Yesterday, the US Supreme Court heard arguments regarding whether or not admissions policies at U.S. colleges are racially discriminatory.

According to reports, most Supreme Court justices were receptive to arguments from the students’ groups claiming that the policies are unconstitutional.

The Epoch Times reported:

Most Supreme Court justices seemed receptive on Oct. 31 to a student group’s argument that racially discriminatory admissions policies at U.S. colleges are unconstitutional and must be struck down.

The Biden administration countered that such policies should be allowed to continue indefinitely because they promote diversity, which it claims benefits the nation.

Although left-wing activists such as advocates of Marxist-derived critical race theory contend that race-conscious policies are essential to dismantle the systemic racism they say pervades the American experience, critics say using race in the college admissions process is both anachronistic and wrong.

Former Georgetown professor Asra Nomani listened to the arguments from yesterday’s testimony.

She accused 3 of the justices of gaslighting “America on the reality of anti-Asian racism.”

She also predicted that the colleges will lose their case.

Another day, another Iowa chicken farm infected with bird flu.

Iowa – 1.1 million chickens will be killed at a Wright County chicken farm about 80 miles north of Des Moines, ABC News reported.

The commercial egg farm in north central Iowa was infected with bird flu.

AP reported:

Iowa agriculture officials said Monday that another commercial egg farm in the state has been infected with bird flu, the first commercial farm case identified since April, when a turkey farm was infected.

The latest case is in Wright County in north central Iowa about 80 miles (130 kilometers) north of Des Moines housing about 1.1 million chickens.

Iowa has had 15 commercial farms infected this year, including turkeys, egg-laying hens and other chickens. In addition, five backyard flocks have been infected. Because the virus is highly contagious, all birds on an infected farm are killed and disposed of to avoid the spread of the disease.

Iowa has been hardest hit with bird losses at more than 13.3 million this year before the latest farm was found infected.

Nationally more than 47.7 million birds have been affected in 43 states that includes 251 commercial flocks and 328 backyard flocks, U.S. Department of Agriculture figures show.

In March more than 1 million egg-laying hens in Iowa and 2.75 million chickens in Wisconsin were killed as Bird Flu spread across the US.

In total, more than 47 million birds, including turkeys, hens and other chickens have been affected this year, ABC News said according to the US Department of Agriculture.

Adam Zimmer, a former co-defensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings and son of former Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer, passed away on Monday at the age of 38, according to the announcement made by his sister, Corri Zimmer White.

No details on the cause of death were given.

Corri wrote a heartbreaking post about the tragic news on her Instagram account.

“I can’t believe I’m writing this. I lost my big brother yesterday. The kindest, sweetest, family loving, sports obsessed soul there ever was. I’ve felt pain like this once before but it’s been a while and I didn’t know I was able to feel like this again. My heart is shattered and it hurts so bad. I don’t know how to juggle being a mom to one year old twin boys and the grief of losing my brother so unexpectedly,” she wrote.

“I’m so lost, I’m so overwhelmed, I’m so heartbroken. My brother was one of my best friends, especially after my mom died, we became so close. He was always there for me and always the first to show up and volunteer at my foundation events… I never even had to ask. Always telling me what a good job I did and how proud he was of me. His support and love for me was SO big and I hope he knew how much I loved him. In the last year he told me countless times how he loved watching me be a mom and how proud he was of me. Please pray for our family as we try to navigate through this. Lord, we need your strength now more than ever. Please don’t let us lose faith.”

“Adam, I love you so much and I will miss you every second of every day until I see you again. Please watch over us and help us be okay,” the post concluded.

A former federal prosecutor who is now representing January 6th defendants sent out a Twitter thread exposing the DOJ’s treatment of one man arrested for his involvement on January 6th.

According to the lawyer — William Shipley — the DOJ made an error in the Lucas Denney case when they accused of him of “planning” an assault that day.

The lawyer claims that the only plan Denney had was to attend the rally that day.

It is because of this error and the fact that the DOJ is embarrassed that the DOJ is denying Denney the same sentencing disposition as other Jan 6th defendants, according to the former federal prosecutor.

Filed a Notice of Appeal today for Lucas Denney. He was sentenced last month to 52 weeks in custody even though he his conduct on Jan 6 did not injure any officer, and he never went inside the Capitol building.

The Gov’t sought and obtained a +2 level enhancement for “planning” an “assault” even though the only “planning” he was alleged to have engaged in was “planning” to attend the rally on Jan 6. I objected at sentencing I strongly believe this was a legal error by the Court.

Luke also received a +4 enhancement for use of a “dangerous instrument” during the assualt. While a closer call than the “planning”, I think we have a strong argument that this enhancement was erroneous as well.

