The suspect who attacked Paul Pelosi, House speaker’s husband, specifically targeted their San Francisco home, people familiar with the matter said Friday.

Pelosi was attacked and severely beaten by an assailant with a hammer. Pelosi, 82, suffered blunt force trauma to his head and body, according to the two people with knowledge of the investigation into the attack who spoke to The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity to discuss the ongoing probe…

The AP described Pelosi’s injuries as “bruising, severe swelling and other injuries.”

A statement by Nancy Pelosi’s office claimed Paul Pelosi “is expected to make a full recovery.”

The San Francisco Police released a statement on the attack, “On 10/28/22, at 2:27 am, SFPD responded to the 2600 block of Broadway for a home break-in. During the incident an 82 y/o male was attacked. The suspect was taken into custody. The victim was transported to a local hospital. SFPD Chief Scott will address the media at police HQ.”

The U.S. Capitol Police released a statement on the federal involvement in the investigation:

The USCP, FBI & San Francisco Police Joint Threat Investigation

The United States Capitol Police (USCP) is assisting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the San Francisco Police with a joint investigation into a break-in at the California home of the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

The Speaker was in Washington, D.C. with her protective detail at the time of the overnight, break-in.

During the California break-in, the Speaker’s husband was assaulted, but he is now recovering.

The San Francisco Police Department has the suspect in custody. The motivation for the attack is still under investigation.

Special Agents with the USCP’s California Field Office quickly arrived on scene, while a team of investigators from the Department’s Threat Assessment Section was simultaneously dispatched from the East Coast to assist the FBI and the San Francisco Police with a joint investigation.

The law enforcement agencies will provide more information when it can be released.

In early June we learned that the New York case against We Build the Wall had ended in a hung jury.  So the corrupt actors in New York, who don’t give a damn about the Southern Border, decided to redo their political trial.

TGP reported on the hung jury earlier this year when one man had the courage to stand up to the rest of his jurors and say “no” this man (We Build the Wall’s Colorado Businessman Timothy Shea) is not guilty of any crimes.  The judge doxed the juror in the process but the juror held his ground and the bogus political hit job ended in a hung jury.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: SDNY Political Witch Hunt Against ‘We Build the Wall’ Ends in Hung Jury

This week in New York the second trial against Tim Shea is taking place.  CBS reported on the case hours ago from its left-leaning political perspective.  Note the language used to label Shea and his team criminals pretending that the corrupt SDNY is some virtuous entity.

The jury in Manhattan federal court began deliberating the fate of Timothy Shea on Thursday after hearing closing arguments in a retrial that’s not even a week old. It resumes its work Friday morning after failing to immediately reach a conclusion.

A trial in the spring ended in a mistrial when the jury deadlocked after 11 jurors said the remaining juror had accused them of being politically biased and thought the trial should have been held in a southern state.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Molly Bracewell told jurors in her closing that fraud was in the game plan as soon as Shea and three others, including ex-President Donald Trump’s onetime adviser Steve Bannon, thought of creating the fundraising plan in late 2018.

She said Shea “and his partners in crime” created a powerful and compelling fundraising message by assuring donors that every cent donated would be used to build portions of a wall.

This nasty diatribe by a far-left zealot reporter and the prosecutor says much, but it doesn’t say it all.

A significant event happened before the trial.  Obama Judge Analisa Torres wouldn’t allow documents that were included in the previous trial to be shared.  These documents exonerate Shae of any wrongdoing.  The judge also didn’t allow certain witnesses who could corroborate the work that Tim did.

In September, Obama Judge Torres made a decision to prevent information that would exonerate Shae from being presented in this trial, as well as other requests, like moving the case to Colorado and out of the New York swamp.

On September 19, 2022, Judge Torres denied all of Shea’s motions: “Defendant, Timothy Shea, moves1 for an order (1) transferring the venue of this action to the District of Colorado, ECF No. 267; (2) suppressing certain evidence produced by the Government on August 19, 2022, or, in the alternative, granting a trial continuance, ECF No. 269; (3) disqualifying Assistant United States Attorney (“AUSA”) Robert Sobelman from participating in Shea’s retrial, which is scheduled to commence on October 24, 2022, ECF No. 271; and (4) adjourning trial because of a scheduling conflict created by defense counsel, ECF No. 281… Shea’s motions are DENIED.”

[The actions by Judge Torres add support to the belief that all Obama judges should be removed from the bench due to their political motives and lack of desire for justice.]

