Another memorable Joe Biden moment.

On Friday night at a Democrat dinner in Philadelphia, Joe Biden showed off his hairy leg to the crowd.

Then when someone started chanting, “Let’s Go Brandon!” Old Joe started pumping his fist.

What a night!

Later in the night Kamala Harris rescued Old Joe from walking off the stage.

Apparently, Joe Biden was proud of his sock.

And Joe Biden is also proud of his hairy legs. While speaking to a black audience Joe Biden prior to the 2020 election Joe suddenly started babbling about children stroking his hairy legs in the pool and how much he loves to have children on his lap.

Joe Biden: And by the way I sit on a stand, I got hot, I got hairy legs that turn, that, that, that, turn blond in the sun. And the kids used to come up and reach in and pull and rub my legs, and watch the hairs rise up again. So I learned about roaches. I learned about kids jumping up on my lap. And I love kids jumping on my lap.

That was another of Old Joe’s memorable moments.

In a Racine County court, Judge Robert Repischak denied a “motion to dismiss” filed by Harry Wait’s attorney Dan Hartman.

Wait is a Wisconsin election integrity activist and co-founder of the very active “watchdog group” called H.O.T. Government (Honest, Open and Transparent Government), who conducted a citizen led sting operation to expose security vulnerabilities in the state’s absentee ballot system that could lead to widespread election fraud.

Wait is now being charged by the Wisconsin Department of Justice with four counts: two felony counts of election fraud and two felony counts of identity theft. He faces 13 years in prison if convicted of all four counts.

During a preliminary hearing Friday, Hartman argued that the Wisconsin Attorney General did not have jurisdiction to bring charges for election fraud against Wait. Hartman pointed to a state statute which says that charges can only be filed by the county district attorney of the county where Wait resides (Racine County).

Harry Wait enters courtroom followed by his council, Dan Hartman of Michigan

Wait is alleged to have violated s. 12.13, (Election fraud) of the Wisconsin State Statute, which, according to Ch. 12.60.4, prescribes prosecutions be conducted by the district attorney of the county in which the defendant resides.

(4)Prosecutions under this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with s. 11.1401 (2).

s. 11.1401 (2)Except as otherwise provided in ss. 19.49 (2) (b) 13. and 14. and (h) and 19.554, and only after the commission has determined probable cause, all prosecutions under this section shall be conducted by the district attorney for the county where the defendant resides or, if the defendant is a nonresident, by the district attorney for the county where the violation is alleged to have occurred. For purposes of this subsection, a person other than an individual resides within a county if the person’s principal place of operation is located within that county.

Judge Repischak called the matter a “legislative goose chase” due to lack of clarity in the statute, citing the district attorney’s request for help from the attorney general in prosecuting the case as the reason for his denial of the motion to dismiss:

So I do find that under the plain language of the statute, the DA’s office does have the ability to prosecute this matter despite the matter not being referred to it by the Ethics Commission and not having a probable cause.

Being found is one of two ways of doing it and the DA’s office objected the first way the statute and then when I look to the statute regarding the duties and powers of the district attorney, I note that in 9 78 0.045 the district attorney’s office can seek prosecutorial help from other prosecution units for the assistant district attorney which they have done.

Wait’s associates from H.O.T. Government claimed that they were only notified of the DA’s request for help from the attorney general on the very morning of the hearing.

To establish probable cause for the case to continue, the state brought in special agent Andrew Schoeneck, who questioned Wait during his investigation into a complaint made by the embattled Wisconsin Elections Commission. The complaint alleges that Wait illegally obtained ballots in multiple party’s names that were not his own.

Special Agent Schoeneck confirmed that he witnessed Wait, in videos that he posted of himself online, ordering the ballots.

Judge Repischak accepted prosecutors’ arguments that they had met the burden to show probable cause, and concluded with Wait entering a plea of not guilty.

Wait has never denied ordering ballots from the commission’s website MyVoteWi.com; he says he did so to expose grave concerns with the integrity of the Wisconsin voting system, not to commit election fraud. Wait was determined to demonstrate how easily a fraudulent absentee ballot could be obtained in Wisconsin, which he did by ordering from the website with no more than a name and birthdate of the parties for which he received ballots.