Even though Luke pled guilty to the only charge against him, other Jan 6 defendants are being offered better dispositions in plea agreements where there is no debate over the fact that Luke’s conduct was less egregious.

The DOJ made an error with Luke, they were called out for it, they made second error in obtaining an out-of-time indictment, and were embarrassed a second time. In retribution they are denying him the same sentencing disposition they are giving to other Jan 6 defendants. I can’t go into too much detail on this issue here, but earlier today it was communicated to me that the Gov’t would not agree to an accommodation I requested that would bring his case into line with the policy they Govt has adopted on other Jan 6 defendants. So there is much left to do on his behalf.

Shipley goes on to describe another January 6th case he’s working on:

In addition, rescheduling of some matters — including the upcoming Oath Keeper Trial No. 2–has me staring at a schedule that looks like it will keep me in Wash. DC from Nov. 6 to Jan 15–with a couple weeks in there to be with family. TEN weeks of temporary housing/hotels, and three sets of plane tickets.

My client in the second Oath Keeper case is Roberto Minuta, a married father of two young kids who went to DC without any weapons on Jan 6. He took some medical supplies based on some medical training he has. He was part of what the Gov’t calls “Stack Two” — which should be called “Crock Two”. More on that late.

The only thing he did different than other OKs who have not been charged with anything was to go into the Capitol for a few minutes. That’s it.

There are others who did ALL THE SAME things — but didn’t walk into the Capitol — and they are UNCHARGED.

Roberto went into the Capitol and he’s charged as a “Seditious Conspirator” and faces 20 years.
That is LITERALLY the only thing Roberto did different. Not hyperbole. Roberto has sold every spare asset he had to defend himself, but its simply not enough to cover the expense of a 5 day a week trial in Washington DC.

Florida Democrat gubernatorial candidate (and grifter) Charlie Crist on Sunday said he would impose a statewide mask mandate if the scientists told him to do so.

Democrat Crist is running against Florida’s highly popular Republican incumbent Governor Ron DeSantis.

Crist made the remarks at a town hall in Sarasota on Sunday to about 20 people.

A masked town hall attendee asked Charlie Crist if he would impose a stateside mask mandate.

“As Florida’s governor, would you be open to mandating or regulating masks?” a masked attendee asked Crist.

“I would be open to doing what scientists advised,” Crist said.

Charlie Crist then told the 20 people at his event that he’s on his way to the airport and he will be wearing a mask on the plane.

“I’m gonna wear a mask on the plane. You don’t have to anymore, but I’m going to because Florida is experiencing an uptick again,” Crist said.

So an unmasked Crist is indoors with elderly people spitting on them as he speaks, but he’s going to wear a mask later in the day on a plane.

Makes sense.

It’s time for Florida to get rid of this grifter.

A group of illegal migrants, previously removed from the U.S., have built a tent city on the Mexican border.  On Monday, they stormed Border Patrol Agents on the US side of the border resulting in the agents firing non-lethal pepper balls – at the crowd.  A total of  three shots were fired.   The migrants were seen marching toward the border with a large banner reading, “We Migrants Build America.”

They were also carrying a massive flag.

The migrants, largely from Venezuela, were deported by the U.S. and have taken refuge in the tent city hoping to eventually re-enter the U.S.  Trouble erupted when a large group tried to unlawfully cross the Rio Grande River, near the border in El Paso, TX.

The New York Post reports:

US Border Patrol agents in Texas fired non-lethal projectiles at a mob of immigrants who tried to rush the border near El Paso with giant Venezuelan and Honduran flags.

Chaos broke out as a large group of immigrants who have been camped out just a few feet from the US-Mexico border tried to cross the river together, Border Patrol told The Post in a statement.

“One of the protestors assaulted an agent with a flag pole, at which time agents responded by intuiting crowd control measures.”  US Border Patrol told the New York Post.  “These measures included the use of the authorized less-lethal force pepper ball launching system.”

Border Patrol agents formed a line to deter the migrants, as reported by The El Paso Times  as the group rushed the border waving Venezuela and Honduran flags.

Venezuelan migrants have been gathering in Juarez, Mexico since Oct 13 when the Biden administration implemented title 42.  Those who have attempted unlawful entry into the U.S. and have been deported have been granted Visas to stay in Mexico for 180 days. Migrants from Venezuela have been pouring into the United States amid political and economic turmoil in their country.

The failed Biden administration reached an agreement with Mexico earlier this month.  The U.S. agreed to authorize 65,000 visas for Mexican, Central American, and Haitian migrants. The U.S. also agreed to process Venezuelans, who arrive via air, with provisions that include financial support in the United States.

