In a press release from VoterGa on Thursday, we learned the Georgia Supreme Court has issued a ruling that will impact at least one major election challenge in Georgia and potentially others throughout the United States.  The timing of this decision is significant:  there is only 8 days remaining before Georgia State law will allow for the destruction of 2020 election evidence.

The case that may be impacted is Favorito et al v. Cooney et al.  This case was dismissed on Oct. 13, 2021 by Judge Brian Amero using the aforementioned case, as well as Wood v Raffensperger.  Judge Amero stated the following in his Order Granting Motion to Dismiss:

“Petitioners lack standing to pursue their state equal protection and state due process claims. Under both federal and Georgia law, the three requirements plaintiffs ‘must meet to have standing are “(1) an injury in fact; (2) a causal connection between the injury
and the causal conduct; and (3) the likelihood that the injury will be redressed with a favorable decision.” (Sons of Confederate Veterans, 2021)

and

“Petitioners have failed to allege a particular injury.  An injury is particularized when it ‘affects the plaintiff in a personal and individual way.‘” (Wood v. Raffensperger, 11th Circuit, 2020)

At the time, the former was the opinion of the Georgia Court of Appeals.  But yesterday, the Georgia Supreme Court heard the Sons of Confederate Veterans case and opined:

“Because the Georgia Constitution is the source of the judicial power of state courts, federal standing requirements do not control our analysis.“

This is a significant blow to the precedent used to dismiss Favorito’s case back in October 2021 where Judge Amero cited the Appeals decision that implied federal and state law defined the requirements for a plaintiff to bring a case.  The Georgia Supreme Court has determined the state requirements are not necessarily subject to the federal requirements because state law is subject to the Georgia Constitution.

In the Supreme Court decision, Justice Peterson opined that “a plaintiff must have cognizable injury that can be redressed by a judicial decision.”  However, Justice Peterson goes on to state that the injury does not need to be individualized (as Judge Amero cited in his dismissal):

Courts are not vehicles for engaging in merely
academic debates or deciding purely theoretical questions. We “say
what the law is” only as needed to resolve an actual controversy. To
that end, only plaintiffs with a cognizable injury can bring a suit in
Georgia courts. Unlike federal law, however, that injury need not
always be individualized; sometimes it can be a generalized
grievance shared by community members, especially other
residents, taxpayers, voters, or citizens.

It goes on to state:

When a local government owes a legal duty to its citizens, residents, taxpayers, or
voters (i.e., community stakeholders), the violation of that legal duty
constitutes an injury that our case law has recognized as conferring
standing to those community stakeholders, even if the plaintiff at
issue suffered no individualized injury

In the October 2021 dismissal of Favorito’s case, Judge Amero also stated that “Petitioners have failed to allege a particularized injury.”  Remember, Judge Amero cited Wood v. Raffensperger from the 11th Circuit Court that stated:

“An injury is particularized when it ‘affects the plaintiff in a personal and individual way.’”

This opinion should have a substantial impact on the Favorito et al v Wan case that is pending writ of certiorari before the Supreme Court.  From a Press Release published by VoterGA:

It confirms arguments made by Petitioners in the Fulton County counterfeit ballot case known as Favorito et
al, v. Wan et al. That case, originally entitled Favorito et al, v. Cooney et al was dismissed after 10 months of
hearings for lack of standing. The dismissal came after the county hired criminal defense attorneys to prevent
petitioners from inspecting ballots.

The two citations given to dismiss Favorito’s case have now been addressed in a separate ruling by the Georgia Supreme Court.  It is imperative that the evidence from the 2020 election is preserved immediately with a lingering state mandate expiring in 8 days calling for the preservation.

Since the debut of the #2000Mules documentary, there has been an increase of concern over drop boxes being left out to allow voters a month or more to drop off their ballot with zero chain of custody and very little oversight, if any.  After mail-in ballots in 2020 were sent out like junk mail postcards, it became clear that the drop boxes were a way to promulgate fraud on the American people.  In addition to TrueTheVote’s cell phone data discovery,  The Gateway Pundit has also documented drop box abuse over and over and over and over.

Now, in video footage obtained by The Gateway Pundit, it appears to show a drop box in Centre County, Pennsylvania being opened and an official “bag” being placed in the box for election day.  Much to the surprise of the officials opening the drop box, however, was the discovery of 10 ballots already inserted into the drop box.

