The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have just made a covert change to their guidance on flu vaccines during pregnancy, replacing the term “pregnant women” with the more woke and gender-neutral term “pregnant people.”

According to DailyMail.com, an update to the CDC website in August removed any references to women, including the pronouns “she,” “her,” and “mother.”

The terms have been replaced with the gender-neutral ‘pregnant people,’ ‘their,’ or have been completely removed.

This lunacy has been on full display ever since SCOTUS rendered its decision, with unhinged activists engaging in depraved displays of celebration for the act of mutilating and killing unborn babies.

Unfortunately for the delusional leftist masses, the narrative peddlers at the top of the hierarchy cannot pin down a solid definition of what a woman even is.

The Daily Mail provided screenshots of the before and after changes in the Q&A section for “Flu Vaccine Safety and Pregnancy.” Changes are indicated in red.

The Daily Mail reported:

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) said there was ‘no logical scientific reason’, claiming it was ‘clearly a political move’.

It is the latest example of CDC medical advice being de-sexed in an attempt to be more inclusive to trans people. DailyMail.com revealed last month women had also been omitted from monkeypox guidance.

But experts warn using neutral terms in gender-specific health advice muddles messaging — especially for those who are vulnerable or whose first language isn’t English.

Flu vaccines are particularly important for pregnant women, who are at a much higher risk of severe disease.

DailyMail.com has approached the CDC for comment.

It comes as the US is in the midst of its worst flu outbreak in 13 years thanks to an unusually early and aggressive outbreak, data shows.

Dr Jane Orient, executive director of the right-leaning AAPS told DailyMail.com that the update was ‘absurd’.

‘There is no logical scientific reason to say this, it is clearly a political move,’ she said.

‘If you don’t have a uterus and you don’t have ovaries then you can’t be pregnant’.

She warned that not giving a patient’s biological gender raised the risk of them receiving inappropriate care.

‘There is a medical risk in misrepresenting in a physiological situation,’ she said.

‘A person who claims to be a man but has female organs needs to have those parts of their body treated appropriately.

‘If he goes to the gynecological service, he is not dealing with a physician trained in how to deal with male problems.’

Dr Orient said that the CDC likely shifted its guidance to include women who were now identifying as men.

But she warned these individuals would still need to end up on maternity wards because they are ‘nevertheless a woman’ in the biological women.

Award-winning actress and long-time advocate of abortion rights, Anne Hathaway commented on the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade on Tuesday’s episode of “The View” while recounting her personal experience with abortion.

Following the decision to overturn abortion, Hathaway uploaded an abortion-themed post on her Instagram account to honor the 16th anniversary of her film “The Devil Wears Prada.”

“Looking back on photos of this beloved film that shaped the lives and careers of so many—mine included—I am struck by the fact that the young female characters in this movie built their lives and careers in a country that honored their right to have choice over their own reproductive health,” the actress wrote back in June.

Joy Behar asked her why did Hathaway write that message.

“Because we’re in the fight,” Hathaway responded. “We’re in the fight every day. We’re in the fight every minute.”

“Some 16-year-olds life has been irrevocably changed because of the current overturning of Roe v. Wade. And in this character [Devil wears Prada], I played a young woman who was starting out her career. And when you are a young woman starting out your career, your reproductive destiny matters a great deal.”

“I think about it all the time. I think we all think about it all the time and what its implications are and what it means to live in a country that puts us in this position again. And so if I were to play that role nowadays, I couldn’t take that for granted. I couldn’t take that freedom for granted, the freedom of choice.”

“My own personal experience with abortion and I don’t think we talk about this enough, abortion can be another word for mercy,” Hathaway said.

“We don’t know. We know that no two pregnancies are alike and it follows that no two lives are alike. That follows that no two conceptions are alike. So how can we have a law? How can we have a point of view on this that says we must treat everything the same? And where I come at it from is when you allow for choice, you allow for flexibility, which is what we need in order to be human.”

Her statements about abortion have drawn some criticism.

One Twitter user said, “To be human” should not mean killing a baby you irresponsibily made, so you can have nicer things. Being a woman/mother, invariably means sacrificing everything to protect your child. It’s why mothers are so revered. No wonder mother/womanhood is no longer respected.”