The prosecution claims that Shea and others related to We Build the Wall used the entity to funnel money.  But this is not the case.  The Sheas (Tim Shea and his wife Amanda) received more than $400,000 in W-9 income in the two years leading up to We Build the Wall from another related source.  This was the total from around 48 transactions with Freedom Daily, signed off on by a fellow We Build the Wall partner, all before the We Build the Wall entity was formed.  This was withheld from the jury by Judge Torres.

[I have seen the W-9s and support for the transactions].

WE BUILD THE WALL wasn’t an entity to take money from, the participants all made money before the idea came to fruition.

Judge Torres continually insisted that this was not a political case yet Judge Torres asked the jurors where they got their news from and everyone who said New York Times was not kicked off the jury.

During the trial, the prosecutors literally took a screenshot of Amanda (Tim’s wife), cropped out the background, and put a solid gray background behind her to make it look like a mugshot in an effort to imply that she was arrested as well.

In addition, during the trial, the prosecutors from the SDNY referred to “chunks of wall” and said that this was code for “cash”, not actual pieces of wall.  The We Build the Wall team claims they were selling unused actual chunks of steel bollard for $200 each.  The profit on these steel pieces helped pay for the expenses of the members of the entity.

We’ll see what happens this time.  We Build the Wall team member Tim Shea is facing severe headwinds from the Obama Judge and far-left biased prosecutors not seeking justice.  It’s up to the jury now.

The post BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: The Truth Behind This Week’s “We Build the Wall” Case in New York – An Obama Judge Suppresses Evidence That Exonerates Defendant appeared first on The Gateway Pundit.

On Friday, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) recommended adding “heavy menstrual bleeding” to the list of side effects caused by Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA shots.

In April 2021, The Gateway Pundit first reported on the tens of thousands of women who complained about irregular menstruation after taking the COVID vaccines.

Women who received the Covid vaccine reported to have spotting in between their cycles, shortened cycles, and lengthened cycles.

However, anyone who spoke about a link between Covid vaccines and menstrual problems/fertility issues was labeled a “conspiracy theorist.”

Earlier this year, the EMA’s risk assessment committee announced that it would review reports of menstruation irregularities after thousands of women reported changes to their monthly cycle after getting the COVID vaccine.

“After reviewing the available evidence, the PRAC decided to request an in-depth evaluation of all available data, including reports from spontaneous reporting systems, clinical trials, and the published literature,” according to the news release.

“At this stage, it is not yet clear whether there is a causal link between the COVID-19 vaccines and the reports of heavy periods or amenorrhea. There is also no evidence to suggest that COVID-19 vaccines affect fertility,” the agency said.

Now, the regulatory body recommended including “heavy menstrual bleeding” as an adverse effect on the list of product warnings and precautions.

Read the EMA statement:

The PRAC has recommended that heavy menstrual bleeding should be added to the product information as a side effect of unknown frequency of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines Comirnaty and Spikevax.

Heavy menstrual bleeding (heavy periods) may be defined as bleeding characterised by an increased volume and/or duration which interferes with the person’s physical, social, emotional and material quality of life. Cases of heavy menstrual bleeding have been reported after the first, second and booster doses of Comirnaty and Spikevax.

The PRAC finalised the assessment of this safety signal after reviewing the available data, including cases reported during clinical trials, cases spontaneously reported in Eudravigilance and findings from the medical literature.

After reviewing the data, the Committee concluded that there is at least a reasonable possibility that the occurrence of heavy menstrual bleeding is causally associated with these vaccines and therefore recommended the update of the product information.

The available data reviewed involved mostly cases which appeared to be non-serious and temporary in nature.

Menstrual disorders in general are quite common and they can occur for a wide range of reasons. This includes some underlying medical conditions. Any person who experiences postmenopausal bleeding or is concerned about a change in menstruation should consult their doctor.

There is no evidence to suggest the menstrual disorders experienced by some people have any impact on reproduction and fertility. Available data provides reassurance about the use of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines before and during pregnancy. A review carried out by EMA’s Emergency Task Force showed that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines do not cause pregnancy complications for expectant mothers and their babies, and they are as effective at reducing the risk of hospitalisation and deaths in pregnant people as they are in non-pregnant people.

The Committee reiterates that the totality of data available confirms that the benefits of these vaccines greatly outweigh the risks.

Healthcare professionals and patients are encouraged to continue to report cases of heavy menstrual bleeding to their national authorities.

The PRAC will continue to monitor for cases of this condition and will communicate further if new recommendations are warranted.