This footage was shot by a local concerned resident and was witnessed by a deputy sheriff (not shown).  It is one of three drop boxes in Centre Co, PA thus far that have been discovered as having “pre-loaded” ballots inside when being officially opened.  Our source claims that two other drop boxes were opened last week as well and eight ballots were discovered, bringing the total thus far in just one county to 18 ballots.  The source also claims that authorities are investigating this.

It is unclear if any other counties have found “pre loaded” ballots and, if so, whether or not they were reported.

The ballots were not opened and were placed in a sealed box.  But as the man in the video says (audio version cannot be published): after that who knows what they do with them.

Pennsylvania’s election may decided control of the US Senate for the next two years.  After a disastrous display in the debate on Tuesday night by John Fetterman, Dr Mehmet Oz’s betting odds shot up in Vegas and 82% of PA Voters declared Dr. Oz the winner of the debate.

That begs the question:  what debate did the other 18% watch???

A senior cheerleader at North Little Rock High School, Victoria Moody,18, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Fox16 reported.

Moody’s older sister, Brooke McCarty, claims that her sibling was in good health up until Sunday night, when their father, Brian Moody, took her to the hospital saying that she wasn’t feeling well.

According to her sister, Victoria’s untimely death was caused by a pulmonary embolism.

“She apparently had a pulmonary embolism that was just too far advanced to stop it,” said McCarthy.

According to Hopkins Medicine, a pulmonary embolism (PE) is a blood clot that develops in a blood vessel in the body (often in the leg). It then travels to a lung artery where it suddenly blocks blood flow.

The family of Moody says that she would have graduated this year, she was also on the High School Varsity Cheerleading and competition team.

McCarty says cheerleading was Moody’s entire world, she loved her teammates, coaches, and the sport.

“I just wish more than anything that she would be here, and I just don’t really understand how it happened, or why it happened,” said McCarthy.

She adds that her sister was and still is a wonderful person with a bright future.

“She was absolutely the best human being I knew. and I’m forever grateful for the 18 years that I got to be with her,” said McCarthy.  “She was going to go to University of Arkansas or Mississippi State, she had gotten scholarships, and she got invited into the honors program.”

The school, students and loved ones have already gathered for a candlelight vigil on Monday and held a balloon release on Tuesday.

Mr. Moody also says the community support has poured in far and wide, with some businesses making merchandise in memory of Moody. He says wants all the proceeds to go to developing more research towards pulmonary embolisms.

Victoria’s visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home, according to her obituary. Her celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 10:30 A.M. at Christ Church in Alexander, Arkansas.

“Meta Platforms Inc. shareholders are paying dearly for its spending on the metaverse: The Facebook parent’s market value has collapsed by a whopping $677 billion this year, forcing it out from the ranks of the world’s 20 largest companies.” Bloomberg News reported Thursday morning.

Mark Zuckerberg’s fortune took a huge hit.

“Mark Zuckerberg’s fortune plunged by $11 billion after his Meta Platforms Inc. reported a second-straight quarter of disappointing earnings, bringing his total wealth loss to more than $100 billion in just 13 months.” Bloomberg News reported.

CNBC’s Jim Cramer recommended META stock right before it collapsed.

Cramer held back crocodile tears as he apologized for leading people off a cliff by recommending META stock.

Jim Cramer enthusiastically encouraged investors to keep their money in Bear Stearns shortly before two of its highly leveraged hedge funds collapsed and it needed to be bailed out during the 2008 liquidity crisis.

Less than a week later Bear was bailed out for $2 per share.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) was caught on a hot mic discussing the midterms and Fetterman’s dumpster fire debate with Joe Biden.

Joe Biden on Thursday traveled to Syracuse, New York to deliver remarks on Micron’s plan to invest in CHIPS manufacturing.

Schumer and Governor Hochul greeted Biden on the tarmac to discuss the upcoming elections.

Democrats are facing headwinds going into the 2022 midterms because of high inflation rates, high gas prices and spiking crime.

Schumer knows the fix is in after hundreds of thousands of unverified new voters were sent ballots in Pennsylvania.

“Looks like the debate didn’t hurt us too much in Pennsylvania,” Schumer said to Biden.

Independent voters changed their support from John Fetterman to Dr. Oz after watching Tuesday night’s dumpster fire debate.

Fetterman waited until the last minute to debate Oz because he can barely speak after his massive stroke in May.

John Fetterman used a monitor to help him through Tuesday night’s debate and he still fell apart.

An Arizona grandmother who was arrested for feeding homeless people has filed a lawsuit against Bullhead City.

Norma Thornton, 78, was arrested in March for feeding homeless people in public, violating Arizona law.

