Georgia Democrat gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams this week told a crowded room of ‘fans’ that they have to ‘social distance for social media’ if they wanted to take a photo with her.

Abrams, who is at high risk of dying from Covid because she is morbidly obese, had specific instructions for children who wanted to take photos with her during her campaign stop.

“If you’re over 18, you gotta socially distance for social media” Stacey Abrams said.

“If you’re under 18, you’re probably too cute for that, so I’m gonna let you stand right next to me,” a maskless Stacey Abrams said.

Earlier this year Stacey Abrams came under fire after she asked a child to remove his face mask for a photo op during a campaign stop in Columbus.

Abrams asked the child to remove his face mask, then laughed that she’s “had a little bit of trouble taking [photos] with kids with masks on.”

Abrams previously came under fire for posing with masked children.

It’s all political theater.

The world’s largest chemical producer is permanently downsizing in Europe.

BASF cited rising energy prices in Europe as the reason.

Chief executive Martin Brudermüller added that “the European chemical market has been growing only weakly for about a decade.”

Financial Times reported:

BASF has said it will have to downsize “permanently” in Europe, with high energy costs making the region increasingly uncompetitive.

“The European chemical market has been growing only weakly for about a decade [and] the significant increase in natural gas and power prices over the course of this year is putting pressure on chemical value chains,” chief executive Martin Brudermüller said on Wednesday.

BASF, which produces products from basic petrochemicals to fertilisers and glues, spent €2.2bn more on natural gas at its European sites in the first nine months of 2022, compared with the same period last year.

Brudermüller said the European gas crisis, coupled with stricter industry regulations in the EU, was forcing the company to cut costs in the region “as quickly as possible and also permanently”.

As they downsize in Europe, they are expanding in China.

They just opened up a €10 billion complex in China.

Reuters reported:

The cutbacks at home contrast with a 10 billion euro chemical complex that BASF plans to build in Zhanjiang, southern China, to run entirely on renewable energy, as it banks on booming Asian markets and looks to reduce reliance on Europe.

The move defies heightened concerns in the German government over economic dependence on a Chinese trade partner that it sees under increasingly authoritarian rule. The BASF CEO will join German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on a visit to China next week. “We have a very, very profitable China business. Half of the world market is there,” Brudermueller said on a media call. “What kind of a risk does a company run into if it renounces half of the market?”

I’m the guy who has argued nonstop on my national radio show, and my two national TV shows, and in my syndicated newspaper columns, for six months now, that Democrats bet the house (literally) on the wrong horse. That this midterm election was never about abortion. It was always about inflation. And that the GOP should stick to inflation, inflation, inflation.

Inflation may very well be the worst in the history of America.

Everyone’s incomes and assets are being systematically wiped out. Middle Class America is being destroyed. They can’t put food on the table. They can’t put gas in their cars. They’re scared of becoming homeless. Retirees can’t survive. They have to go back to work at age 70.

That is what the election of 2022 is about. Your economic survival.

And of course, there are a few other issues to throw into the story- massive crime increases; murderers being let out without bail thanks to Soros-funded Democrat DA’s; open borders; 87,000 new IRS agents; and miserable failing schools who teach critical race theory, hate for America, and transgender propaganda, instead of the three R’s.

Those are the issues that matter.

And I was right. It worked like magic. A massive red wave landslide is upon us. As of days ago, I predicted a 50+ seat GOP victory in the House and 3 to 5 GOP seat victory in the Senate. But then something happened that was so shocking, I believe it pushed even inflation out of first place. This is the new issue that closes the deal for a GOP landslide. This is the final blow that destroys the Democrat Party.

The CDC became the “Child Death Cult.”

Last week the CDC voted unanimously to recommend to every school district in the country to mandate the Covid vaccine to every child, or they can’t go to public school. They recommend the Covid vaccine be added to the “vaccine schedule.”

The CDC claims they only “recommend.” But that’s another big government scam. We all know every blue state Governor, blue state hospital and doctor, and every blue state school district will instantly turn a CDC “recommendation” into a mandate, and force-vaccinate every child in the country.

This just became a life-or-death election. This just became the civil rights issue of the 21 st century. This just became the parental rights issue of the millennium.