That didn’t take long. Liberal hacks are already blaming Republicans and Fox News for the awful violent attack on 82-year-old Paul Pelosi, the husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) early Friday morning at the couple’s San Francisco home. Nancy Pelosi was reportedly in Washington, D.C.

Pelosi home.

A press release by Nancy Pelosi’s spokesman says the attacker was arrested by police and Paul Pelosi was taken to the hospital where he is expected to make a full recovery.

CNN is reporting the assailant used a hammer to attack Paul Pelosi.

The statement by Speaker Pelosi’s office was released around 8:40 a.m. EDT.

Washington, D.C. — Drew Hammill, spokesman for Speaker Nancy Pelosi, issued this statement:

“Early this morning, an assailant broke into the Pelosi residence in San Francisco and violently assaulted Mr. Pelosi. The assailant is in custody and the motivation for the attack is under investigation. Mr. Pelosi was taken to the hospital, where he is receiving excellent medical care and is expected to make a full recovery. The Speaker was not in San Francisco at the time.

“The Speaker and her family are grateful to the first responders and medical professionals involved, and request privacy at this time.”

The statement was quickly reported on Twitter (8:44 a.m.)

Liberals were quick to cast blame on conservatives without evidence:

Just over ten minutes later Laurence Tribe blamed the “far right”, “This is nightmarish. I wish Paul Pelosi a full and rapid recovery. The far right has normalized the use of violence even against the families of public officials with whom somebody might disagree. This absolutely must stop.”

The US Congress is moving towards the GOP in the most recent Rassmussen polling.

According to their latest poll the 2022 midterm elections are now just 11 days away, and Republicans have a seven-point lead in their bid to recapture control of Congress.

If the elections for Congress were held today, 49% of Likely U.S. Voters would vote for the Republican candidate, while 42% would vote for the Democrat. Just four percent (4%) would vote for some other candidate, but another five percent (5%) are not sure.

The GOP lead has increased three points from last week, when they led 47% to 43%. Republicans have led the Generic Congressional Ballot all year, although their lead has narrowed since mid-July, when they led by as much as 10 points.

In October 2018, before voters handed Democrats their first House majority in eight years, Democrats held a three-point advantage (47% to 44%) in the generic ballot question. The margin was still a statistical dead heat – Republicans 46%, Democrats 45% – in the final poll before Democrats won a slim House majority while Republicans gained Senate seats to maintain control of that chamber.

Below are the results of the recent polling:

Guest post by Jay Valentine

Seven state voter integrity teams called us after reading an article about Democrats employing a massive tech weapon for the upcoming elections. They were terrified their efforts to clean up voter rolls were for naught.

We were on a road trip crunching Nevada voter data and watching amazing results, real time, in the car.

Sleep well.  Nobody ever changed the game in any industry, or election, by applying demonstrably obsolete technology,.

The future of computing, and election computing, is not size and scale, it is blinding speed, across trillions of records, from hundreds to thousands of databases, using daily or hourly snapshot analysis, delivered to your cell phone or tablet — to determine if a person changed their mind — this morning.

There is no need for long-term, predictive data models in a world where opinions on crucial issues change hourly.

The Democrats’ Big Data Titanic technology is recognized as obsolete:

Mike Lindell and Sheriff David Clarke asked us to run the Wisconsin voter rolls with our disruptive Fractal technology.

Voter integrity teams were ferociously analyzing state voter rolls with SQL, relational, Mongo, Excel type systems — the equivalent of emptying a swimming pool with a spoon.  We loaded Wisconsin and within hours had it in their hands — no charge — finding registered voters living in laundromats and UPS boxes.

Word spread and we now run about 15 or 20 mostly swing states.  We fund 90% of this ourselves.

Let’s compare what our Democrat team friends are doing with Fractal outcomes. Both teams have voter registration and history records. There are about 170 million eligible voters in the U.S.

We don’t run one copy of the state voter registration roll.  We run 7, or 15, or 55 or in one state, 66. Running multiple copies of rolls allows our users to see subtle, critical changes in the data not visible to current technology.

That inactive voter, probably dead, moved to active, voted, then went back into that comfortable grave — as inactive.  Current technology sees the person as inactive — before they vote and afterward.

Fractal identifies the data movement, flags it, that vote is challenged before it impacts an election.

This compute problem takes 15 million voters from one state, with 20 copies of the voter rolls, (20 x 15 million) compares every field, finding the differences as slight as a missing comma, categorizes results into easy-to-grasp columns, returning the results to the user in less than 10 seconds, on their phone.  For free.