The grandmother said that she was so shocked about being arrested that she thought it was a joke.

“Still, I thought it was a kind of joke, someone playing a prank– until I was put in the back of the police car,” Thornton told Fox 5 Vegas. “I have always believed that when you have plenty, you should share.”

Now, Suranjan San with the Institute for Justice has filed a lawsuit on Thornton’s behalf.

“This case is about kindness. Bullhead City has criminalized kindness,” said Thornton’s attorney, according to the report. “The city council passed an ordinance that makes it a crime punishable by four months imprisonment to share food in public parks for charitable purposes.”

Thornton previously owned a restaurant and wanted to feed those in need now that she is retired.

“For four years, Norma regularly spent her afternoons preparing hot, nutritious, delicious meals from scratch in her home kitchen and gave them out in the park to anyone who asked,” San said.

In 2021, the state passed a law against feeding people for charitable purposes.

“At a city council meeting, the city attorney made it crystal clear. You may host a pizza party in the park for 50 people or a hundred people. Invite friends, invite strangers. You may do it all day every day, so long as your motivation is something other than to help people in need,” San said.

Fox 5 reports that “Bullhead City Mayor Tom Brady said the law only applies to public parks, meaning that churches, clubs and private properties are free to serve food to the homeless without a permit.”

El Paso, Texas Councilwoman Claudia Rodriguez exposed the shocking lengths her colleagues will go to protect Joe Biden and the Democrat Party at the expense and safety of the citizens they have pledged to protect.  Her reward for caring more about the people suffering in her community from a constant stream of illegals flowing across Biden’s broken border is an outright attack by the El Paso County Democratic Party.  EPDP seems to care more about providing cover for Biden in the lead up to the election than protecting their community.

In September alone, El Paso was flooded with over 2,000 people a day which quickly overwhelmed the city’s shelters and services and put El Paso residents at risk.

According to the New York Post:

The White House pressured the Democratic mayor of El Paso, Texas, to not declare a state of emergency over the city’s migrant crisis due to fear it would make President Biden look bad, The Post has learned. At least three of the El Paso City Council’s eight members have urged Mayor Oscar Leeser to issue an emergency declaration in response to the thousands of migrants who’ve filled the city’s shelters and are being housed in local hotels, sources familiar with the matter said.

But Leeser admitted during a private phone conversation last month that he’d been directed otherwise by the Biden administration, one of the officials told The Post.

“He told me the White House asked him not to,” Council-member Claudia Rodriguez said.

Though councilors reached out to El Paso’s Democrat Mayor Oscar Lesser  to ask for federal help, he refused. The city was forced to spend over $8m mitigating the crisis.

Councilwoman Rodriguez exposed the scandal by revealing her private conversations with Lesser where he admitted he’d been following orders from the top.

Furious at being exposed for protecting political power over people, EPDP made an unprecedented move in a nonpartisan local election by urging voters not to vote for Rodriguez .

EPDP’s website describes the group as,”the arm of the Texas Democratic Party in El Paso County, serving the cities of El Paso, Horizon City, San Elizario, Socorro, and the towns of Anthony and Clint. Nearly half a million voters reside within the county, the majority of whom are registered Democrats. We boast change-makers like Beto O’Rourke, Congresswoman Veronica Escobar, and State Senator César Blanco.”

The El Paso County Democratic Party said in a release:

We honor the nature of non-partisan races and focus our work on engagement with voters during partisan elections. As early voting approaches, we are compelled to warn the public about the current candidate for re-election (incumbent) Claudia Rodriguez, candidate for District 6.

Ms. Rodriguez has violated campaign finance in a shameless manner (https://elpasomatters.org/2022/10/17/el-paso-city-rep-claudia-rodriguez-election-campaign-filings-may-violate-finance-laws/). When asked by a reporter about her violations, Rodriguez’s responses indicate that she is either completely ignorant of her responsibilities as an office holder, or she believes the law does not apply to her.

Additionally, Democrats in District 6 should be aware that Ms. Rodriguez has a history of voting in Republican Primaries. She currently represents and is running for a district that consistently votes for and elects Democratic candidates.

Ms. Rodriguez has brought her party’s partisanship to her position, as has been evident in her votes while on City Council.

She has advocated against providing humanitarian support for migrants in our community and has become a Fox News regular. Her multiple appearances on the Republican cable news network have focused on her personal grievances with the mayor. In doing so, she has brought a very negative spotlight to our community on a network that pushes xenophobia, misinformation, and conspiracy theories. El Paso is a community that has historically had a positive history of embracing our location on the US-Mexico and treating migrants with dignity.