This CDC decision is child abuse, reckless endangerment, negligence, medical malpractice, fraud, insanity, conspiracy, cover-up, and crimes against humanity, all rolled into one.

If American elections cannot be reconciled to local results using voting machines, then the machines must go.

There appears to be only one way to reconcile local election results in US election systems to the final results shared with the media and the state.  This method is being taken away by corrupt actors involved in the election process. 

We reported on this 10 days ago.  There is a sudden push to get rid of the “cast vote records” (CVRs) produced by the voting machines in elections.  These records are the only inventories of votes produced locally from the voting machines and are therefore the only locally machine-driven inventory of records that can be used to tie with the eventual state and ultimately national results.

If local results from these CVRs do not agree with the final state results, then that would indicate that the votes may have been illegally altered in an election.

In theory, the local and state data supplied to the secretary of state office and the media should all agree in count and in timing or movement (i.e. the votes should increase at the same rate).  Not surprisingly, in the 2020 Election, when the CVRs were compared to the state results for a locality, the inventories did not match.  

These unreconcilable results have never been addressed by local and state election officials where they have been identified.  

The solution for corrupt actors in the election process is not to reconcile the results or ensure a process is put in place where local results reconcile with state results, but rather to eliminate or altere CVRs in the election process.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Recent “Solution” to ‘Voter Privacy Issue’ in Election Systems Actually Eliminates Ability to Reconcile Local Results with Final Results and Should Not Be Implemented

The reason for the sudden push in eliminating CVRs appears to be related to the fact that Americans want to get to the bottom of the results certified in the 2020 election.

Springfield, Missouri Actions

In late August (August 21) at the close of the Truth Summit in Springfield, Missouri, Mike Lindell made a call to action.  He asked people there in person and those watching online, to request CVRs from your counties.  This could then be provided to a group of individuals who would reconcile these CVR’s to the final reported results for the state and locality.

On August 29, Citizen-Activist Laurie Huddleston tried to obtain the CVRs in Greene County, Missouri, where Springfield is located.  Ms. Huddleston spoke with a clerk employee and then she sent an email to Linda Rantz who has been involved in election integrity in Missouri since the election.  Ms. Huddlston shared her experience in attempting to obtain the CVRs in her county and she was unable to obtain them.

Then out of the blue, on September 14, Springfield Greene County Clerk, Shane Schoeller filed a lawsuit against Ms. Huddleston.  (Schoeller is a Republican.)

In the filing, Schoeller called out Mike Lindell, Truth Summit, and Linda Rantz (Missouri Canvassers) for instigating/inspiring people to request CVRs.

This lawsuit requests that the court rule that CVR data cannot be given to citizens.   The lawsuit also asks the Court to have Laurie Huddleston (defendant) pay for County’s attorney fees.

The lawsuit also alleges with no evidence that by providing the CVRs to Ms. Hudddleston, the secrecy of the election may be impaired.  This is nonsense with no support.

On September 16th a ‘guest editorial’ written by Shane Schoeller was published in many county newspapers across Missouri labeled: “Missouri Sunshine Law illuminates government work”. In it, Schoeller states,

“One specific example that has become relevant recently for election officials is requests for cast vote records that, if opened, could compromise the secrecy of a voter and their voted ballot.” Schoeller goes on to say, “To ensure I am being held accountable, I am seeking accountability through a court ruling before proceeding …”

Schoeller fails to mention that he is suing a citizen in his county in order to obtain his court ruling.  He also provides no evidence to support his secrecy claim.  Again, Schoeller is a Republican.

On September 22, Schoeller’s lawsuit was served on Laurie Huddleston and she reached out for help.   A few days later, on September 27, attorney Dave Roland from the Freedom Center of Missouri, whose practice is to fight for citizens’ constitutional rights, learned of the case and reached out with a message to help.

Mr. Roland quickly pointed out that it’s his understanding that “… because the government initiated the lawsuit, … Missouri law requires the government to foot the bill for this sort of lawsuit, win or lose.” Of course, this means taxpayers will pay for Schoeller’s lawsuit.

On October 24th, Roland filed a reply on behalf of Laurie Huddleston  In it he includes the quote:

… this Court should rule in Huddleston’s favor and equip Missourians to see for themselves whether or not our election machines are improperly affecting the outcomes of our elections.”