“Abortion is another word for LACK of “mercy”. To promote the merciless destruction of a developing human trapped in the womb is as far from a conversation about “practicality” or morality as one can get,” another said.

“So many women speak out loudly in support of abortion in an attempt to drown out the quiet voice in their heads condemning them for murdering their own innocent offspring.”

American military personnel are now in Ukraine to help keep track of the billions of dollars’ worth of weapons and equipment the United States has sent since the start of the Russian invasion, a senior U.S. defense official and senior U.S. military official said.

Led by Brig. Gen. Garrick Harmon, the U.S. defense attaché to Ukraine, the inspections have already begun with the help of the Office of Defense Cooperation personnel who have returned to the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, the officials said.

Yes, why now? This story is curious not only for its content but its timing. Let me start with content. Concerns were raised starting last April about the corrupt diversion of U.S. military supplies to criminal organizations inside Ukraine. That is why CBS produced a 60 Minutes piece that aired in August with the inconvenient claim that a good portion of U.S. weapons never made it to the front. Within days of this story’s publication, CBS News deletes tweet claiming only ‘like 30%’ of US military aid for Ukraine ever reaches the front lines. (You can read my original piece here.)

If the U.S. was serious about ensuring the weapons paid for by U.S. taxpayers actually wound up in the hands of Ukrainian soldiers, it would have been very easy to put in an audit system and verify periodically that there was no chicanery going on. How should you do this? Here is one possibility–When every plane touches down and cargo is off-loaded the Ukrainians should have been required to identify and record in a joint database where those items would be stored and who would be receiving them ultimately. You demand that records be kept detailing when, where and to whom those weapons/supplies are delivered. Then you conduct periodic audits (one every three weeks) verifying those facts. Apparently, no one on the U.S. side felt the need to do this and the crooked Ukrainians did what they do best–they looted the stockpiles, at least initially.

But we do have a pretty strong hint that the Pentagon realized they had a serious problem by May and made some unusual, quiet moves to address the situation. Let us examine the career of Brigadier General Garrick Harmon, who reportedly is helping the Ukrainians keep track of the U.S. largesse.

Normally, someone like General Harmon would do a two year tour as the Commanding General of the United States Army Security Assistance Command at the Redstone Arsenal in Alabama. He was reassigned after only one year. Why? Take a look at his bio and previous assignments. He spent almost two years in Moscow as the U.S. Defense Attache. According to his bio he majored in Russian studies at West Point and speaks Russian. But little attention was paid to his arrival in Kiev in late July. Only now is his name being bandied about. Why?

For starters, General Harmon speaks Russian and should be able to communicate easily with his Ukrainian counterparts (who also speak Russian). Second, he should have some relevant knowledge about the Russian Generals that are directing the campaign in Ukraine. That could be helpful to Ukrainian military planners. Most civilians may assume that Generals populate Defense Attache slots around the world. Not so. Most of those positions are staffed by Lt. Colonels and Colonels. Putting a General in charge is not common.

While it is possible that today’s story about U.S. troops on the ground carrying out audits of U.S. military supplies delivered to Ukraine is genuine, I have my doubts. Soldiers ostensibly detailed to carry out audits could in fact be diverted to help man M777 batteries, HIMARS rocket launchers, HARM missile launchers or operate combat drones. Declaring the purpose as “audit” could just be a thin form of cover to avoid admitting that the U.S. has troops in combat.

One possibility for the timing is to provide an explanation for U.S. casualties from recent Russian attacks that have not been publicized. One of the articles describing General Harmon’s inspection mission indicated that the U.S. troops were not being sent to the front lines and therefore are safe. I call bullshit. There is no safe place in Ukraine that Russia cannot hit with one of its cruise missiles. NATO troops learned this the hard way last March with the devastating hypersonic missile attack on Yavoriv.

Inspecting U.S. supplied weapons means that the auditor either is visiting a warehouse (which the Russians are hitting with regularity) or going to where those weapons are deployed, which means they are vulnerable to Russian fires.

If General Harmon’s primary mission is auditing the disposition of U.S. weapons supplied to Ukraine, this is a tacit admission that the original CBS story on diverted weapons was accurate and the United States is trying to get the worms back into the can. But if that is the case, why wait more than three months to let the press know that the United States was acting to prevent corruption? Why?