We do this now for multiple states. We house almost 1.6 billion voter records — because stuff changes and Fractal catches it.  The Big Data Titanic types, using conventional tech, would take months to do this, need a data center requiring the power of a small town, costing millions of dollars.

We deliver it on $4,000 computers, using less power than an electric drill.  Our engineers demonstrate running the entire state on an iPhone, but that was just showing off.

Fractals are the opposite of scale. In the Fractal world, everything is tiny, just lots of it — in parallel.  On the Big Data Titanic, everything is big, costly, clumsy, slow — blind to the iceberg.

One team in Wisconsin challenged almost 400,000 alleged phantoms.  A Georgia team, in one county, 37,000.

They deserve the glory, the kudos for their fine work.  Fractal gave them computing power beyond what any state or government agency can bring to bear.

It gets better.

Voter rolls are incredibly “dirty.”  That means lots of bad name and address data.  To solve that issue, Fractal ingests the county property tax records and compares them with the voter roll. Want to know how many voters live in a house with one bathroom?  How about how many live in a convenience store?

Fractal is in the process of ingesting all 3,200 county tax rolls, with “snapshots” compared with voter rolls.  This is computationally almost impossible, costing tens of millions of dollars with conventional Titanic tech.

Here’s a social media problem.

A woman is 29, unmarried and in a relation with an alcholic.  She has a developmentally disadvantaged son, nine years old.  She is desperately lonely.

She can go to a dating site to find a mate.  She can go to an alcohol site to get help with the loser guy.  She can go to a site for child development and maybe get advice. Or, with Fractal, she can go to one of our websites, not yet public, enter her story, in text.

There is a “Just Like Me” button, enabling her to profile herself, against scores of variables, in text, using different naming conventions (alcoholic, drunk, bum boyfriend), across millions of strangers instantly, on a phone. She can connect with someone just like her, weighing the variables in levels of importance.

This is called active data profiling and it can disrupt the ground game in the political world.

Malcolm is 48, lives in Michigan, married, four children, voted in the last four federal elections.  Malcolm gives money to animal rescue, donated to Bernie Sanders and the local Democrat mayor.  Malcolm is a union guy.  He attended a Trump rally in 2016. Malcolm has a cable TV bill and a cell phone.  Malcolm doesn’t do social media.

If you are the Republican or Democrat get-out-the-vote person, do you call Malcolm?

Here is where the Big Data Titanic and the Fractal PT boat diverge. The Democrat Big Data Titanic, all the big data guys, think history matters.  It did, but it doesn’t matter much now.

What is Malcolm feeling this morning?

Sure, you can poll him, you can survey him, but remember in Big Data Land there are maybe 40 million Malcolms — each slightly different. You can poll Malcolm Monday but his opinion may change Wednesday morning. You need the “Just Like Malcolm” button to profile Malcolm, Wednesday, the morning after the gubernatorial debate. Then go find every Malcolm profile in the precinct, district, or state.

The Big Data Titanic will tell you all about Malcolms, millions of them — in a month or two.  They will sell you Malcolm’s profile from last month. Fractal picks up the slightest change, across 50, 100, 500 attributes, instantly, telling you if you want to call Malcolm or let him sleep in — this morning.

The difference is speed, agility, cross searching hundreds of databases with literally tens of trillions of records, on computers you can hold in your lap, for that one little clue telling you what Malcolm may feel right now!

Don’t panic that your Democrat pals are buying the cell-phone data telling them who stayed home for COVID.  Who cares?  Anyone can do that.

Fractals tell you what Malcolms are thinking this morning, the day after they saw Tudor Dixon for the first time.

Scale is dead.  The future is not Big Data.

The future is gargantuan data, constantly feeding thousands of parallel Fractals, running at silicon speed, on tiny, cheap computers, giving you the current heartbeat of the voter, the precinct, the district, or the state.

Computing disruption shifted the power from historical data to tiny, current clues that may tell the whole story.

The Titanic crew knew about the icebergs, their crew just didn’t have real time visibility until it was too late to change course. And that, my friends, is what the Democrats are investing in.  Sleep well.

A transgender Thai businessperson and activist has purchased the Miss Universe organization for $20 million.

The buyer, Chakrapong “Anne” Chakrajutathib, is quite famous in Thailand and has appeared on several reality television shows.

IMG Worldwide had owned the organization since 2015 and says that the pageant is broadcast in 165 countries.

In a translated press release, the famed transgender activist’s company, JKN Global Group Public Co. Ltd., said they will be using the brand to sell dietary supplements, beverages, skin care products, cosmetics, and other “lifestyle products ” — in addition to running the competitions.

