Nancy Pelosi was reportedly in Washington, D.C. when the attack occurred.

“Mr. Pelosi was admitted to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital where he underwent successful surgery to repair a skull fracture and serious injuries to his right arm and hands. His doctors expect a full recovery.

The Pelosi family is immensely grateful to Mr. Pelosi’s entire medical team and the law enforcement officers who responded to the assault. …ABC News reports that Pelosi’s injuries are “significant,” but according to two familiar sources, he is expected to recover.

Multiple sources tell the ABC7 News I-Team that Pelosi underwent skull surgery Friday morning after the attack.

Reports this afternoon state that Paul Pelosi surreptitiously dialed 911 around 2:27 a.m. PDT while confronting the man who allegedly broke into the Pelosi home. Pelosi was able let the dispatcher know he needed help without alerting the intruder.

Crooked New Jersey Democrat Senator Bob Menendez is under federal criminal investigation – AGAIN.

According to CNN, the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York is conducting the investigation into Menendez.

Dozens of subpoenas were issued in the criminal probe involving Menendez, NBC News reported.

According to NBC News, one of the entities involved in the probe is IS EG Halal, located in Edgewater, New Jersey.

IS EG Halal is the only company authorized by the Egyptian government “to certify Halal exports worldwide,” NBC reported.

Dozens of federal grand jury subpoenas have been issued in the past several months as part of the federal criminal investigation involving several people in New Jersey and the powerful Democratic chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Bob Menendez, three people familiar with the matter told NBC News.

Two people familiar with the matter said one of the entities involved in the investigation is IS EG Halal of Edgewater, New Jersey.

According to the company’s website, “IS EG Halal is the only entity exclusively authorized by the Government of Egypt to certify Halal exports worldwide.”

Lawrence Lustberg, an attorney for the founder and president of IS EG Halal, Wael Hana, said Hana is aware of the U.S. government’s investigation, “but he does not know what it is about.”

In a statement to NBC News, Lustberg said that “for some time now, he has asked the prosecutors to share with him their concerns so that he could respond to them and, in a spirit of cooperation, share with them his explanations with regard to those concerns.”

A federal court filing shows that the FBI searched IS EG Halal headquarters and Hana’s residence in November 2019. According to a filing by Lustberg, federal agents seized cellphones, computers, tablets, USB drives, business documents, notepads, a photo album, $5,943 dollars in cash, jewelry and Hana’s passport.

According to filings not just by Lustberg but also by two federal prosecutors with the U.S. attorney’s office for Southern New York, most of the seized items were returned to Lustberg on Jan. 31, 2020.

In October 2017 Democrat Senator Menendez went on trial for bribery. He faced a dozen criminal charges and was accused of accepting more than $700,000 in campaign related cash and thousands of dollars in free hotel rooms and air travel.

The judge in the bribery trial for Sen. Bob Menendez later declared a mistrial, after jurors were unable to reach a verdict for more than a week.

San Francisco police chief William Scott said Depape was booked on charges of attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, burglary and “several additional felonies.”

Mr. Pelosi is reportedly in stable condition.

The attack reportedly took place after 2 AM.

Pennsylvania Democrat officials sent out 240,000 255,000 ballots to people they could not verify either by their Social Security or Driver’s License numbers.

The ballots should NEVER have been sent out to these voters.

Fifteen Republican State Representatives sent a letter to Acting Secretary of the Commonwealth Leigh Chapman after they discovered that over 240,000 illicit ballots were sent out in the state prior to the 2022 midterm elections.

Deputy Secretary Jonathan Marks testified in September before the Pennsylvania House that counties are responsible to verify the voter ID when a completed ballot arrive to the county. The counties argued that this was nonsense. The ID must be verified before a ballot is even sent out.

According to Pennsylvania law, these ballots must now be set aside. They can’t be counted in the November 8th election until the voter produces an identification.

You can bet that very few of these counties will set these ballots aside. This is how Democrats cheat.

These ballots must be set aside before election day.

On Friday morning Pennsylvania State Rep. Frank Ryan joined The War Room to discuss the actions GOP lawmakers are taking to address this 255,000 uncertified ballots sent out by the Democrat Secretary of the Commonwealth.

Rep. Frank Ryan told Steve Bannon the GOP reps wanted to bring attention to this serious issue. Frank Ryan says they want the counties to know the GOP representatives are aware of the issue.

He did not say how they would prevent the ballots from being counted. Trusting a county clerk to set aside the ballots is not a realistic strategy. Especially, when many of the clerks are Democrats.

Tom says, “In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage. We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. He continues, “We arrived at this decision to end our marriage after much consideration. However, we wish only the best for each other as we pursue whatever new chapters in our lives that are yet to be written.”