The political forecasters at the Cook Political Report have just shifted ten more races in favor of Republicans.

That doesn’t mean that they automatically expect the Republican in each of these races to win, mind you.

It means in some cases that the race has moved from Solid Dem to Leans Dem, or to Toss Up.

It’s still great news for Republicans.

Ten more House races shift in GOP’s favor, including in California and New York

Ten more House seats in reliably blue districts have been shifted in the GOP’s favor just one week ahead of Election Day, spelling trouble for Democrats in areas where President Joe Biden cruised to victory in 2020.

Two seats in New York and one in California have been moved from leaning Democratic to now being deemed toss-ups, giving Republicans hope for extra pickup opportunities as they seek to gain control of the House for the next two years. Additionally, a toss-up race in Oregon has been updated to lean Republican, according to the latest ratings from the nonpartisan Cook Political Report.

“I’ve never seen an election where the signs are this divergent and … lumpy,” a veteran Democratic strategist familiar with polling in several races told the outlet. “It’s less nationalized than we’re accustomed to, and there’s more weakness in the blue end of the battlefield.”

Another five races have been shifted from being “likely Democratic” to “lean Democratic” and one House race in New York has moved from being “solid Democrat” to “likely Democrat.”

The updated ratings set the stage for a number of upsets in areas where Democrats were once predicted to win easily but now face tough challenges from their Republican opponents.

A Rikers Island Corrections officer was stabbed 15 times in the Ann M. Cross Center on Monday by an inmate named Dennis Applewhite AKA Dennis Fredricks. The suspect is currently on Riker’s Island awaiting trial on a murder charge from 2021.

Dennis is accused of repeatedly stabbing the officer in the back of the head.  The Officer is listed in stable condition after the attack.

According to the Corrections Officers Benevolent Association, the officer was working in the protective custody unit when he was attacked

Applewhite/Fredricks at  Rikers Island awaiting trial for the murder of his pregnant girlfriend Brittani Duffy, who was fatally shot in the neck in front of her son.

The alleged suspect fled the scene and carjacked a 72-year-old driver in a 7-11 parking lot before being apprehended in Bergen County, NJ.

The New York Post reports:

The correction officer suffered serious injuries and was rushed to an area hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

“This was an unprovoked heinous and callous attack on one of our dedicated officers, who was simply doing their job,” DOC Commissioner Louis Molina said in a statement. “We will not tolerate any assaults on our Members of Service who show up to work each day to keep our jails safe.”

The Department of Correction is investigating the attack and has re-arrested Applewhite, Molina added.

Commissioner Molina went on to say, “We will not tolerate any assaults on our Members of Services who show up to work to keep our jails safe.”

President of the Corrections Officers Benevolent Association,  Benny Boscio has stated that he had visited the officer at the hospital and he is conscious and undergoing tests. He added that solitary confinement is needed in City jails because of bloody assaults like this.

“This heinous attack demonstrates why the Public Advocate and City Council must immediately hold the Bill to end punitive segregation before one of us gets killed,” Benny Boscio said.

Punitive segregation refers to The HALT Solitary Confinement Act or The Humane Alternatives to Long-Term Solitary Confinement Act which was passed on March 13, 2021.  This legislation limits the use of Solitary confinement to 15 days in New York state jails.

Progressives such as New York State Senator Julia Salazar and former New York City Mayor, Bill De Blasio have publicly expressed banning solitary confinement.

In 2022 there were 18 deaths recorded at Rikers Island, the latest death occurring on Saturday. This most recent death may have been a drug overdose, sources told Daily News.

Fredricks is an ex-parolee with a long track record going back to 2008; a firearms charge landed him three years in prison in 2014 and is a known member of the Air It Out gang. He was sentenced to three years in prison in 2014 for a Conspiracy conviction stemming from a gun charge, records show. He was set to remain on parole until 2023.

Three women were arrested Wednesday after disrupting Supreme Court arguments while lawyers were arguing a banking case.

The women stood up and started screaming at and heckling the Justices in protest of the Dobbs decision that nullified the Roe v. Wade decision.

NBC/AP reported on the protesters:

…Court spokeswoman Patricia McCabe said three women — Emily Paterson, Rolande Baker and Nicole Enfield — were arrested and have been charged with violating two federal laws related to disrupting Supreme Court proceedings and interfering with the administration of justice.

