Bill A6616 (or what I like to call DEVIL BILL A666) will make it mandatory for schools to teach State controlled “sex and gender education” classes starting in Kindergarten & all the way to 12th grade. What is going on?  What really happened?

As TGP reported, the San Francisco Police held their first press conference on the events earlier in the day yesterday and they didn’t mention how the police got into the house, but somehow they did.

During the second interview the police mentioned the following as TGP reported:

** According to Chief Scott, the police officers arrived at the front door of the Pelosi home. The door was opened “by someone inside.”

Politico made the statement that the police were let inside by an unknown person.  This is all over the Internet.  Cernovich commented on this.

There likely is information that shows what happened.  The house and the police likely had cams on the situation.  What is the truth?  Is there a third person?

Apparently there is body-cam footage, so it will be clear if the person who let the cops in was neither Pelosi nor DePape.

The FBI came out with their criminal complaint against David DePape and they too did not identify who opened the door at the Pelosi home:

When the door was opened, Pelosi and DEPAPE were both holding a hammer with one hand and DEPAPE had his other hand holding onto Pelosi’s forearm. Pelosi greeted the officers. The officers asked them what was going on. DEPAPE responded that everything was good. Officers then asked Pelosi and DEPAPE to drop the hammer.

We learned that yesterday, the San Francisco DA does not know who opened the door to the Pelosi home at 2:30 am on Friday morning:

What the hell is really going on?  Was there another person there?  Was there more than one other person that was there?  Was it an employee of Paul Pelosi or another friend or another unknown person?

It is not surprising that Republican Lee Zeldin has the lead over crazy Kathy Hochul in the latest Trafalgar poll for New York Governor.

Hochul is a disaster for New York and her misguided and failed no-bail  “Less is More” act signed into law in 2021 has led to yet another violent crime and this time, the death of a mother of three in front of her children.

The Less is More Act gives more leniency to parolees and removes reasons to put parolees back behind bars.  According the the New York Post, “It removes technical parole violations like being late for an appointment, missing a curfew or finding alcohol or drugs in urine samples. And the act would speed up the timeframe to judicial review for any violations.”

In this recent incident, a suspect was arrested after the beating of his estranged wife,  a mother of three, was caught on camera and posted to her Facebook.  The suspect was released on no bail and, less than 24 hours later, gunned the mother down in front of her children.

The New York Post reports:

A mom of three was executed in front of her kids less than 24 hours after her estranged husband was sprung from jail on no bail over a caught-on-camera beatdown she’d posted to her Facebook page in a desperate plea for help.

The shocking case — in Gov. Kathy Hochul’s western New York hometown — has sparked fresh outrage to New York’s no-cash-bail laws and to the governor and fellow Democrats for refusing to repeal them.

Adam Bennefield, 45, who has a prior conviction for kidnapping another ex at gunpoint, is now charged with shooting dead his 30-year-old wife, Keaira Bennefield.

The victim was taking her young children — ages 6 months to 9 years — to school on the morning of Oct. 5, when he ambushed her on a road and gunned her down, authorities said.

Bennefield was free to carry out the alleged murder after being released from custody a day earlier on only misdemeanor charges despite the horrific attack on his wife inside her home.

Tragic Keaira Bennefield had shared the sick footage of Bennefield allegedly punching, kicking and slapping her on Facebook in a cry for help less than a week before she was murdered.

Now, in the weeks since the grim slaying questions have continued to mount as to whether more could have been done to prevent Keaira’s demise.

The Post continues, “The mom posted the disturbing video, which was captured on surveillance cameras inside her home, later that evening with the harrowing message: ‘This is what this man dose [sic] to me but i’m always treated like i’m the abuser!’ The nearly eight-minute video allegedly showed Bennefield tackling his wife, pinning her down and savagely punching her repeatedly.”

Despite the brutal assault, because he only faced misdemeanor charges he was not allowed to be held under the New York  State Penal Code bail law.  The misdemeanors included third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Less is More cost Keaira Bennefield and robbed three young children of their mother.

The rise in crime in New York, and Hochul’s failed leadership, will play a pivotal role in next week’s election.

Dan Ball from OAN says that there is no way in hell that the man arrested at the Pelosi home on Friday morning was a Trump supporter.

Dan Ball discussed the incident at the Pelosi home on Friday night and the media’s reaction to it over the weekend on his show on OAN Monday night. Ball shared the media’s reaction to the event claiming that David DePape was a Trump supporter from Berkley.  This ridiculous line was repeated over and over by the Mainstream media on Sunday and Monday as Ball shared.

Ball then shared an interview with a neighbor of the DePape family who said the DePape’s were nudists and drug users.  (Not your typical Trump supporters.)  Ball summed it up:

He’s a hippy who sells hemp bracelets, lives in a bus, [and he’s a] nudist.  And you’re supposed to make me believe that he’s a Trump supporter?

This story did make sense from the very start…There’s so many questions about this that don’t make sense.  I mean, I’ve never seen a nudist at a Trump rally.  I’m sorry but I think I would have noticed that.