Ms. Rodriguez also voted against supporting a Women’s Commission for El Paso and voted against directing the El Paso Police department to make investigating abortions a low level priority for the department. This measure would have prevented the El Paso Police Department from using its resources to target women who might have had an abortion.

While the Democratic Party is not endorsing in this race, it is imperative that the public be aware of Ms. Rodriguez’s lack of transparency, campaign finance violations, and the fact that her values are contrary to those held by the majority in her district. We urge District 6 voters to vote for either of her two opponents and deny Ms. Rodriguez the privilege of being re-elected to city council.

In response to the attack, Rodriguez suggests to  the Post,  that the attacks on her are politically motivated. “I don’t get it,” she told The Post Wednesday. “I stood up for the people of El Paso when the mayor didn’t. I was saying, ‘El Pasoans don’t want to be spending their money on this. They’re already overtaxed.’”

Rodriguez joined Fox News to discuss the crisis in her city.

eBay has banned sales of Jeffrey Dahmer Halloween costumes after they received a massive popularity boost from the Netflix series on his life.

The online auction site banned the sale of “murderabilia,” in 2001.

A spokesperson for eBay told CBS MoneyWatch that it banned the sale of all Dahmer paraphernalia as it violates its “violence and violent criminals policy.”

MoneyWatch noted that “specifically, the policy prohibits listings that ‘promote or glorify violence or violent acts, or are associated with individuals who are notorious for committing violent acts,’ and is intended to promote safety while respecting the victims of violent crimes, according to the company.”

In Netflix’ “Dahmer-Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story,” the killer is portrayed by American Horror Story’s Evan Peters.

As the show skyrocketed in popularity, so did searches for Halloween costumes of the killer. However, the costume idea has been subject to severe backlash online by those claiming it is insensitive to the victims’ families.

Shirley Hughes, mother of victim Tony Hughes, had said that she was heartbroken that people were dressing up as her son’s killer for Halloween. TMZ reports that she said “Dahmer was pure evil and doesn’t understand how the folks who choose to dress like him can sleep at night.”

Collectors of serial killer memorabilia have since built an eBay-style website called Murder Auction, where people can purchase art, artifacts, and general merchandise related to famous criminals and cults. There is currently a painting by notorious killer clown John Wayne Gacy listed for $175,000 on the site.

Dahmer was sentenced to life in prison for the murders of 17 boys and men in 1992 — but was beaten to death two years later.

100 Percent Fed Up reports – Without naming names, over the fear of being sued, Gregg Phillips has repeatedly stated that the stash houses they’ve identified that were used by ballot harvesters to make their mule operations possible were ALL funded by left-leaning NGOs (non-governmental organizations).

During their testimony in front of the AZ Senate on June 2, Engelbrecht and Phillips released a bombshell video featuring investigator Gregg Phillips and a whistleblower in Yuma, Co., Arizona, who revealed how the elections were stolen in her community.

In the video, an unidentified female whistleblower outlines how elections are determined by a group of criminals who inflict fear upon their community. She explains how they use fear and intimidation tactics to coerce individuals to vote a certain way and how they’ve ruined the lives of individuals and their families who dare to run for an elected office in their community.

“Because, where I live—you can’t have a voice. If you stand up or if you want to even run against them, you will be shot,” the whistleblower reveals.

Ever since the release of 2000 Mules, Americans have been frustrated over the lack of details or arrests related to the people or organizations behind these vote-stealing operations…until now.

A former Democrat candidate for Orange County, FL Commissioner, has stepped up and is blowing the whistle on a widespread voter fraud operation in the Orlando area.

Florida’s no-nonsense Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has asked his new election crimes unit to recommend State Police conduct a full criminal investigation into an affidavit filed by a Democrat whistleblower that outlines a widespread ballot-harvesting operation that’s allegedly been taking place in black communities in Central Florida for years.

In late August, former Orange County Commissioner candidate Cynthia Harris filed an affidavit with the Florida Secretary of State’s office alleging that ballot harvesters showed up at her home attempting to collect her ballot when she shut them down. Harris claims they are part of an illegal ballot-harvesting operation that’s been going on for years in the black community in the Orlando area. According to Harris, ballot harvesters are paid $10 for each ballot they collect.

Just the News reports- Harris described an intricate system funded by liberal-leaning organizations that dispatch ballot brokers into black communities to pressure voters to turn over their ballots. The $10 fee per ballot is divvied up among the parties who help complete the harvesting.