If successful, it could mean that Missouri will make CVRs from all counties available to the public.

Americans deserve the right to know that their elections are free and fair and that they can be supported by actual legitimate votes.

The Air Force improperly leaked private and confidential information about a Republican candidate being sexually assaulted while she was serving in the military.

The Air Force has admitted responsibility for information about Indiana House candidate Jennifer Ruth-Green’s sexual assault being improperly leaked to an opposition research firm and subsequently handed to a Politico reporter.

“Based on the preliminary findings of an investigation, it appears information was released to a third party by a junior individual who didn’t follow proper procedures and obtain required consent,” Ann Stefanek, chief of media operations at the Air Force, said in a statement to The Hill on Wednesday. “The Department of the Air Force takes its responsibility to safeguard private information seriously and the matter remains under investigation.”

Before the admission, Indiana Reps. Jim Banks and Larry Bucshon had released a joint statement calling for the Air Force to admit fault in the matter.

“The Air Force improperly affected a competitive House race and must provide transparency before election day,” the statement said. “We are calling on the Air Force to publicly take responsibility for mishandling Lt Col Green’s service records. Additionally, before the midterm election, the Air Force should release any information it has regarding the financial relationship between the DCCC and the opposition research firm that sent confidential records to Politico’s Adam Wren to smear a servicemember who happens to be running for public office.”

The congressmen added that the Air Force had taken responsibility in a call the previous day, and that they had identified the leaker.

“On yesterday’s call, the Air Force took full responsibility for improperly releasing Lt. Col Green’s confidential personnel records to an opposition research firm just weeks before the midterm election,” the statement said. “Lt. Gen. Davis informed us that the leaker has been identified and will be held accountable.”

The Politico report detailed that in 2009, “an Iraqi serviceman sexually assaulted [Green] by grabbing her breast and exposing himself” when “she and a small group of officers visited the national training center.”

Green told Politico that when she reported the assault she faced retaliation, including having her career “intentionally derailed.” She also asked the outlet not to publish details about the assault, a request that went ignored.

“I’m a survivor of sexual trauma in the military, and I am being forced to discuss it publicly for the first time because Congressman Mrvan or his supporters obtained — either illegally or by egregious error — military records describing my sexual assault as well as performance reviews, and peddled those records to the media with the intent smear me and my military career …,” Green said in a statement to Politico.

Though her opponent, Rep. Frank Mrvan, has denied involvement in the leak, Green’s campaign isn’t buying it.

“The walls are closing in on Congressman Mrvan,” Kevin Hansberger, Green’s communications director, said in a statement to The Hill.

“He denied any involvement in obtaining and leaking Jennifer-Ruth Green’s military records. Now we know the Air Force did release documents illegally to a Democrat opposition research firm. And we know what firm it was and we know they work for the DCCC … which has been coordinating so closely with Frank Mrvan that every ad he’s aired in this race they split the cost of. To believe Mrvan and his cronies didn’t know is laughable. There is more to come.”

Florida has not sold its soul to the devil. The Sunshine State still has free and fair elections, the Democrat fraud in the state — that is still very real — cannot top the Republican vote in the state.

Florida, like Iowa and Ohio, was once a swing state. Today all three bellwether states are reliable Republican strongholds. The Democrats were not able steal these important states.

On Thursday Politico broke the news that Democrats are pulling out of Florida. The state is lost. They will put their money elsewhere.

Jake Lang was nearly killed on January 6th when he was gassed and smothered in a huge pile of people on the steps of the US Capitol.  The woman beside him, Rosanne Boyland, was killed that day.  She was gassed and crushed in the pile.  Capitol Police Officer Lila Morris was filmed beating Rosanne with a stick after she was passed out.  While Jake was buried under the pile, Capitol police continued to push protesters on top of him.  Jake also saw Philip Anderson’s limp body laying next to Rosanne Boyland. Jake was able to pull Anderson to safety and save his life that day.  Later Jake was seen battling with police who continued their deadly assault on Trump supporters.

Today, Jake Lang languishes in prison, alone, for 20 hours a day.  Jake was recently transferred to a top security prison where he is held with convicted murderers and violent criminals in the same block.  Jake has not been convicted of a crime.  He has been held in prison by the Biden regime for nearly two years now.  Democrats celebrate this.