The Atlantic published an article on Monday suggesting we, “Declare a pandemic amnesty” and forgive one another for what we did and said during the pandemic.

Journalist Emily Oster would like us to forget that they told us we were killing our grandmas.  Forget that they suggested we be shunned from society.  Forget that they said if we got Covid, we deserved to die.

Forget that they stopped military pilots from flying and forced thousands of our men and women in uniform out of service.

Forget they wanted to keep us from religious services. 

Forget that medical professionals, first responders and every day citizens lost their jobs.

Forget that a 15-year-old boy killed himself because he was bullied for being unvaccinated by tormentors emboldened by leftists.

Forget that life-saving medical services were withheld for being unvaccinated.

Forget they denied life-saving medications to Covid patients.

Forget that our loved ones died without any family members at their side.

Forget that they lied about the origin of the virus.

Forget that they blocked effective treatments for the virus and forced millions to take ineffective and dangerous vaccines!

They want us to forget they kept us from visiting elderly family members while ghouls like disgraced former New York Governor and vax pusher Andrew Cuomo allowed thousands to die alone in nursing homes. They locked our senior citizens away in their most vulnerable state and kept the people they wanted, needed and deserved to have with them, away. But amnesty.

Emily wants us to accept “whoops, my bad” for the disastrous policies, the strangle-hold on dissent purveyed by big-tech, the wealthy celebrities, elites and tyrannical leftist politicians that destroyed businesses, impacted families economically, created a disaster in schools that we are only beginning to understand.

A poll in conducted by Rasmussen Reports and the Heartland Institute showed a majority Of Democrats support Fauci, quarantine camps, fines and prison terms for the unvaccinated, but sure, amnesty.

Oster writes in The Atlantic:

Given the amount of uncertainty, almost every position was taken on every topic. And on every topic, someone was eventually proved right, and someone else was proved wrong. In some instances, the right people were right for the wrong reasons. In other instances, they had a prescient understanding of the available information.

The people who got it right, for whatever reason, may want to gloat. Those who got it wrong, for whatever reason, may feel defensive and retrench into a position that doesn’t accord with the facts. All of this gloating and defensiveness continues to gobble up a lot of social energy and to drive the culture wars, especially on the internet. These discussions are heated, unpleasant and, ultimately, unproductive. In the face of so much uncertainty, getting something right had a hefty element of luck. And, similarly, getting something wrong wasn’t a moral failing. Treating pandemic choices as a scorecard on which some people racked up more points than others is preventing us from moving forward.

We have to put these fights aside and declare a pandemic amnesty. We can leave out the willful purveyors of actual misinformation while forgiving the hard calls that people had no choice but to make with imperfect knowledge. Los Angeles County closed its beaches in summer 2020. Ex post facto, this makes no more sense than my family’s masked hiking trips. But we need to learn from our mistakes and then let them go. We need to forgive the attacks, too. Because I thought schools should reopen and argued that kids as a group were not at high risk, I was called a “teacher killer” and a “génocidaire.” It wasn’t pleasant, but feelings were high. And I certainly don’t need to dissect and rehash that time for the rest of my days.

Moving on is crucial now, because the pandemic created many problems that we still need to solve.

Far-left Salon told us, “It’s OK to blame the unvaccinated — they are robbing the rest of us of our freedoms.”

CNN analyst Dr. Lean Wen  wanted to ban the unvaccinated from society. 

Howard Stern told the unvaccinated to “Go home and die.”

But…amnesty.

Democrat lawmaker Scott Wiener has represented San Francisco in the California State Denate since 2016.

As The Gateway Pundit readers may recall, Wiener has proposed several pieces of legislation to diminish parents’ rights and make it legal to have sex with children.

In January 2022 Scott Wiener proposed a bill to allow 12-year-olds to be vaccinated without their parental consent.

In June 2022 he proposed adding drag queen story hour into the state’s K-12 curriculum.

And back in 2020 Scott Wiener championed legislation to lower the penalties for adults who have sex with ‘willing’ same-sex minors.

On Friday morning drug addict and homeless person David DePape was arrested inside the Pelosi home in San Francisco.

Following the attack, California State Senator Scott Wiener told reporters he knew DePape from his nudist activist days.

The number of anomalies related to the websites reportedly connected to David DePape increases. 

There are many unanswered questions related to the man found in the Pelosi home with Paul Pelosi early Friday morning.  This list keeps growing.  One area of concern is related to the websites allegedly tied to DePape, a man who lived in a bus parked in Berkley for the past couple of years.

FOX News reported on the websites reportedly connected to DePape on Friday.

Facebook disabled DePape’s profile early Friday and declined to answer questions. At least two online blogs under DePape’s name are stocked with posts from the years of 2007 and 2022 speaking of “censorship,” “Big Brother,” and pedophiles. One contained calls for violence and antisemitic content. It was not immediately clear that he was responsible for the posts, and San Francisco police did not immediately respond to questions about DePape’s online presence.

