated in 2020 and the shingles vaccine collaboration initiated in 2022.

According to Barrons, both Moderna and Novavax have been working on developing combined immunizations against influenza and COVID.

Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room today following yesterday’s bombshell presentation on voter fraud in the 2020 Election.

Borrelli reviewed the findings from yesterday with Steve Bannon, and he said the 2020 election in Arizona was “uncertifiable.”

A team in Maricopa County reviewed voter registration forms and compared them with signatures on over 100,000 ballot envelopes, and they identified a staggering 20% error rate in signature verification.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on Dr. Shiva’s analysis of ballot signatures in the 2020 election, which found similar results. However, the fake news media, the Democrats, and Maricopa County RINOs did not want to address Dr. Shiva’s evidence. Instead, they did everything they could to discredit Dr. Shiva and his findings.

Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli responded to these findings and Attorney General Mark Brnovich’s recent 60 Minutes appearance today on the War Room.

Brnovich appeared on 60 Minutes earlier this week, where he labeled people like Sonny Borrelli “clowns.” He also said that the Arizona audit and those who don’t believe the 2020 election was free and fair are involved in a “giant grift” or a “swindle.”

Bannon: Brnovich went on 60 minutes. He went to the heart of the mainstream regime media, corporate media, on Sunday night, and he called Sonny Borelli a grifter. He said Sonny Borrelli is a crook. He said anybody who’s talking about this is a whack job or a grifter that are advancing their careers, are somehow making money off this. This is what the sitting Attorney General in the state of Arizona said, sir. What is your response to Brnovich?

Borrelli: Go freakin pound sand. I’m running for my last term in the Senate. I have not raised one penny off of the audit, or off this thing at all. Karen Fann is not running again. She stayed with it. She didn’t bend; she didn’t weaken. You know, it’s just really despicable that somebody would say something like that. Especially somebody that’s taken an oath to be an officer of the court, and has took an oath to actually defend the laws of Arizona. And he just basically bailed on us to call us these names. And actually, it’s really disgusting how he said that he spent all kinds of 1000s of hours chasing down dead voters and this and that, and what a waste of time it was, 1000s of hours. Well, you know what, as soon as the team that was analyzing all this data, within 45 minutes, they came up with 30 Dead voters, and 17 of them actually voted in the 2020 election. So don’t give me any bullshit about the 1000s of man-hours that his office had to endure, which is ridiculous. Now when we had the audit report last year in September, with Dr. Shiva analyzing signatures off the ballot envelopes, because the county would not give us the voter registration forms, which is what they use to analyze the ballot envelope signature, and they have to match that up with the voter registration form. When they wouldn’t give us the voter registration forms, even unredacted, because they were afraid this was gonna fall into the wrong hands and identity theft. I’m gonna get back to the identity theft here in a minute, okay? So, Dr. Shiva had to do something else, he had to go through all kinds of different public records, property deeds, and so on and so forth to get some type of a comparison. They disparaged that signature verification, and they said, that’s not the standard we use, you can’t use that standard because it’s not real. We don’t even know where you got that. We don’t know if it’s real. So they just kind of blew that off, but yet they also blew off the fact that you cannot open a ballot that does not have a signature and is not cured, which means the law says if the ballot envelope comes in, and it doesn’t have a signature, they have until the close of 7 pm on election day to get down there and assign that ballot and verify who you are. They did it anyway. They ripped it open they had some with just check marks on it. And there’s some of them, it’s amazing. You’ve got the PowerPoint decision, we sent you the whole PowerPoint, there are some that were not even they could not sign.

Bannon: What was this evidence that you guys put the team on? And what are the biggest headlines you’ve got that now has people’s heads blowing up because you’re outing people that have been lying from the beginning?

Borrelli: So, they said our signature verification was bogus. It was debunked. You know, it’s all been debunked, all that kind of stuff. So guess what? We ended up obtaining these voter registration forms, the same standard that they use to verify signatures. Now that’s a long, arduous process to just do in the first place. So, we actually got the voter registration forms to actually compare signatures on the ballot envelopes. And this is where we got this data. We went through all of these things. What we did we were able to do was actually 104,000 ballot envelopes. That’s what we examined so far. We’re already at a 20% error rate or success rate. Or whatever you want to call it.