Those parties included eight friends of Wait who gave him permission to do so; one in the name Robin Vos, the Republican state assembly speaker; and one in the name of Democrat Racine Mayor Corey Mason.

Wait went so far as to proactively provide all of the evidence necessary to prosecute himself to the Racine County Sheriff’s Office — which at the time declined to press charges given what Wait’s simple actions had uncovered about the security of Wisconsin’s election system.

Wait, who was joined in the courtroom by dozens of supporters, told The Gateway Pundit that he wanted to make sure his actions were not viewed as partisan and that he does “not belong any political party.”

Despite Judge Repischak’s denial of the motion to dismiss, Wait left the courtroom enthusiastic about his day in court and remained confident that he will be found innocent in the end.

As reported earlier, according to sources close to the investigation, Paul Pelosi’s attacker is 42-year-old Berkeley resident David Depape, The San Francisco Standard reported.

San Francisco Police Chief William Scott said Depape was booked on charges of attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, burglary and “several additional felonies.”

Paul Pelosi, husband of Nancy Pelosi was violently attacked with a hammer in his San Francisco home early Friday morning.

Both men were hospitalized.

According to NBC News, Paul Pelosi was taken to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital where he underwent brain surgery.

The attack reportedly took place after 2:20 AM.

And David Depape was in his underwear when the police arrived.

* * * * * * * * * *

Greg Kelly went there tonight.

Greg Kelly is not buying the story and has several questions on the official narrative:

What is an “a priority well being check?”  It typically means someone is worried about an individual and makes a call to police.

Why were both holding the hammer? What’s happening? Police did not say they were struggling.

Why did the assailant David Depape need to go to the hospital?  What were his injuries?

The SFPD are working with the DOJ, FBI, Capitol Police, and San Fran District Attorney. All very liberal organizations

The motive for the attack is still being determined.  Seems strange. Police does not mention the man screaming out Nancy’s name.

Why was the man in his underwear?  What was going on?

Depape was charged with elder abuse.  The crime typically involves any relationship where there is an expectation of trust.  Did the two know each other?

AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich And Stephen Richer spotted together at a campaign event

An Arizona election integrity group accuses Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer of illegally using his office and public funds to campaign against Proposition 309, which will create universal voter ID requirements for all voters to cast a ballot.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on the Arizonans for Voter ID Act. This ballot initiative will require all voters to have proof of registration regardless of how, when, or where their ballot is cast. This is a common-sense measure to protect our elections.

AZ Lawmakers Launch the “Arizonans for Voter ID Act” – Will Require Voter ID No Matter How, When, Where Ballot Is Cast (VIDEO)

The Gateway Pundit has reported on Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer and his extreme opposition to election integrity. After running on a platform to secure elections and speaking out against the corrupt elections officials on the campaign trail, Richer fought in lockstep with corrupt Maricopa County Supervisors and his predecessor to cover up the stolen 2020 election in Maricopa County.

He even wrote hit pieces for fake news CNN against Republicans and the Maricopa County full forensic audit.

After this and the botched 2022 Primary Election in Maricopa County, Stephen Richer was formally censured by Maricopa County Republicans, calling on him to “immediately resign or be recalled.”

More recently, Richer busted lobbying against this ballot initiative and illegally publishing a document in opposition to the County website. This letter was also written by a County employee during work hours, which is another law violation.

The federalist reported,

He even set up a Democrat-funded political action committee to support Arizona candidates who share his views, a move strongly rejected as unethical by ethical election officials. The Republican National Committee and Republican Party of Arizona just sued him for packing polls with Democrat workers and seeking to bury the paper trail.

And now he is alleged to have broken the law by using taxpayer resources to advocate against a ballot measure in Arizona that would improve voter identification methods for both unsupervised and in-person voters.

“Usually it takes a while for people to become co-opted by the system and reverse the positions they ran on. With Richer, it seemed to happen immediately,” said Gina Swoboda, executive director at the Voter Reference Foundation.