“MUO or Miss Universe Organization is a global organization with more than 71 years of history, known to consumers around the world who monitor more than 500 million Miss Universe pageants around the world,” the press release said, adding that “different countries have purchased the rights to manage the Miss Universe pageant in each country to send beauty queens to contests in more than 94 countries.”

USA Today reports, “a profile of Chakrapong in the Bangkok Post newspaper earlier this year said in her youth, she studied at an all-male school where she was harassed for identifying as female. After becoming wealthy, she spent $1 million on sex reassignment surgery and other procedures.”

“In addition to her business ventures, Chakrajutathib helped establish a nonprofit group, Life Inspired For Transsexual Foundation, to promote trans rights,” the report added.

The next Miss Universe pageant is scheduled to take place in January in New Orleans.

“The acquisition of MUO, including the copyright of Miss Universe, which is JKN’s long-standing brand known to the world, is one of JKN’s business growth-driven strategies that are not just contests and contests,” Chakrajutathib said in the roughly translated press release. “Give the right to broadcast the Miss Universe contest only. But we will bring the Miss Universe brand to expand the production and marketing of products in the consumer goods group in every country in order to grow JKN and raise the corporate image to become a Global Content Commerce Company.”

An Arkansas man caught on fire while being tased by police after a high-speed chase.

Christopher Gaylor, 38, reportedly had about a gallon of gasoline in his backpack when he led an officer on the chase through a residential area on a motorcycle.

The incident took place in Little Rock on October 13 around 1:10 a.m.

Gaylor was riding a black motorcycle with no license plate when an officer attempted to pull him over. Instead of complying, the man attempted to flee — with some moments during the chase reaching 120 miles per hour.

Eventually, Gaylor crashed and began attempting to flee on foot. The officer tased him, but reported that it had “no effect.”

After being tased a second time, Gaylor burst into flames.

None of the officers involved in the incident have been placed on leave.

“Before the electronic control device (TASER) was deployed, Mr. Gaylor could have chosen at any moment during the vehicular pursuit, or in the seconds after he abandoned the motorcycle to comply with the traffic stop or orders to stop while on foot,” Arkansas State Police public information officer Bill Sadler said in a statement.

Gaylor was hospitalized but is expected to recover. He has been charged with fleeing, failure to register a vehicle, no insurance, driving with a suspended license, and reckless driving.

Police said that Gaylor had been wanted by law enforcement on outstanding warrants.

Elon Musk is set to reinstate all permanent Twitter bans, according to a report from Bloomberg.

The newspaper also reported that Musk is set to take over as CEO of the company, at least in the short term.

Bloomberg cited an anonymous source for their reporting.

“Musk also intends to do away with permanent bans on users because he doesn’t believe in lifelong prohibitions, the person said. That means people previously booted off the platform may be allowed to return, though it was unclear if that included former president Donald Trump, the person said,” according to the Bloomberg report.

On Thursday, Musk fired chief executive Parag Agrawal, chief financial officer Ned Segal and Vijaya Gadde, head of legal policy, trust, and safety.

Gadde “played a key role in the contentious decisions to ban Donald Trump and suppress news articles about Hunter Biden’s laptop,” according to a report from the Daily Mail earlier this year.

Musk also brought in Tesla engineers to review the platform’s code.

Bloomberg reports, “Twitter’s engineers can no longer make changes to code as of noon in San Francisco, the people said. That’s part of an effort to ensure that nothing about the product changes ahead of the deal closing, said the people, who declined to be named because the process isn’t public. Twitter enacted a similar freeze when the deal was first announced in April.”

“The reason I acquired Twitter is because it is important to the future of civilization to have a common digital town square, where a wide range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner, without resorting to violence,” Musk wrote in an open letter to advertisers on Thursday. “There is currently great danger that social media will splinter into far right wing and far left wing echo chambers that generate more hate and divide our society.”

“In the relentless pursuit of clicks, much of traditional media has fueled and catered to those polarized extremes, as they believe that is what brings in the money, but, in doing so, the opportunity for dialogue is lost,” Musk continued. “That is why I bought Twitter. I didn’t do it because it would be easy. I didn’t do it to make more money. I did it to try to help humanity, whom I love. And I do so with humility, recognizing that failure in pursuing this goal, despite our best efforts, is a very real possibility.”

The billionaire added, “Twitter obviously cannot become a free-for-all hellscape, where anything can be said with no consequences!”