Similarly, Gisele says … “The decision to end a marriage is never easy, but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always.”

On Friday, the Florida Board of Medicine Legislative Committee voted to ban to puberty blockers and sex change “treatments” for underage children in the state.

In order to address gender dysphoria, this action will prevent minors from gaining access to puberty-blocking drugs and hormone therapy. Those who need the medications for other conditions will not be affected by this decision, according to Daily Mail.

According to Mayo Clinic, gender dysphoria is the feeling of discomfort or distress that might occur in people whose gender identity differs from their sex assigned at birth or sex-related physical characteristics. Some transgender and gender-diverse people feel at ease with their bodies, with or without medical intervention.

The board is expected to make a decision on the effective date next week.

BREAKING: A Board of Medicine committee approved a rule to ban minors with gender dysphoria from receiving puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgery.

The rule now moves to the Board of Medicine and Board of Osteopathic Medicine for consideration.

Board members said the decision was made based on the irreversibility of the drugs and the growing number of people choosing to ‘de-transition’.

It will apply to all teens in the state, even those that are currently undergoing treatment using the drugs.

Arizona has similar restrictions in place already. Alabama, Arkansas and Texas have attempted to enact similar rules but have been held up by the courts.

The decision made Friday will now be passed on to the full medical board, who are likely to adopt the recommendations.

Under the new rules, teens in the state will not be able to access puberty blockers or hormone treatments to treat conditions like gender dysphoria.

Those who use the drugs for their intended purpose, like being intersex or having precocious puberty, will still be allowed.

Doctors in the state will now be barred from recommending them to dysphoric patients.

Puberty blockers are often used by trans teens to delay the process for years. There is little evidence on their long-term effects.

Hormone treatments allow for a person to begin to display biological traits from the opposite sex, such as deepening a woman’s voice.

Advocates for the ban on trans care testified during the meeting, and included de-transitioners.

Joe Biden on Sunday participated in a sit-down interview with NowThis ‘Make Your Mark’ to discuss the midterms and the failing Democrat agenda.

Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender ‘activist’ (biological male) and raging misogynist who mocks women for a living, asked Joe Biden if it is wrong for states to ban sex reassignment surgery and puberty blockers for children (genital mutilation).

Biden said he believes it is wrong for states to ban puberty blockers for children.

“I don’t think any state or anybody should have the right to do that. As a moral question and as a legal question,” said Biden.

It can also be recalled that leading medical organizations, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Children’s Hospital Association released a letter addressed to Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland demanding action to investigate and crack down on reporters who have exposed hospitals across the country for performing gender surgery on children as young as 14 and 15 while also giving puberty blocking chemicals to children.

The letter also demands tech platforms Twitter, TikTok and Meta (owner of Facebook and Instagram) crack down on the reporters’ accounts.

“The groups sent a letter (PDF) to Attorney General Merrick Garland urging the Department of Justice to investigate the increasing threats of violence against physicians, hospitals and families of children for providing and seeking evidence-based gender-affirming care. The organizations also call on technology platforms to do more to stop the rhetoric that often incites threats or acts of violence and has led to harassment campaigns across the country, much of it directed at children’s hospitals and the physicians and staff who work there,” according to the news release.

A top US House Republican investigator is demanding answers from the FBI about the possible security implications posed by a former close business associate of Hunter Biden.

Rep. James Comer (R-KY), the ranking member of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, sent a letter Wednesday to FBI Director Christopher Wray.

The letter was sent to the FBI as a warning that Hunter Biden’s history with his Chinese business associate might be a “national security threat” that the FBI must investigate.

Why has the FBI ignored this obvious threat?

Rep. Comer argued that Hunter Biden’s business associate or secretary, JiaQi “Jackie” Bao, provided President Joe Biden’s son “insight into purchasing (liquefied) natural gas reserves in the United States to sell to China, had access to the Biden’s family’s financial information, and liaised with CCP-affiliated agents on the Biden’s behalf.”

Rep. Comer’s newest letter and the letter he sent in September provided to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, mentioned specific details about Hunter Biden’s efforts to work out deals with China’s CEFC Energy, and the Washington Examiner can confirm his laptop hard drive is full of evidence about these efforts.

Rep. Comer wrote that Bao “seemed determined to remain close to the Biden political orbit even after the initial relationship dissolved, a hallmark of foreign intelligence activity.” James Comer pointed to a particular email from March 20, 2018 from Bao to Hunter Biden as reported by the New York Post.

“I don’t think you should worry about any of the recent news at all (my personal opinion), because Chinese companies always deal very diplomatically with foreign business partners,” Bao wrote.  “Even if the worst case with Ye, those in the U.S. would not be impacted at all and in fact it will present a great opportunity to gain, both in terms of doing something substantial tangible gains without gains make any noise, if done right.”