The latest drama from the man who once pledged to support election integrity is his lobbying against Arizona’s Proposition 309, which would strengthen the state’s existing voter-ID laws. Current law requires only the signature of the voter. Under the proposal, however, voters casting an unsupervised mail-in ballot would be required to add two new pieces of identification: their date of birth and a voter ID number (usually found on a driver’s license or government-issued ID or the last four digits of a social security number). For voters casting a ballot in person, they can no longer present an alternative to a photo ID at the polls, such as a utility bill, but must present a government-issued ID.

The vast majority of Americans — a whopping 8 in 10 Americans, according to a new Gallup poll — support voter identification for balloting. This ballot measure is supported by the state’s major conservative groups and all Republican lawmakers, who passed the bill that sent this measure to the ballot. Left-wing groups and Democratic state lawmakers are opposed to the measure.

Joining the Democrats is Richer, who heads the lobbying group Arizona Association of County Recorders. He pushed through a vote opposing the ballot measure — for a while, falsely claiming he had the unanimous support of other recorders — and then posted on the county website a political message telling people how to vote on the ballot measure.

That’s where he got in trouble.

“[T]he County Recorder’s website is a publicly funded website, and using it as a vehicle to promote Mr. Richer’s political agenda is not only inappropriate, it is illegal,” a complaint filed with Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich said. “This website is not at Mr. Richer’s disposal to use as a campaign website for his favored political causes.”

Richer took down his political ad against the bill, but not before observers noted the document was created by Maricopa County Recorder’s Office employee Cassidy Claridge during work hours, in alleged violation of the same laws.

“[P]lacing his thumb on the scale illegally in this context [does] not auger well for maintaining a professional perception in other realms,” said Republican lawyer Timothy La Sota, who filed the complaint.

“It is quite concerning that he can’t even follow basic election law and yet we’re trusting him to administer our elections,” added Amy Yentes of the Arizona Free Enterprise Club.

Richer admitted he was wrong to use county resources to lobby for his preferred political outcome but suggested it was a minor issue. His former supporters aren’t so sure.

“As someone who was a staunch supporter of Richer, distributed his campaign literature in my neighborhood, and convinced as many people as I could to vote for him, I find his latest actions to be not only disappointing but deserving of scrutiny on multiple levels,” Jose Borrajero said in a letter to the editor.

Additionally, AZ Free News reports,

But that is not the only problem stemming from Richer’s distribution of the anti-Prop 309 statement, which he said on Tuesday afternoon was approved by AACR members by “unanimous voice vote (no nays, all ays).” Richer also tweeted that “14 of the 15 counties were present” for the vote, with only Apache County absent.

According to Cochise County Recorder David Stevens, the inference voters will make from the AACR statement and Richer’s social media comments is that all 15 county recorders are against Prop 309. In fact, Richer retweeted someone else’s comment that the vote was unanimous against the proposition.

That, Stevens says, is not true. In fact, he is an adamant supporter of Prop 309 and has demanded Richer correct the AACR statement and clear any misperception.

“Stephen, I was out of the office yesterday and did not see this email. I STRONGLY OBJECT to anyone assigning an opinion to me without my expressed consent. Silence is NOT acceptance. I do support prop 309 and kindly request you remove my name from this list and issue a retraction immediately,” Stevens wrote.

Arizonans for Voter ID tweeted the following complaint filed with the Attorney General’s office by attorney Tim LaSota.

.@stephen_richer did this to voice his feelings on #Prop309 which ensures everyone shows ID, and wrongly claimed unanimous support for his letter, which doesn’t exist. We hope @GeneralBrnovich protects our elections from the inappropriate influence of the Recorder’s Office. pic.twitter.com/ifbsVfRZkT

The disgraced General and former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, David Petraeus, appears to have a touch of schizophrenia. During an interview with France’s L’Express last Saturday, retired General Petraeus first insisted that Ukraine has the Russians on the run:

Petraeus . . . claimed that Russia has little chance of reversing the trajectory of the conflict in Ukraine thanks to America’s financial assistance.

Additionally, the U.S. has “many options” should Russia decide to launch a nuclear weapon, he said.

At the same time, Petraeus said that his earlier words had described “just one” of “many options” America has in store in case Russia resorts to the use of nuclear arms, which he called an “extremely bad decision.”