According to Yahoo News, CPB Commissioner Chris Magnus said, “The number of Venezuelans arriving at the southern border decreased sharply nearly every day since we launched additional joint actions with Mexico to reduce irregular migration and create a more fair, orderly and safe process for people fleeing the humanitarian and economic crisis in their country.”

The Border Patrol Union responded to allegations that they were firing rubber bullets, clarifying that non-lethal pepper balls were used.  The tweet states, “Fake news: They were NOT firing “rubber bullets”. And the video clip doesn’t show what happened prior…the crowd throwing rocks at agents. Agents were using pepper ball launchers which are designed to disperse large crowds of unruly people. Facts matter, so does the whole story.”

This was a record-setting year for illegal immigration.  Border Patrol apprehensions set a record in 2022 with a record 2.38 million people stopped at the US border with Mexico.  This is the highest number in recorded history.

This past weekend, Juan Acereto, U.S. liaison for the Juárez municipal government, said the  city is working with the federal government to provide migrants with refuge and work permits “so that they can access our labor market, and integrate into our community if they so desire.”

As previously by The Gateway Pundit in August, and before the Biden Administration reenacted Title 42, Governor Greg Abbott of Texas began busing migrants to New York City, DC and other major cities.

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday blocked the handover of President Trump’s tax forms to House Democrats in their latest fishing expedition targeting Trump.

Democrats and their supporters in Big Tech, Big Pharma, and Big Corporations are quickly turning America into a socialist state where opposition candidates are continually harassed and attacked using the Stalin rule.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday temporarily halted a House panel from accessing the financial records of former President Trump ahead of their expected release.

The move, which comes in response to an emergency request Trump filed on Monday, was ordered by Chief Justice John Roberts, who handles emergency matters arising in the District of Columbia.

It comes after a lower court cleared the way for the House Ways and Means Committee to obtain the records as part of a long-running legal battle.

Socialist Lula da Silva allegedly defeated Jair Bolsonaro in the election Sunday.

Matthew Tyrmand joined Steve Bannon on Tuesday to discuss the latest developments following the controversial election in Brazil on Sunday.

As Joe Hoft at The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, the Brazilian Presidential Election iresembled the 2020 Presidential Election in the US. The operation looks like what we referred to at the time as the Drop and Roll.

The Sunday Brazilian election looked a lot like the 2020 Election in the US, where conservatives cleaned house across the board in legislative and in governor races.  Yet Bolsonaro somehow lost the presidency to a socialist tied to China. It did not make any sense in the US and it doesn’t make sense in Brazil.

Brazil relies entirely on voting machines for their elections.

Steve Bannon interviewed Mathew Tyrmand on the Brazil election.  Here are some excerpts from their discussion.

Bolsonaro’s party dominated the election.  The conservative parties, will dominate the lower House in Brazil.
Bolsonaro was winning the election up to a certain point and then every ballot drop was won by the socialist candidate.  “The math doesn’t make sense at all,” said Mathew Tyrmand.
The Mainstream Media all “pounded in immediately” says Bannon to claim the win for the socialist.
“There’s been no transparency.  There’s been censorship.  There’s been arrests of the opposition.  There’s been penalization from the court to Bolsonaro’s party,”  said Tyrmand.

The election in Brazil looks a lot like the US election of 2020.

On Tuesday Matthew Tyrmand said Jair Bolsonaro will deliver remarks later tonight.  According to Tyrmand, his contacts are telling him Bolsonaro may invoke the Constitution to demand the military hold an audit of the impossible results.

Bolsonaro may also jail the radical leftist court justices who made it a crime for populist party to campaign effectively.

Bolsonaro is not going quietly.  He is fighting back.

In the 2020 Election training was given in Detroit on how to disregard notices of votes being stolen.  Rumors are that this is now standard training at elections training events around the country. 

After the 2020 Election audios from training events before the election in Detroit were released.  In the audios, a trainer told trainees to accept provisional ballots when someone says they didn’t vote but someone voted for them.  The trainer then went on to tell the trainees to ignore these provisional votes and basically get rid of them.

Below is the video of the effort to ignore citizens’ rights to a free and fair elections in 2020 in Michigan.

A witness in Michigan also reported on how the provisional ballots in Michigan were destroyed with no effort to address.

Former professor and attorney David Clements is warning about this happening again in 2022.  He says that he has heard of training events where individuals are being trained to give people provisional ballots when they are told that they already voted.

These training events are being held outside of Michigan.

Clements has recommendations for you if you ever encounter a situation where the election workers tell you that you have already voted but you can vote provisionally.

He says that in this case, a crime has occurred.  You are a victim of identity theft.  

Clements recommends contacting your local law enforcement and filing a report.
