Former CIA director and ex-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was just served with a lawsuit that claims Pompeo spied on WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange while he took refuge inside the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.

Per IT Wire, the lawsuit claims Pompeo along with his co-defendants the CIA, and security Firm UC global “provided oversight for a criminal conspiracy to violate Fourth Amendment rights of American lawyers and journalists inside of the Ecuadorian Embassy.”

Pompeo was served in Ohio while attending the John Ashbrook Memorial Dinner.

The plaintiffs in the suit are journalists Charles Glass, John Goetz, and human rights attorney Margaret Ratner.

Currently, Julian Assange is exercising his last appeal to avoid being extradited to the U.S to face 17 espionage charges for leaking documents regarding  U.S. war crimes in Iraq and for the US government spying on its citizens.

Since leaving the White House Pompeo said in an interview with CBS,  that a Trump 2024 run wouldn’t keep him from running for president.

Bolsonaro was leading the election until the computerized results swung the election to socialist and convicted felon Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

The socialist Lula – who served two terms as president from 2003 to 2011 and was convicted in 2017 of taking bribes while in the nation’s highest office – won the 2022 presidential election on Sunday by one of the slimmest margin’s in history. Lula was allowed to run for the presidency despite being a convicted criminal because the nation’s top court, the Supreme Federal Tribunal (STF), overturned the conviction on procedural grounds. The STF never presented any evidence contradicting the facts of the case that led to a sentence of over two decades in prison.

The circumstances surrounding Lula’s presence on the ballot and the closeness of the election results – 51.9 percent for Lula, 49.1 percent for Bolsonaro – have triggered a wave of protests across the country, most of them roadblocks led by pro-Bolsonaro truckers threatening to disrupt supply chains nationwide. Police have documented hundreds of pro-Bolsonaro roadblocks in 24 of the nation’s 26 states in the past two days.

On Wednesday Bolsonaro announced he will allow the transition process to move forward but did not admit defeat.

As TGP’s Kristinn Taylor reported, the White House deleted a tweet bragging about the 8.7 percent cost of living increase for Social Security recipients for 2023 after a fact check was added by Twitter noting the COLA was mandated by a 50-year-old federal law that payments keep up with inflation.

Biden’s Federal Reserve Chief Jerome Powell and the FED increased the FED Funds rate again today. 

The Biden team’s only answer to the 40-year-high inflation rates is to increase interest rates to try to contain this record-setting inflation.

The Daily Caller reports:

The Federal Reserve announced an interest rate hike of 0.75 percentage points, bumping the range of the federal interest rate to between 3.75% and 4% following a Wednesday meeting of Fed policymakers.

The rate hike matches investor expectations and is the fifth consecutive hike since March and the fourth at this aggressive pace since June as the Federal Reserve attempts to cool the economy and blunt persistently high inflation, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday. All eyes are now on the Fed’s December meeting, with investors debating whether the Fed will continue at its aggressive pace of 0.75 percentage point hikes or slow to 0.5 in a bid to ease the pressure on an economy an emerging consensus of analysts say is heading towards a recession.

Some investors were hoping the Fed would begin a “pivot” towards reduced rate hikes in December after various signs that the economy was beginning to slow, Reuters reported Tuesday. However, following a Bureau of Labor Statistics report Tuesday that showed an unexpectedly strong labor market, with job openings in September nearly recouping an August decline, some investors believe the Fed will likely see itself as having more work to do in prompting a slowdown.

A month ago TGP reported that the rate increase today was expected.

In reaction to the news, the markets are down.  The FED voted unanimously to increase the rates today:

By a unanimous vote, the Fed hiked its rate by 0.75 percentage points to a range of 3.75% to 4%. That’s the highest level in 15 years.

In new language, the Fed said it expects to continue with further rate hikes “until they are sufficiently restrictive” to return inflation to 2% “over time.”

What the FED doesn’t state is that inflation was around 1% under President Trump.

Facebook fell from a 52-week high of $353 per share to $92 per share on Wednesday.

Last summer Facebook’s market capital was nearly $1 trillion dollars and now it is closer to $245 billion.

META-Facebook shares were down more than 24% last Thursday on a weak Q4 forecast and earnings collapse.

“Meta Platforms Inc. shareholders are paying dearly for its spending on the metaverse: The Facebook parent’s market value has collapsed by a whopping $677 billion this year, forcing it out from the ranks of the world’s 20 largest companies.” Bloomberg News reported last Thursday morning.

Mark Zuckerberg’s fortune took a huge hit.

“Mark Zuckerberg’s fortune plunged by $11 billion after his Meta Platforms Inc. reported a second-straight quarter of disappointing earnings, bringing his total wealth loss to more than $100 billion in just 13 months.” Bloomberg News reported.

CNBC’s Jim Cramer recommended META stock right before it collapsed.

This is the same guy who lied about Bear Stearns before it collapsed in 2008.

Cramer held back crocodile tears as he apologized for leading people off a cliff by recommending META stock.

This take was too much even for CNN fact checker Daniel Dale who issued a rare Biden factcheck, “That’s quite the spin. Dale also called out Biden for a lie about the increase made in remarks Tuesday, “Biden falsely said today, “On my watch, for the first time in 10 years, seniors are getting an increase in their Social Security checks.” There was an increase (again, tied to inflation!) every year of Trump’s term. Biden has previously done a correct version of this claim -saying it’s the first time in a decade that Social Security checks are up at the same time as Medicare premiums are down. But today’s solo claim that this is the first Social Security increase in 10 years is wrong, even if you ignore that the increases are about inflation.”

Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits for approximately 70 million Americans will increase 8.7 percent in 2023, the Social Security Administration announced today. On average, Social Security benefits will increase by more than $140 per month starting in January.

The 8.7 percent cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will begin with benefits payable to more than 65 million Social Security beneficiaries in January 2023. Increased payments to more than 7 million SSI beneficiaries will begin on December 30, 2022. (Note: some people receive both Social Security and SSI benefits). The Social Security Act ties the annual COLA to the increase in the Consumer Price Index as determined by the Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics.

“Medicare premiums are going down and Social Security benefits are going up in 2023, which will give seniors more peace of mind and breathing room. This year’s substantial Social Security cost-of-living adjustment is the first time in over a decade that Medicare premiums are not rising and shows that we can provide more support to older Americans who count on the benefits they have earned,” Acting Commissioner Kilolo Kijakazi said.

…Some other adjustments that take effect in January of each year are based on the increase in average wages. Based on that increase, the maximum amount of earnings subject to the Social Security tax (taxable maximum) will increase to $160,200 from $147,000.

Lake took questions on various issues, but one of the most important questions was in regard to the COVID-19 criminals who locked down the state and stole our freedoms.

Lake told the audience, “I do want to get to the very bottom of who made the decision to mask our kids.” She then suggested that we need to criminally charge the monsters who masked children, shut down Arizona businesses and churches, forced vaccines in the workplace, and hid lifesaving treatments from the public.

Hopefully, that includes the fake news media that silenced and canceled people for speaking the truth about Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin.

Lake also commented on the suppression of our First Amendment when speaking out against our government and our shady elections.

In regard to investigating and criminalizing those responsible for these decisions, Kari Lake said, “I’m all for it. And I think that’s why they’re fighting against me.”

They persuaded the federal judge to grant them limited discovery (investigatory powers) BEFORE the Court.

This allowed AG Schmitt to compel the government AND FACEBOOK AND TWITTER and a few other social media platforms to turn over documents and communications exchanged between the government and the social media platforms, in which censorship was discussed.