Harris explains:

You the candidate, or any political party, can find out when the absentee ballots are mailed and to whom. What happens is these ballot harvesters—they know which batch has gone out— they go to the door, and they ask you for your absentee ballot. Well, in communities that don’t look like me, no one does this, but in our community, it’s kind of like at accepted practices that the man is coming by to pick up my absentee ballot, or the lady is coming to pick up my absentee ballot.

And you know, it’s just utterly ridiculous that people don’t understand that once that ballot leaves your hand and it’s not placed in the mailbox or is not directly given to the supervisor of elections, you don’t know where it goes.  It’s possible that they throw them away—we’ve seen evidence of that. You see them, they steam open the ballots, and then they mis-mark them so that if it’s not for their candidate then that ballot is spoiled, so when people think that the numbers are low, it’s really not low, it’s just that someone has intercepted before it gets to the proper authorities

Cynthia Harris appeared on Just The News with John Soloman, where she explained what happened when the alleged ballot harvesters came to her door in 2017:

The collection and delivery of ballots by third parties is illegal in Florida.

The newly created Office of Election Crimes and Security made a preliminary inquiry on Harris’ allegations and concluded there was sufficient evidence to warrant a full criminal probe by the state police, the Florida State Department told Just the News on Wednesday.

“Ballot brokers typically work up to a year in advance,” she stated. “Ballot brokers visit individuals in their residences and assists the individual with filling out a request for a mail-in ballot. After the mail-in ballot arrives, the voter is instructed to wait for the ballot broker returns to the individual’s residence. They are asked to not seal the certificate envelope.”

Harris described how, much as in Wisconsin, vulnerable patients in rehabilitation centers and nursing homes in Florida were targeted for ballot trafficking.

“For nursing homes … ballot brokers get the list of residents by cross-referencing the address with the voter registration list,” she explained. “The ballot broker figures out the best way to make contact, usually thru friends and family that may or may not know they are even part of a scheme. They help the resident fill out the mail-in ballot or just take the mail-in ballot from the nursing home and deliver it to the ballot broker.”

The Gateway Pundit and 100 Percent Fed Up worked with MI election integrity group MC4EI to pour through thousands of hours of surveillance video footage from Detroit drop boxes. What we found was astounding. While we cannot prove that these women work in a nursing home, we have more than one video of individuals wearing surgical scrubs commonly worn by workers in nursing homes, dropping off stacks of ballots in Detroit.

Here is just one example showing two women in Detroit dropping off a stack of between 40-50 ballots at one time into a single drop box. While one woman makes the drop, the other records her with her cell phone:

Meanwhile, MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and MI AG Dana Nessel have remained silent on these videos. Instead of opening up an investigation into the possible criminality of these women, Jocelyn Benson uses her taxpayer-funded website to discredit anyone who dares to suggest voter fraud is taking place in the videos we’ve shared.

Rep. Liz Cheney has endorsed the Democrat in a tight Michigan congressional race.

Cheney endorsed Rep. Elissa Slotkin, her first time officially betraying the Republican Party with a Democrat endorsement.

The nepotism baby politician will also be appearing at an event with Rep. Slotkin.

“I’m proud to endorse Elissa Slotkin,” Cheney said in a statement. “Serving together on the Armed Services Committee, I have come to know Elissa as a good and honorable public servant who works hard for the people she represents, wants what’s best for the country, and is in this for the right reasons.”

On November 1, Cheney will appear at an event in Lansing with Slotkin. The event is titled, “Evening for Patriotism and Bipartisanship.”

Slotkin is being challenged by Republican State Senator Thomas Barrett.

The Democrat congresswoman is in her second term and is in a race that the nonpartisan Cook Political Report has branded a “toss up,” The Hill notes.

Cheney lost her own primary and will not be up for re-election in November. She has said that she will not vote for Harriet Hageman, the Republican who defeated her.

The bitter loser also said at the time that she would do anything in her power to stop Trump from running, even promote Democrats — which she is now doing.

The outgoing congresswoman was asked by Texas Tribune CEO Evan Smith if that included running for president — which she would not rule out.

“I certainly will do whatever it takes to make sure Donald Trump isn’t anywhere close to the Oval Office,” Cheney said. She later added that, “it’s really important not to just immediately jump to the horse race and to think about what we need as a country.”

The RINO also promised to leave the party if Trump does become the nominee.

“I’m going to make sure Donald Trump, make sure he’s not the nominee,” Cheney said. “And if he is the nominee, I won’t be a Republican.”