Bannon: of the 104,000 envelopes you were able to check, you’re saying 20% failed that test?

Borrelli: Yes. We’re talking signatures that are so blatant, and look, we still got another million and a half to go.

Bannon: How did it take us two years to get here, sir?

Borrelli: Well, if they would have cooperated with us, we would have nailed this down two years ago. It’s just that simple. If they would have given us what we needed when we asked for what we actually subpoenaed, we would have been done with this two years ago. But no, they wanted to drag their feet and obstruct and resist it, and it’s ridiculous. And it’s exactly what it is. This is a cover-up. They said all you are conspiracy theorists. No, it’s no longer theory. There is a conspiracy, a conspiracy to cover up the evidence of an election that’s technically uncertifiable

The Gateway Pundit reported on the horrific murder of a mother of three in front of her children. Adam Bennefield was out of jail less than 24 hours after allegedly beating his estranged wife, Keaira Bennefield, thanks to failed New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s Less is More Act.

Despite the brutal assault and because he only faced misdemeanor charges, he was not allowed to be held under the New York  State Penal Code bail law.  The misdemeanors included third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Bennefield allegedly killed his 30-year-old wife in front of her young children on the morning of October 5th.

The Less is More Act gives more leniency to parolees and removes reasons to put parolees back behind bars.  According the the New York Post, “It removes technical parole violations like being late for an appointment, missing a curfew or finding alcohol or drugs in urine samples. And the act would speed up the timeframe to judicial review for any violations.”

Keaira’s mother, Tammy Hudson, placed the blame squarely on Hochul’s shoulders. Hudson asserts that Hochul’s support for the no-cash bail law directly led to her daughter’s tragic murder. She told told the Post,  “She should be charged for the crime. She’s also responsible for the crime.”

But Hochul insists that everyone else is to blame for rampant crime in New York, not her no-cash-bail laws.

The Democrat deflected blame from herself and instead pointed the finger at “the system” and “judges and “prosecutors” after Keaira was executed less than 24 hours after her estranged husband was sprung from jail on no bail over a caught-on-camera beatdown.

“The system absolutely failed her,” Hochul said at a Westchester rally when asked by The Post to respond to the victim’s distraught mom, who has blamed the governor for the barbaric murder.

“The system has to work. Orders of protection have to be granted, transition homes have to be available and we have to make sure that judges and prosecutors charge appropriately.”

The Post continues:

“Kathy Hochul desperately wants to point fingers at everyone for the Bennefield murder. Kathy Hochul should point fingers at herself and the cashless bail law in Albany,” upstate Rep. Elise Stefanik, the House Republican Conference Chair, told The Post.

“Kathy Hochul has failed New Yorkers at every turn. She owns the crime crisis and the devastating loss of life.”

“This is a disgusting, craven new low — even for her,” said Nick Langworthy, state GOP chairman and congressional candidate in upstate District 23 that includes Erie County.

“Kathy Hochul has the power to change these laws today but instead she was their biggest cheerleader and continues to double down,” he continued. “Keaira would still be alive today if she had acted. She is unfit to serve as governor and Election Day can’t come soon enough.”

Hochul’s absolute failure of leadership is showing in the polls in the lead-up to the mid-term elections on November 8th.

Republican Lee Zeldin took the lead, 48.4 to 47.6, over Hochul in the latest Trafalgar poll  for the New York governor.

Zeldin expressed outrage over the murder, which highlights the abject failure of the act, and has called for bail reforms.

Speaker Pelosi released the following statement about her husband’s release from the hospital and his continued recovery.

Paul is grateful to the 911 operator, emergency responders, trauma care team, ICU staff, and the entire ZSFGH medical staff for their excellent and compassionate life-saving treatment he received after the violent assault in our home. Paul remains under doctors’ care as he continues to progress on a long recovery process and convalescence. He is now home surrounded by his family who request privacy.”

Repugnant co-host of The View, Sunny Hostin, attacked Republican female voters in the lead up to the midterm elections on November 8th. On Thursday’s episode, the angry View harpies discussed the upcoming midterms and co-host Farah Griffin predicted a red wave.

After commenting on a recent polling regarding abortion, Hostin declares,  “I read a poll just yesterday that white, Republican, suburban women are now going to vote Republican. It’s almost like roaches voting for Raid, right?”