The general also said that he still thinks there is nothing Russia could do to change the situation on the frontlines, which, according to Petraeus, is unfavorable to Moscow.

David Petraeus Says US May Lead Multinational Force Against Russia in Ukraine

Got that? “THERE IS NOTHING RUSSIA COULD DO to change the situation on the frontlines.” Game over. The Russians are beat.

So, here is the question–If the Russians are trapped and destined to lose; if the Russians can do nothing to change the inevitable outcome of the war, which means their total defeat, then why does Petraeus do a volte face stating that U.S. intervention could be necessary? This contradicts the meme that the Russians are beat, Putin is toast and Ukraine can see Moscow in the distance.

Petraeus, inadvertently displaying his dull intellect, tells the reporter that Ukraine may not have the war wrapped up and that the United States “MAY” lead an international rescue team into the conflict:

The United States may lead a multinational coalition against Russia in Ukraine regardless of NATO involvement, according to retired U.S. Army General David Petraeus.

In an interview with France’s L’Express on Saturday, Petraeus predicted that Russia could take actions in Ukraine that are “so shocking and so horrific” that direct U.S. intervention would be necessary.

“We are talking about the intervention of the North Atlantic Alliance in the event of an attack on one of the NATO members. But it is necessary to consider the option of using not NATO forces in Ukraine, but multinational forces that have nothing to do with NATO,” Petraeus, who also briefly served as CIA director, said.

David Petraeus Says US May Lead Multinational Force Against Russia in Ukraine

Petraeus established his reputation as the man who does not think with his brain when he was fired from the CIA for security lapses, that included banging his paramour in his CIA office–under a desk no less. He apparently relied on a less prominent member of his anatomy for cogitation.

Which is it Dave? Ukraine’s victory is inevitable and there is nothing the Russians can do to stop it, or, the U.S. needs to rally a multi-national force to stop Russia and save Ukraine?

The euphoria from late September about Ukraine’s counter offensive, which crushed the Russian troops and sent them fleeing in panic, has evaporated. Poof!! It seems that the Russian front has stiffened and Russia is systematically turning off the electricity throughout western Ukraine. I have been in Kiev. A large portion of the population lives in high rise buildings that are at least 10 stories tall. If the power is out, water is not flowing to those upper floors. That means no toilets and no showers. Not even cold ones.

Ukraine’s President Zelensky’s Government tacitly admits that Russia’s missile and drone campaign targeting the electricity infrastructure has been a success. According to British Sky News:

Russian missile and drone strikes are thought to have damaged up to 40% of the country’s energy infrastructure, leaving Kyiv in darkness.

A Ukrainian minister has urged refugees who fled the country after Russia’s invasion to stay away this winter.

Iryna Vereshchuk, a deputy prime minister, said blackouts caused by Moscow’s bombardment of power stations would put a heavy strain on the country.

How can Russia, who reportedly is getting the stuffing beat out of it by the Ukrainian military, still capable of causing widespread damage to Ukraine’s critical infrastructure? Too bad the French reporter did not ask that question to General Petraeus.

In case you missed it, I was on RT’s Cross Talk on Thursday with Scott Ritter.

In the days since the debate between Dr. Oz and John Fetterman, two new polls have come out showing Oz in the lead.

This should come as no surprise. Fetterman’s performance in the debate was a disaster.

Oz was already closing the gap before the debate. Now this race is looking really good for Oz.

The New York Post reports:

Dr. Oz leads John Fetterman in second poll after Democrat’s debate struggles

Republican celebrity heart surgeon and former TV talk show host Dr. Mehmet Oz has surged past Democratic Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman in a pair of Senate race polls taken since the candidates squared off in a much-watched debate earlier this week.

The latest survey, released by Wick Insights Friday morning, showed Oz with 47.6% support, with Fetterman trailing on 45.9%. Another 3.6% said they’d vote for a third party candidate and 2.9% said they were still undecided.

When the undecided cohort were pressed to choose between Oz and Fetterman, 64.4% said they’d support Oz, while the remaining 35.6% opted for Fetterman.

