The US Supreme Court on Monday allowed a ruling to stand that gave the TSA the authority to require travelers wear masks on airplanes during the Covid pandemic.

The DC District Court of Appeals previously ruled the TSA had the authority to require travelers wear masks.

A California lawyer sued to challenge the mask requirement on airplanes and trains (Corbett v. TSA) and lost.

Bloomberg reported:

The US Supreme Court let stand a ruling that said the Transportation Security Administration could require airline passengers to wear masks during the height of the pandemic, keeping in place a precedent issued by a key federal appeals court.

The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit ruling said TSA has broad authority to maintain security and safety during national emergencies. TSA scrapped its mask mandate in April after a federal judge in a different case said the requirement exceeded the agency’s power.

The Supreme Court order is a defeat for Jonathan Corbett, a California lawyer and self-described frequent flier who sued to challenge the mask mandate. He asked the Supreme Court to either take up his appeal or declare the case legally moot and wipe away the DC Circuit opinion so it couldn’t serve as a precedent.

Biden implemented the federal travel mask mandate in 2021.

In a separate case earlier this year, a Trump-appointed federal judge struck down Biden’s travel mask mandate.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) lifted the mask mandate in response to the federal judge’s ruling.

President Trump and former President Barack Obama are scheduled to headline dueling rallies in Pennsylvania Saturday night in support of their respective party nominees for governor (Mastriano and Shapiro) and U.S. Senate (Oz and Fetterman). Joe Biden is scheduled to appear at the Obama rally.

Each camp is aiming to turn out their base, with Trump’s rally being held in the southwestern town of Latrobe (near Pittsburgh) while Obama’s rally is set for the Democrat stronghold of Philadelphia.

Politico reported Monday that desperate Democrats have turned to Obama to save them from electoral disaster next week as Biden is too toxic to voters, noting however, that some Democrats remember Obama’s disastrous record in his own midterms (excerpt):

100 Percent Fed Up Exclusive- There’s a lot of manufactured news coming from Democrats lately, who’ve been warning of violence leading up to and including the day of the November 2022 election. MI GOP SOS candidate Kristina Karamo recently published a video exposing the unfounded rhetoric being pushed by her Democrat Soros-funded opponent, MI Sos Jocelyn Benson, who’s made several appearances on the national news morning shows pushing the Democrat Party’s big lie used to demonize and marginalize Republican poll challengers and election workers in advance of the election.

On Saturday, the Trump-endorsed MI GOP gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon was joined by former Democrat Rep. Tulsi Gabbard at Armando’s Restaurant in Detroit’s Mexican Village, where they spoke to a large crowd of supporters. The most recent poll shows Tudor Dixon in a dead heat with the MI Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who’s notorious for some of the most brutal lockdowns in America. The Dixon campaign continues to pick up steam despite being outspent by her Democrat opponent by a massive margin. The recent poll was taken after Dixon destroyed Michigan’s authoritarian governor in the first of two televised debates.

The mom of four young daughters, who is passionate about removing the woke agenda from Michigan’s public schools, kicked off her bus tour at Armando’s Restaurant in Detroit, where she spoke to the crowd about how parents want to keep their kids safe in school from violence and pornographic material in their children’s libraries. She also blasted the radical, authoritarian Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer who doesn’t think these books and materials are a problem.

While Tudor Dixon was explaining her plan to bring the basics of reading, science, and math back to schools, a radical woman holding a sign for Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer and her Lt. Gov. Gilchrist began walking near the front of the stage holding a sign for Dixon’s opponent and according to Wayne Co. GOP Chair Cheryl Constantino, she began “screaming and shouting at the top of her lungs,” something unintelligible from behind her face mask that ironically reads: “I’m Speaking”

Members of the crowd were allegedly becoming frustrated by the distraction and the woman who was obviously not at the Tudor Dixon event to support the GOP candidate for MI governor but claimed to have a ticket. The woman “pushed and shoved her way to the front” of the stage, Wayne Co. GOP Chair Cheryl Constantino said. When Mrs. Constantino noticed the woman was making her way toward a door where Tulsi Gabbard and Dixon’s Lt. Governor Shane Hernandez were waiting behind the stage, she quickly moved between her and the door.

Cheryl Constantino is a 13-yr. veteran of the US Army and a Detroit Public School teacher.

I spoke with Constantino, who explained that she’s been well-trained in “hands-free” conflict resolution with students and knows how to direct a person away from the conflict without touching them. With both hands lowered and outstretched on either side of her body, Constantino began to back the unidentified woman away from the door. Suddenly, as Constantino was backing the woman toward the exit door, she felt a sharp pain in her arm and realized the woman was BITING her on the back of her arm! Constantino said, “The woman bit me so hard that she bit through my jacket and shirt underneath!”  However, the Wayne Co. GOP Chair maintained her cool demeanor and continued to move the woman away from the door as she “pinched me” several times.