An unnamed group that said it was behind the protest issued a statement saying the women were “denouncing the Dobbs decision and calling on the women of America to vote to restore abortion rights nationwide.”

Kai Newkirk, who said he was one of the organizers, pleaded guilty in 2014 to disrupting a Supreme Court argument that year.

The abortion group released this about the women insurrectionists.

This was the first protest inside the Supreme Court shutting down official proceedings in seven years.

So will these women be sent to the DC Gulag?

Will they be treated like dogs and put in solitary for “disrupting an official proceeding?”

Will they be refused visitors for two years and rot in jail without trial?

Will they be beaten by guards and held in isolation?

Will Congress hold a special committee to investigate their insurrection?

The way these women are treated will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about the lawlessness of our current justice system.

President Trump Wednesday evening announced he is suing New York Attorney General Letitia James.

“Today, I filed a lawsuit in Florida State Circuit Court against the corrupt Attorney General of New York State, Letitia “Peekaboo” James. New York State is one of the most crime-ridden places on earth with murders, robberies, drug deals, and every other form of crime setting records on a weekly basis. While James does nothing to protect New York against these violent crimes and criminals, she attacks great and upstanding businesses which have done nothing wrong, like the very successful, job and tax producing Trump Organization that I have painstakingly built over a long period of years.” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“Crooked and highly partisan James now thinks it is the business of the State of New York to go after my revocable trust and pry into my private estate plan, only to look for ways to recklessly injure me, my family, my businesses, and my tens of millions of supporters…” Trump added.

“If I were not elected President of the United States, and now leading in the polls by substantial margins against both Democrats and Republicans, this would not be happening. We have to stand up for our Country, fight against illegal persecution, and Make America Great Again!” he wrote.

Letitia James in September announced a lawsuit against former President Donald Trump and his family.

AG James has been investigating whether the Trump Organization inflated values of some of its properties.

“Today, I filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump for engaging in years of financial fraud to enrich himself, his family, and the Trump Organization.” Letitia James said on September 21.

Letitia James said her office is seeking to:

Make Trump pay $250 million.
Ban the Trumps from running NY businesses for good.
Ban Trump and Trump Org from buying commercial real estate in NY for 5 yrs.
We’re making a criminal referral to the US Department of Justice

“With the help of Donald Jr., Eric, Ivanka, and other defendants, Trump variously unlawfully inflated and deflated his net worth by billions to obtain and satisfy loans, get insurance benefits, and pay lower taxes. In short, he lied to gain massive financial benefits for himself,” Letitia James said on Wednesday.

“We found that Trump, his family, and the Trump Org used fraudulent and misleading asset valuations over 200 times in 10 years on his annual financial statements. These statements were then used to obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in loans and insurance coverage,’ she added.

The US Capitol Police had cameras outside of Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco home but they were not being monitored at the time David DePape entered the residence.

David DePape attacked Paul Pelosi, husband of Speaker Pelosi at his San Francisco home last Friday morning.

According to ABC News and the Washington Post, Capitol Police saw police lights on the camera and had to rewind the video in order to see the break-in.

“While the Speaker was with her security detail in Washington, D.C., the San Francisco cameras were not actively monitored as they are when the speaker is at the residence. The Command Center personnel noticed the police activity on the screen and used the feeds to monitor the response and assist investigators,” the department said, according to ABC News.

“The department has begun an internal security review and will be gathering input and questions from our congressional stakeholders. We have been immensely grateful for the critical support the Congress already provided to secure the U.S. Capitol Complex after Jan. 6, 2021,” the statement continued. “The funding was vital for us to implement dozens of immediate improvements. Now we will fast-track the work we have already been doing to enhance the protection of members outside of Washington, D.C., while also providing new protective options that will address concerns following Friday’s targeted attack.”

The public will never be able to see the footage because the San Francisco DA is withholding all police bodycam footage, 911 calls and video from security cameras.

San Francisco DA Brooke Jenkins said she will not be releasing any footage or calls to 911 dispatchers.

AOC’s comments come after Musk has shown interest in charging $8 a month for users to gain a blue checkmark on their account along with having fewer advertisements on their Twitter feed.

As of right now, Musk is hard to read.

He’s calling out the right people but his internal moves are very troublesome.