Hard to imagine what would happen if a White pundit called an entire voting block of Black women roaches, but firing and cancelling would be on the table from leftists.

Hostin went on to question if female Republicans actually “want to live in Gilead” from “The Handmaid’s Tale.” At that, host Alyssa Farah Griffin got visibly upset and disagreed, calling Hostin’s words “insulting to the voter.”

“Do we love democracy or not?” Farah Griffin shot back. “Because, just saying that, it’s insulting to the voter. People will make their decisions based on what’s right for their family. And the idea that you should have a say for everyone else’s vote….”

Farah Griffin went on to press Hostin about her thoughts on this, considering she is anti-abortion. And to that, Hostin returned to her regular response, saying that just because she doesn’t believe in abortion because of her religion, doesn’t mean she has the right to force that idea onto other women.

Host Sara Haines eventually chimed in, noting that she’s not too surprised that abortion isn’t the top issue for Republican women, considering election deniers are the main issue for her. “Everyone has a priority list,” she said.

Sonny has a record of disturbing comments. In May, The Gateway Pundit reported on her racist and disparaging remarks with guest co-host Lindsey Granger, a black Republican, saying “black Republicans are an oxymoron,” and she didn’t “understand” Black or Latino Republicans.

During the May episode, Hostin then mentioned Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas as an example of a conflict of interest.  Hostin interrupted  Granger’s comments and asked if she was a Republican, to which Granger responded, “Yes.”

“That’s an oxymoron, a Black Republican,” said Hostin.

“You feel like it’s an oxymoron? Why? Your friend [Navarro] right here is a Republican,” Granger argued. “You say you feel like it’s an oxymoron that you’re a Catholic but you’re also pro-life.”

Racist Hostin snapped at Granger and Navarro for identifying themselves as Republicans. “I don’t understand either of you… I don’t understand Black Republicans, and I don’t understand Latino Republicans,” Hostin retorted.

Joe Biden on Thursday traveled to Albuquerque, New Mexico to deliver remarks on student debt relief in an effort to rally young voters ahead of next week’s midterm elections.

Biden attacked hardworking Americans who oppose his student loan bailout.

Joe Biden unilaterally announced a massive forgiveness of student loans in August.

Biden canceled up to $10,000 in student debt for borrowers who earn $125,000 a year or less and up to $20,000 for recipients of Pell Grants, NBC News reported.

Hardworking Americans who never went to college or fully paid for their own student loans are now being forced to pay other people’s school loans.

Conservative attorneys immediately got to work and filed lawsuits to stop Joe Biden’s illegal loan bailout program.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals late last month issued a temporary stay blocking Biden’s loan bailout plan while it considers a motion filed by conservative attorneys and Republican lawmakers.

“We’re fighting them in court, we’re not letting them get away with it,” Biden said attacking the conservatives suing him.

“Their outrage is simply wrong… and I might add, without being too political here, but, hypocritical,” said Biden.

Joe Biden attacked more than half of the country last night in a divisive speech and now he’s lashing out at hardworking Americans for not wanting to pay other people’s student loans.

Just like Tucker Carlson said, the guy who took “inappropriate showers” with his own daughter is calling you a hypocrite and telling you that you are a bad person.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – On Oct 10, we reported about five individuals in Michigan who sued Michigan’s dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and MI Director of Elections Jonathan Brater over their sudden creation of a new set of rules titled “The Appointments, Rights, and Duties of Poll Challengers and Election Workers,” only months before Michigan’s August 2, 2022, Primary Election.

The lawsuit, which Attorney Ann Howard filed in the MI Court of Claims, was joined together with a similar lawsuit filed by the RNC. The suit asked for an emergency injunction to compel MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and Jonathan Brater to rescind the changes to their newly created  “guidance” for poll challengers that was first implemented in the August 2022 Primary Election.

The new set of rules by Jocelyn Benson, the Soros-funded MI Democrat SOS, essentially ties the hands of poll challengers who have a constitutional right to examine the absentee ballot counting process. It is just one more example of how Benson consistently pushes the envelope and goes outside of the bounds of her job description by restricting members of the Republican Party, who she treats like an enemy, from overseeing the absentee ballot counting process.

On October 20, Judge Swarzle offered his opinion, ruling in favor of the plaintiffs.