Two men attempted to move the woman holding the Governor Whitmer sign out of the exit door, but according to Constantino, the woman was “very combative” when she was asked to leave and began “batting and hitting and smacking” the men and telling them, “get your hands off of me!” According to Constantino, the men never touched her; they just guided her out of the venue by holding their arms up to keep her contained and not allow her to get back into the venue.

Once the unhinged woman was outside the venue, she began to argue with the management at the restaurant where the Dixon event was being held. The video below shows her arguing with the management and demanding she had a ticket.

ABC’s The View, which is part of ABC News, dressed a child as a toilet to mock President Trump over the FBI raid on Mar a Lago as part of the show’s Halloween celebration.

Three children paraded on stage, two dressed as FBI agents holding Trump in custody, with a child wearing a Trump wig dressed as a toilet stuffed with classified documents modeled on the staged FBI photo of alleged classified documents released after the raid last summer on Mar a Lago.

The toilet is based on a rumor reported by New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman that Trump flushed documents down toilets while president.

The Presidential Election in Brazil resembles the 2020 Election in the US.  The operation looks like what we referred to as the Drop and Roll in the 2020 Election. 

Reuters reported on the election in Brazil yesterday with the following report this morning:

 Brazil’s outgoing President Jair Bolsonaro had on Monday yet to concede defeat in the presidential election, raising fears the far-right nationalist might contest the victory of his leftist rival, former president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.

Tens of thousands of jubilant supporters took to the streets of Sao Paulo on Sunday night to celebrate a stunning comeback for Lula, a 77-year-old former metalworker who served two terms as president from 2003 to 2010. His electoral win follows a spell in prison for corruption convictions that were later annulled.

Bolsonaro left his residence on Monday morning and headed to the presidential palace, but had still not made any public comments. He is the first Brazilian incumbent to lose a presidential election. Lula has vowed to overturn his legacy, including pro-gun policies and weak protection of the Amazon rainforest.

What Reuters fails to mention is that like the 2020 Election in the US, conservatives cleaned houses across the board in the legislature and in governor’s offices and yet Bolsonaro somehow lost the Presidency to a socialist tied to China.

Steve Bannon interviewed Mathew Tyrmand on the Brazil election.  Here are some excerpts from their discussion.

Bolsonaro’s party dominated the election and with the other conservative parties, will dominate the lower House in Brazil.
Bolsonaro was winning the election up to a certain point and then every ballot drop was won by the socialist candidate.  “The math doesn’t make sense at all.” Mathew Tyrmand.
The Mainstream Media all “pounded in immediately” says Bannon to claim the win for the socialist.
“There’s been no transparency.  There’s been censorship.  There’s been arrests of opposition.  There’s been penalization from the court to Bolsonaro’s party.”  Says Thyrmand.

The election in Brazil is the same as the US election of 2020.

This all looks just like the Drop and Roll we identified after the 2020 Election in the US.

In the US, elections are run by voting machines as well.

MSNBC reported Monday morning that Paul Pelosi, the 82-year-old husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), is in the ICU surrounded by family as he recovers from a hammer attack to his head by an alleged intruder last Friday at the couple’s San Francisco home. Meanwhile, his accused attacker also remains hospitalized with unknown injuries. The attack occurred while Nancy Pelosi was reportedly in Washington, D.C.

A spokesman for Nancy Pelosi had previously said the attack on her husband was “life-threatening” and that he had received “life-saving” medical care. Paul Pelosi reportedly underwent skull surgery Friday and for wounds to his right arm and hands.

Police have declined to state the nature of DePape’s injuries that have him in the hospital, saying at a briefing Friday that it was “not appropriate” to disclose his injuries.

KNTV-TV reporter Alyssa Goard reported last Sunday night, “As of this evening, San Francisco County Sheriff’s office says David Depape, the man suspected of attacking Paul Pelosi, is still in the hospital. Officials have not said why Depape is hospitalized”

The story of the attack by police says that officers arrived to the Pelosi home in response to a mysterious 911 call and that an unknown person opened the door. Officers then saw Pelosi and DePape wrestling over a hammer. When police ordered both men to drop the hammer, DePape took control of the hammer and beat Pelosi with it. Police say that officers then tackled and subdued DePape.

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins spoke to reporters Sunday afternoon in an effort to reclaim the narrative on the attack. Jenkins said only DePape and Paul Pelosi were in the home at the time of the attack and that DePape broke into the house looking for Nancy Pelosi.

On Friday it was reported that the 2000 Mules creators were being threatened by the court.

Rep. Janel Brandtjen, Chair of the Assembly on Campaigns and elections sent out an election alert on Monday.