The results echo an Insider Advantage poll taken the day after the debate. In that survey, Oz led Fetterman by 47.5% to 44.8%. Another 3.6% said they were undecided, 2.8% said they’d back Libertarian candidate Erik Gerhardt, and 1.3% said they’d vote for someone else.

The polls are the first two surveys in which Oz has led since winning a hard-fought Republican primary on May 17.

The polls are also the first two to go into the field after the Tuesday debate in which Fetterman, who suffered a stroke in May, stumbled over his words and struggled to give coherent responses.

In the Insider Advantage poll, Oz has a massive lead with independents.

New InsiderAdvantage post-debate poll shows Oz leading Fetterman among Independent voters by 43 points.

MSNBC hack Chris Hayes nodded in agreement as Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez absurdly claimed the inflation crisis has nothing to do with government policies.

“Inflation is not going up due to government policies. Inflation is going up due to Wall Street decisions,” AOC said to Chris Hayes on his MSNBC show “All in with Chris Hayes.”

Chris Hayes didn’t push back on AOC and actually nodded in agreement.

This is why virtually no one trusts the media.

Inflation was 1.4% when Biden was installed in January 2021.

Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress spent trillions of dollars in a year=and-a-half on Marxist pet projects.

Biden and the Democrats in Congress own this inflation crisis.

The charts don’t lie:

The Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 225 basis points over the summer to put a dent in Biden’s inflation crisis.

30-year fixed mortgage rates are now over 7% and inflation is still a problem.

Thank you, Joe Biden!

Joe Biden blamed Republicans for the attack Paul Pelosi, the husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), in remarks made at a Democrat fundraising dinner in Philadelphia Friday night.

Biden said he had spoken to Nancy Pelosi and provided her transportation from D.C. to San Francisco to be with her husband. Biden called Paul Pelosi “Bobby” in his remarks.

Biden claimed the attacker was chanting the same thing as the January 6 rioters: “Where is Nancy?”, but said he wasn’t really sure that was said by the attacker but that he had seen it reported.

Transcript by TGP:

…Folks. Before I begin, I want us to take a short pause to send our love to Nancy and Paul Pelosi. I’ve been on the phone with Nancy. Arranged for her to be able to get from Washington out to, out to see her husband Bobby who, she’s in the plane right now heading out there.

And you’ve seen the news. He was attacked in their home. And when I spoke to the Speaker she said that he’s doing okay. He went to the hospital, he was operated on and he seems to be coming along well. He’s in good spirits, and the whole family’s there.

While this invasion’s ongoing, the news reports indicate it was intended to be an attack on the house Nancy Pelosi lives in–the third ranking person in the United States in line to be president.

You know it’s reported that the same chant was used by this guy they have in custody that was used on January 6th in the attack on the U.S. Capitol. I’m not making this up. This is reported, I can’t guarantee it. You can tell you what’s been reported. The chant was, “Where is Nancy? Where is Nancy? Where is Nancy?”

This is despicable. There’s no place in America–there’s too much violence, political violence, too much hatred, too much vitriol. And what makes us think that one party can talk about stolen elections, COVID being a hoax? That it’s all a bunch of lies and not affect people who may not be so well-balanced. What makes us think! That it’s not it’s not going to corrode the political climate?

Enough is enough is enough! Every person of good conscience needs to clearly and unambiguously stand up against the violence in our politics, regardless of what your politics are. All of us, all of us together as Americans.

Knowing Paul and Nancy and the family as I do, they’re tough as they come. We’re praying for him. We’re optimistic for his full recovery.

Does Dark Brandon know Joe gave this speech?

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Friday evening appeared at a Democrat campaign event at the Philadelphia Convention Center in Pennsylvania.

The joint appearance was super awkward.

Kamala Harris had to keep old Joe from falling off the stage.

Someone (perhaps a child) caught Biden’s eye so he shuffled over to the edge of the stage and pretended he was going to jump.

Kamala Harris panicked when she thought Joe Biden was going to jump off the stage.

Harris grabbed Joe Biden and instructed him to back away from the edge, but he ignored her.

Biden eventually turned around and jogged away.

And the Democrat-media complex expects us to believe these two clowns got 81 million votes in 2020.