Instead of complying with the ruling by Judge Swarzle and removing her made-up rules from the MI SOS, a taxpayer-funded website, Michigan’s dirty SOS Jocelyn Bensonimmediately appealed the decision to the MI Supreme Court, hoping for a more favorable outcome. Michigan’s dirty SOS and her legal team, which includes lawyers from Hillary Clinton’s favorite law firm headed up by leftist hack attorney Marc Elias, issued over 460 pages of legal filings.

MI Democrat SOS Jocelyn Benson’s Republican challenger, Kristina Karamo, created a video to explain her illegal “guidance,” as she points out, “This is the fifth time a judge has slapped her down.”:

Today, in a stunning reversal of Judge Swartzle’s decision, a 5-2 ruling from the far-left-leaning MI Supreme Court granted SOS Benson’s request to stay the Circuit Court judge’s decision.

The MI Supreme Court’s decision means that the poll challengers are NOT allowed to have any discussion with election workers and are forced to ONLY communicate with a liaison. If that liaison is busy with another issue or poll challenger and the polls challenger, who is also not allowed to leave the precinct where they are watching the ballots being processed, the ballot in question could be processed and tabulated before a so-called liaison comes to their table to address an objection. In other words, an illegally cast ballot can be tabulated with no ability for the poll challenger to prevent it from happening.

From the MI Supreme Court decision:

Providing a challenger liaison therefore does not appear contrary to any statute, so long as such a liaison is actually available, and it appears to be within the Secretary of State’s authority under a statutory provision distinct from its rulemaking authority. The Secretary of State therefore has a high likelihood of success on the merits in this issue.

Justin Brian Zahra shared a scathing dissent in the Supreme Court decision:

This is not the first time that the Secretary of State has claimed to merely be issuing “instructions” to justify the lack of open and transparent promulgation of rules under the APA. The same claim was made before the 2020 general election. Yet, in March 2021, the Court of Claims issued an opinion that held, “[i]n sum, the standards issued by defendant [Secretary of State] on October 6, 2020, with respect to signature-matching requirements amounted to a ‘rule’ that should have been promulgated in accordance with the APA. And absent compliance with the APA, the ‘rule’ is invalid.”

In the present case, the Court of Claims carefully and reasonably reviewed the challenges and found each to be in conflict with statutory law concerning the credentialling of poll watchers and their conduct during the election. At this stage of these proceedings, I cannot conclude that a stay of the Court of Claims judgment should enter. Indeed, it appears likely that defendants have once again chosen to implement “rules” under the guise of “instruction.”

Under MCL 168.31(1)(a), the Secretary of State shall “issue instructions and promulgate rules pursuant to the [APA] for the conduct of elections and registrations in accordance with the laws of this state.” Defendants undisputedly did not promulgate revisions to the Manual pursuant to the APA, and they argue that they were not required to do so because the revisions were only instructional. Yet, defendants assert that “the instructions are binding on local clerks, MCL 168.21, MCL 168.31(1)(a)-(c), who in turn have the obligation to train all election inspectors on Election Day procedures pursuant to those instructions, including the procedures related to challengers and the challenge process, MCL 168.31(1)(c), (i), (m).” Defendants cannot have it both ways.

While defendants maintain that the Manual was revised to provide mere instructions, those instructions became manifest when actually implemented and put into practice during the August 2, 2022, primary. At that point, plaintiffs could cite the revisions to the Manual and claim the revisions were not merely instructional; they were, in fact rules that were required to be promulgated under the APA to have the effect of law.17

Michigan has a number of critical candidates and proposals on the ballot in 5 days, not the least of which is the election of two MI Supreme Court Justices who must be elected if Michigan has any hope of blind justice in their state.

A 29-year-old homeless man was arrested on Thursday for raping and attacking a female jogger.

According to reports, an unidentified 43-year-old woman jogging in New York City’s affluent West Village was violently attacked, raped and robbed at 5:30 am by a homeless man with 18 prior arrests.

The homeless attacker is a suspect in two other sex crimes The New York Post reported citing sources.

The victim was jogging at Hudson River Park in Manhattan early Thursday morning when the homeless man approached her on a bike, shoved her to the ground, choked her and sexually assaulted her before taking off with her phone and credit cards.

This homeless man was free to rape, rob and assault women because of Democrats such as Governor Kathy Hochul. DA Alvin Bragg and Mayor Eric Adams.