Rep. Brandtjen received three ballots to her home addressed to “Holly,” a woman who has never lived there.

Brandtjen believes this was from someone who was trying to point out how easy it is to cheat in Wisconsin with the election loopholes.

Madison – State Representative Janel Brandtjen, Chair of the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, received authentic military ballots at her home address.

Last Thursday (October 27th), Representative Brandtjen was surprised to find three military ballots sent to her home address from clerks in Menomonee Falls, South Milwaukee and Shorewood. The ballots were all addressed to “Holly” with three different last names. None of these individuals reside, or have resided at her address, and the Representative did not request the ballots. After Rep. Brandtjen made inquiries, she realized these three “Hollys” probably don’t exist. If they did, why would they send ballots to her house?

“I believe someone was trying to point out how easy it is to get military ballots in Wisconsin. Registration for military ballots is not required, so a fictitious name and birthdate is all that is required to obtain a military ballot online,” said Rep Brandtjen. “Feeling shocked about this situation is an understatement because it demonstrates stolen valor from those who protect this nation. I think it’s sad that people feel they have to break the law to get the attention of the legislature. This is now the second time citizens have tried to point out loopholes in our elections,” she added.

Representative Brandtjen delivered the unopened ballots to the Waukesha County Sheriff Friday morning, where they will be investigated. She also contacted the Thomas More Society and Justice Gableman to determine the legal options available to stop the theft of military ballots in Wisconsin.

During an Arizona Senate session back in February, the discussion turned to the UOCAVA voters — the voters covered under the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act. These are the men and women who are serving their country in the military and send in a mail-in vote from where they are stationed outside the country.

The act officially covers:

members of the United States Uniformed Services and merchant marine;
their family members; and
United States citizens residing outside the United States.

During the hearing, Paul Harris, a Maricopa resident and veteran in corporate executive management, spoke to the committee. Harris was a manager during the audit of the Maricopa County audit of the 2020 election ballots.

Paul Harris was tasked with overseeing the UOCAVA ballots during the audit. He described his experience.

Paul Harris: The UOCAVA is the Uniform Overseas Civilian Absentee Voting Act ballot. That ballot is sent out to men and women who work overseas and the people who work overseas to get a chance to work in the election. This is what a ballot looks like that goes out, an 11 1/2 X 19 ballot. When I opened up a box of ballots this is what a ballot looks like that’s a UOCAVA ballot. You know what that is? It’s an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of copy paper.

Paul Harris continued: “Did you all know that our ballots come back like this from our overseas people? Did any of you know thia? It is such a sham that I had people everyday at my table taking pictures of these ballots that were scanned down. It took my team three complete days to count all of the UOCAVA ballots. You know why? Because in 2016 the numbers were apparently 1,600 UOCAVA ballots that came back in the most significant election in our lifetime. In 2020 the numbers were close to 9,600 ballots that came back. And I will tell you as an eye-witness, 95%… all went towards one candidate. And in a state where a candidate won by 10,000 votes that is 8,000 new votes during an election where people were brought home because there was a pandemic… No chain of custody. There’s nothing to identify where this piece of paper came from.

This testimony by Paul Harris is very similar to what we witnessed in Michigan and Georgia.

Democrats obviously organized this method of cheating in several states. We now have testimony in three battleground states of this happening.

But there’s more…

Back in 2020 election worker and witness Kathleen Alby (sp?) testified at the November 2020 Arizona Senate Hyatt hearing for Rudy Giuliani.

She said baskets of “military faxes” in Pima County were converted to actual ballots at stations with just one person.

The cubicles only had one chair, no observers. She said hundreds (probably thousands) of these ballots had no chain of custody. She and other election workers could not get questions answered regarding this shady process.

AZ State Senator: “Were there a lot of those duplicates (military ballots)?”

Ms. Alby: “Yes. Thousands of them. At one point that’s all that they were processing were the faxed ones.”

Ms. Alby later described the thousands of ballots faxed in from overseas or wherever they were coming from.

Ms. Alby:  “I complained about the chain of custody of all of these faxes because there were so many, and I questioned that. Because I wasn’t sure, I mean, I could be in Michigan and I could fax something to Pima County. It could be rerouted anywhere, through any fax. And how do I know it didn’t come from Afghanistan? “

Again, this appears to be a highly coordinated tactic used by the left in several battleground states.

We saw it in Michigan.  We saw it in Georgia.

New evidence shows that there is no way that David DePape could have broken into the Pelosi house through the door in the back.

David DePape was identified by the police at the Pelosi home on early Friday morning at around 2:30 am.  The police claim that he broke into the house.

We reported yesterday on the impossibility of someone breaking into the Pelosi house and going unnoticed.