We reported on Saturday that the websites cited by the mainstream media that were supposedly aligned with DePape were scraped on Friday, and they were no longer active Saturday per a review of these sites on the Wayback machine.

The site Godisloving.wordpress.com was shut down on Saturday as reported on the Wayback Machine.  The other site, www.frenlyfrens.com/blog is no longer active as well.  It too was shut down on Saturday.  The only activity reported on the Wayback Machine on this site was on Friday and Saturday as well.

But this is not all about these websites.   There is more. 

Godisloving.wordpress.com

Per a review of the Godisloving.wordpress.com domain, was created in 2000 and was updated on January 30, 2022.

The GodIsLoving.Wordpress.com website is registered via MarkMonitor.

Per a review of the web archive for Godisloving.wordpress.com, there are multiple articles or posts that were added to the site back in June 24, 2007.  Then there was no activity on the site until August 24, 2022.

Per a review of the sitemap for the site Godisloving.wordpress.com, the articles posted on the site were posted between August 24, 2022, and August 27th.  Many of these articles were posted within minutes of each other.  This indicates that the articles were preproduced, written, and put together before they were ever posted.  It takes an enormous amount of time to put together articles on websites and this is not done in minutes.  It’s as if someone was trying to upload a bunch of articles on the site at one time to build a narrative. 

In addition, The Godisloving.wordpress.com SSL Certificate was recently issued on October 21, 2022.  This is the S in HTTPS: – it’s like a padlock that says your site is secure. This means that the site was an HTTP site before October 21, 2022. Someone had to go in and physically install a valid SSL certificate. They would have had to purchase it and then go log into the hosting site (wordpress) and install/activate their SSL certificate.  This may be why an individual would have had to sign in to the site between that date and when it was deactivated.

Frenlyfrens.com

Per a review of Frenlyfrens.com the domain was created and updated on September 8, 2022.

The site is registered to David DePape out of Richmond, Alabama.

Per a review of the web archive for Frenlyfrens.com, the date of the posts is not provided.

The sitemap for Frenlyfrens.com says we’re unable to locate.  

Other Sites Connected to David DePape

The hempnecklacestore.com website we reported on was created in 2007 under David DePape’s name.  It is still available and has a home page but the other website pages have not been updated.  It looks like a driveway service. It’s unknown if this is associated with the same David DePape from California.

The qmspirit.xyz site shows it was created in 2017 out of Scottsdale, Arizona but it is not active and was last seen in 2017.  It’s unknown if this is associated with the same David Depape from California.

Images in the Sites

The images on the Frenzyfrenz site are creepy and we were unable to locate them elsewhere on the Internet.  This indicates that they were created by the individual or group who updated the website.

The language in the websites has errors which indicates that the individual creating the article has poor English and it may be the writers’ second language.

In Summary:

The websites connected to David DePape were recently resurrected or created and the articles posted were within uploaded minutes and even seconds of each other at times, which indicates the articles were prepared before being loaded on these websites.
Many of the pictures in the articles are custom-made and are subversive in nature. They cannot be located elsewhere on the Internet indicating that they were created by the individual(s) who created these articles. This indicates that a lot of work was put into these articles.
The language used in the websites has many errors which indicates the creators of the articles have problems with English or English may not be their first language.
Based on David DePape’s profile to date, it is hard to believe that he was behind the creation of the articles posted to the websites associated with David DePape.  He likely did not create the articles in these websites and if he did, he was given the content by someone else.

Republican Don Bolduc has taken the lead in the New Hampshire senate race for the first time.

Not only that, but Real Clear Politics has changed the status of the race and expects Bolduc to win.

This would be an absolutely amazing win for Republicans.

RealClearPolitics Projects GOP Will Win New Hampshire Senate Race

RealClearPolitics projected on Tuesday Republican Senate candidate Gen. Don Bolduc will win New Hampshire’s Senate race against Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH).

The projection is a clear indication Gen. Bolduc could pull off one of the greatest upsets of the 2022 campaign season, throwing the Democrat Senate majority in doubt. New Hampshire’s senate race is one of about seven highly contested races that will determine which party controls the Senate.

RealClearPolitics politics on Monday forecasted that seven Senate races are tossups. Those include New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, Washington State, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. On Tuesday, RealClearPolitics forecasted New Hampshire as a GOP pickup.

For Republicans to retake the Senate, they need to hold Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and retake either Arizona, Nevada, Washington State, New Hampshire, or Georgia to have a one seat majority in the Senate.

Recent polling shows Gen. Bolduc is leading Hassan by one point with three percent undecided. Gen. Bolduc took the lead after trailing by 11 points six weeks ago.

Biden told the black students at Florida Memorial University, a HBCU (Historically Black College) that he ‘got his start’ at HBCU Delaware State University.

Joe Biden went to the University of Delaware.

Biden is very clever in how he tricks people into believing he attended Delaware State University.

Joe Biden says he “got his start” at Delaware State University so if he gets called out for lying, the so-called ‘fact-checkers’ will swoop in and say Biden never claimed he attended Delaware State University.