The New York Post reported:

A homeless man wanted for at least two sex crimes — and who has at least 25 prior busts — was arrested Thursday in connection with the rape of a jogger in the West Village on Thursday morning, law-enforcement sources said.

The 29-year-old suspect — who has yet to be charged in connection with any of the attacks — was taken into custody at the Port Authority bus station several hours after the assault, the sources said.

Police believe he raped, choked and robbed a 43-year-old woman while she was out for a run at Pier 45 around 5:30 a.m., according to the sources.

Cops tracked him down after he used the woman’s credit cards at a Target in Midtown.

But police have been hunting for him since at least April, after he attacked a woman out on a run near West and Clarkson streets on March 27, according to sources.

The woman was jogging on Pier 40 around 6 a.m. when the suspect, who was on a bike, rode up to her, pushed her down, choked her and sexually assaulted her before swiping her cell phone and taking off, cops said at the time.

On Oct. 6, the suspect attacked a 48-year-old woman walking on the FDR Drive service road near East 37th Street around 5 a.m. He came up to the woman from behind, placed her in a chokehold and tried to rip off her clothes and rape her but the woman managed to fight him off, cops said at the time.

Smith launched his new show at CNBC in 2020 after leaving his Fox News gig.

CNBC will wind down Shepard Smith’s nightly newscast as it refocuses its evening programming on business and financial news.

The News With Shepard Smith will air its last episode later in November. Its replacement will launch in early 2023, though a title and anchors for the show have yet to be announced

In its place, we will be investing in a new Business News program that will launch in the beginning of 2023. Decisions like these are not arrived at hastily or taken lightly. I believe this decision will ultimately help to strengthen our brand and the value we provide our audiences.

Democrat Rep Steven Horsford is trying to get his ex-wife to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, according to his ex-wife.

Sonya Douglass blasted her ex-husband in a Twitter thread — saying he “refuses to take responsibility for his own actions.”

According to Douglass, the agreement was supposed to stop her from speaking about their 22-year marriage and divorce – it included $10,000 fines if it was broken.

I was just minding my business until Steven and his attorney demanded I sign an NDA that would ban me from speaking about my 22-year marriage, his 10-year affair, and our divorce FOREVER. It includes $10,000 fines for each remark or social post. Even to a therapist! Y’all!

I had no intention of posting anything and kept quiet the entire campaign. To think I would even want to mention his name is ridiculous. Who looks through the trash after you’ve taken it out? But I don’t respond well to bullying or intimidation so here we are.

And he’s already blaming me should he lose his race. Refuses to take responsibility for his own actions. He had hundreds of chances to do the right thing but he chose violence.

But through it all, I am stronger, wiser, and happier than I’ve ever been in my entire adult life. I pray my journey encourages others to trust God and accept nothing less than the peace, respect, and love we all deserve.

Horsford had an affair with Gabriela Linder, an intern for then-U.S. Senate majority leader Harry Reid.

The affair began in 2009 and resumed from 2017 to 2019 when Horsford joined Congress.

The Washington Free Beacon reported:

Horsford in May 2020 acknowledged that he had a years-long extramarital affair with Gabriela Linder. The pair met in 2009, when Linder was a 21-year-old intern for then-U.S. Senate majority leader Harry Reid (D., Nev.). Horsford was 36 at the time. According to Linder, the affair initially lasted a year and a half before it resumed from 2017 to 2019, when Horsford joined Congress.

The 2020 revelation rocked Horsford’s campaign, particularly given that the Democrat’s political website described Horsford as a “devoted family man.” At the time, Linder said Horsford should “step out of public office for some time” to “do some atoning.” But Horsford refused to drop out of the race and went on to secure a second term in Congress, defeating Republican Jim Marchant by 5 points. Horsford is now running for a third term, a decision that Douglass criticized in March.

Horsford is currently in a tight race against Republican Sam Peters.

The race is considered lean Democrat — but a red wave could cause him to lose his seat.

The 4th District, which Biden would have won with 53 percent and is represented by Rep. Steven Horsford, is rated Lean Democratic. Republicans have not invested in this race the way they’ve targeted the 1st and 3rd Districts, but it’s not hard to see insurance agency owner Sam Peters winning in a great Republican cycle.