Rep. Comer said Bao’s “efforts to remain close to the Biden family following the CEFC venture collapse raises serious concerns about Bao’s motives and plans with the Biden family” he also said – “an alarming national security threat” if Bao was continuing to push the energy deals on China’s behalf.

Bao was awarded a Chinese government scholarship and received a degree at Tsinghua University, which is the Australian Strategic Policy Institute.

Rep. Comer also mentioned that Bao went on to work for China National Development Reform Commission.

Rep. Comer wrote that Bao worked for the China National Reform Commission which “ implements the Communist Party of China ’s Central Committee’s policies and decisions on development and reform.”

The NY Times  wrote an article in December of 2018 about Hunter Biden’s dealings with CEFC and Joe Biden left his son a voicemail saying, “I thought the article released online, it’s going to be printed tomorrow the Times – was good. I think you’re clear.”

“After infiltrating the Biden family, Bao urged Hunter to encourage Joe Biden to run for president months before he announced and then supplied the Biden family campaign advice related to China”. Comer wrote, saying this was her effort to “ingratiate herself” with the Biden family.

Hunter Biden was told by Band CEFC associates in an October -24-2017, email that “my job is to make sure our interest is protected.”

“Bao appeared to be effectively running the joint venture under Hunter Biden’s name. She produced yearly reports and business plans for Hudson West III, the joint venture Hunter Biden created with the Chinese firm”, the top House Republican investigator
stated.

Last week, The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft sat down with Dr. Andrew Huff in one of the most important interviews perhaps of 2022.  In this interview, Dr. Huff revealed that he had first-hand knowledge of the proposal that was initially created to secure the gain-of-function research funds.  This money was then passed through EcoHealth Alliance to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.  But why was it off-shored in the first place?

As Dr. Huff mentioned, there was quite a bit of concern about “gain-of-function” and the later mislabel of “dual use” research and whether or not it was worth the risk.  In a document from the Obama administration from around the time Dr. Huff is referencing, we can see that the United States did in fact “pause” gain-of-function research funding while they explored the risk to reward.  But any “pauses” in actual gain-of-function research were completely at the discretion of the laboratories themselves.

“Because the deliberative process launching today will aim to address key questions about the risks and benefits of gain-of-function studies, during the period of deliberation, the U.S. Government will institute a pause on funding for any new studies that include certain gain-of-function experiments involving influenza, SARS, and MERS viruses…

During this pause, the U.S. Government will not fund any new projects involving these experiments and encourages those currently conducting this type of work – whether federally funded or not – to voluntarily pause their research while risks and benefits are being reassessed. The funding pause will not apply to the characterization or testing of naturally occurring influenza, MERS, and SARS viruses unless there is a reasonable expectation that these tests would increase transmissibility or pathogenicity.” 

The Obama Administration did in fact “pause” funding, but they did not require laboratories to stop gain-of-function research, only “voluntarily pause” it if they would be so kind.  While I do firmly believe that the federal government should be far more “hands-off”, it would be absurd to think that this was the starting point for the Obama administration to adopt more “libertarian” ideals.

Where was this same constraint of government authoritarianism to “voluntarily” do something when citizens were forced to close their businesses or take an experimental vaccine in order to work?

This moratorium was lifted in December of 2017 but during the “pause,” 10 of the 21 labs impacted by the “pause” were discovered to have been given “waivers” to continue their research during the moratorium, as reported by the Washington Post.

In that same article, the Washington Post quotes Andrew C. Weber, the former assistant secretary of defense for nuclear, chemical and biological defense programs during the Obama administration, as saying

“it is difficult to imagine any research proposal that would meet these sensible criteria….The risks to the public of deliberately enhancing pandemic pathogens are too grave to justify the modest potential benefits.”

So they shipped it off to Wuhan.

Rep. Ilhan Omar blasted the “dangerous propagandists” for calling her a “warmonger” during a town hall on Thursday.

“You were supposed to be a progressive Democrat, ‘anti-war’,” a man in the audience jeered during the town hall. “Anti-war! Eighty billion to Ukraine is not anti-war.”

“Ukraine is killing its own citizens… in the Donbas,” the protester scathed.

Omar lashed out at the man, insisting the money Congress has allocated to Ukraine will help “little children.”

“We are helping little children, like me, that have been helped. So, unless, unless — listen. Unless you have not been paying attention to what is happening here there are millions of Ukrainians that have been displaced,” Omar said. “There are piles of bodies that have been found in mass graves.”

The Democrat lawmaker then warned her constituents that only refugees from wartorn countries can tell her “how I get to vote.”

“Unless you are someone like me that has been that child, you do not get to tell me what my votes mean and how I get to vote in supporting people,” the Minnesota congresswoman chided.