On several occasions, Jake has been cast into solitary confinement without any justification. Jake has been transferred to eight different detention facilities over the course of the last 22 months.

Paypal’s policy of charging $2,500 for spreading “inaccurate or misleading information” has been reinstated as outlined in the Restricted Activities under the User Agreement.

On September 26th, the financial service announced some changes to certain agreements.

Starting November 3, 2022, PayPal is expanding the existing list of prohibited activities to include the sending, posting, or publication of messages, content, or materials under its Acceptable Use Policy.

“Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a violation of the PayPal User Agreement and may subject you to damages, including liquidated damages of $2,500.00 U.S. dollars per violation, which may be debited directly from your PayPal account(s) as outlined in the User Agreement,” said PayPal.

Users will be subject to a financial penalty if they violate the revised policy in any way, including by spreading false information, engaging in discrimination against the LGBTQ community, posing a risk to user safety, and so on.

Paypal stated, ” You may not use the PayPal service for activities that involve the sending, posting, or publication of any messages, content, or materials that, in PayPal’s sole discretion, (a) are harmful, obscene, harassing, or objectionable, (b) depict or appear to depict nudity, sexual or other intimate activities, (c) depict or promote illegal drug use, (d) depict or promote violence,  criminal activity, cruelty, or self-harm (e) depict, promote, or incite hatred or discrimination of protected groups or of individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (e.g. race, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, etc.) (f) present a risk to user safety or wellbeing, (g) are fraudulent, promote misinformation, or are unlawful, (h) infringe the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights of any party, or (i) are otherwise unfit for publication.” (You can download the announcement here.)

After major backlash, PayPal reversed course and said they would not be fining people $2,500 for spreading ‘misinformation.’

A spokesperson said the policy went out in error and the company would not be fining people for misinformation.

“An AUP notice recently went out in error that included incorrect information. PayPal is not fining people for misinformation and this language was never intended to be inserted in our policy. Our team is working to correct our policy pages. We’re sorry for the confusion this has caused,” PayPal said in an email.

They just lied to you. PayPal is not to be trusted.

ICYMI – PayPal has reinstated its $2,500 fine for “misinformation.”

News is spreading that PayPal has reinstated their policy to fine users $2,500 directly from their account if they “provide false, inaccurate or misleading information” according to its updated PayPal User Agreement.

“You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of PayPal’s services, regardless of the purpose of the use. In addition, you must adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a violation of the PayPal User Agreement and may subject you to damages, including liquidated damages of $2,500.00 U.S. dollars per violation, which may be debited directly from your PayPal account(s) as outlined in the User Agreement (see “Restricted Activities and Holds” section of the PayPal User Agreement).

Its Restricted Activities and Holds states, “In connection with your use of our websites, your PayPal account, the PayPal services, or in the course of your interactions with PayPal, other PayPal customers, or third parties, you must not provide false, inaccurate or misleading information.”

“If you’ve violated our Acceptable Use Policy, then you’re also responsible for damages to PayPal caused by your violation of this policy; or

“If you are a seller and receive funds for transactions that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, then in addition to being subject to the above actions you will be liable to PayPal for the amount of PayPal’s damages caused by your violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. You acknowledge and agree that $2,500.00 U.S. dollars per violation of the Acceptable Use Policy is presently a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal’s actual damages – including, but not limited to, internal administrative costs incurred by PayPal to monitor and track violations, damage to PayPal’s brand and reputation, and penalties imposed upon PayPal by its business partners resulting from a user’s violation – considering all currently existing circumstances, including the relationship of the sum to the range of harm to PayPal that reasonably could be anticipated because, due to the nature of the violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, actual damages would be impractical or extremely difficult to calculate. PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing balance in any PayPal account you control,” Paypal said.

Earlier this month, the former President of PayPal, David Marcus, blasted the policy — calling it “insanity” because “a private company now gets to decide to take your money if you say something they disagree with.” Even the new boss at Twitter agreed to his comment.

Several public figures have advocated for a boycott of PayPal over the company’s Orwellian “misinformation” policy, and some have already done so. Following a surge of online calls to close PayPal accounts, several users are reporting closing issues.

PayPal has removed the ability for users to close their accounts.
