This week one of the remaining defendants in the state prosecution of Minneapolis police involved with the death of George Floyd pled guilty on Monday to the remaining state charges. Thomas Lane had previously pled guilty to state charges and Derek Chauvin was previously convicted in state court.

Only one defendant, Tou Thao, has now not yet either been convicted or taken a plea deal in both state and federal prosecutions. The other three defendants have now been convicted or pled guilty in both state and federal courts.

FLOYD COPS PROSECUTED BY FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS FOR OVER TWO YEARS

After this week’s plea deal was announced, defendant Tou Thao asked the state court Judge Peter Cahill to change his trial from a trial by jury to a ‘trial by stipulated facts’ which is a trial by judge. Defendant Thao chose to avoid a jury trial to have his guilt and possible punishment decided by a judge.

The four police officers primarily involved with Floyd’s death have been prosecuted by both the state and federal prosecutors for over two years.

This past July, three of the officers were sentenced in a federal criminal trial. Kueng received a three year sentence, and Thao and Lane both received a three and a half year sentence. Derek Chauvin received a 21 year federal sentence with five of those years under supervised release.

RIOTS FROM FLOYD DEATH WERE MASSIVE IN SCALE, MOST PROTESTERS WERE NOT PROSECUTED

Floyd died on May 25, 2020 and after his death was promoted by race hoaxster Shaun King, nationwide riots resulted. In the riots at least 19 were killed, thousands injured, including 2,000 injured police, 17,000 arrested, and property damages were estimated at $1-2 billion. Most of the charges against Floyd protesters were dropped.

The officers involved have been prosecuted in both state and federal courts for the Floyd death. On April 21, 2021 Officer Derek Chauvin was convicted in state court of unintentional second-degree murder, third degree murder, and second-degree murder, guilty on all counts and received a sentence of 22.5 years.

AS PROSECUTIONS CONTINUE, QUESTION OF WHAT CAUSED FLOYD DEATH CONTINUES TO RAGE

A week ago the family of George Floyd filed a $250 million suit against Kanye West for daring to suggest Floyd died from a Fentanyl drug overdose instead of from police misconduct.

Kanye West had referenced a documentary by Candace Owens, “The Greatest Lie Ever Sold: George Floyd and the rise of BLM” that pointed out that when he died, George Floyd had a fatal amount of the illegal drug fentanyl in his body.

The Owens documentary is featured at the Daily Wire and is behind a paywall.

Even in small doses, fentanyl can be deadly. Floyd had 11 nanograms of fentanyl in his body at the time of his death. Floyd’s May 2020 autopsy also reported recent meth use and serious heart disease present. USA Today declared that reports of Floyd’s fentanyl use are irrelevant because some people have reportedly survived with higher levels of the potent drug in their systems.

Enormous political, social, legal, and media pressure has been put to bear to advance the narrative that Floyd died through the actions of the police and that Floyd’s drug use was not a contributing factor.

CNN CEO Chris Licht started conducting a business review of the news network when he agreed to take the job in April.

That evaluation wrapped up last week, according to people familiar with the matter, and CNN employees are about to find out Licht’s conclusions.

Licht faces many challenges at CNN. Like all cable news networks, the business is shrinking. CNN makes money off advertising and pay-TV subscriber fees. But as millions of Americans cancel traditional pay TV each year in favor of streaming services, CNN almost certainly can’t raise subscription rates at a fast enough clip to make up for declining viewer numbers…

Licht’s review is part of a larger effort spearheaded by Zaslav, who has told division heads throughout the company to rethink their units and find ways to cut costs. More than 1,000 people will be laid off by Warner Bros. Discovery
before the end of the year, said the people, who asked not to be named because the discussions are private and ongoing. Warner Bros. Discovery has about 40,000 employees.

Licht doesn’t have a specific order to cut a certain amount of jobs or save a specific percentage of spending. But he’s planning to cut parts of CNN that he have become bloated over time, said the people. A CNN spokesperson declined to comment.

Pasadena, California – A 65-year-old woman smashed a homeowner’s windows in a terrifying rampage on Monday.

The homeowner’s newborn baby was sleeping in a bassinet next to one of the front windows.

The grandmother was home at the time babysitting her 6-week old granddaughter when she heard the attacker smash one of the windows.

The grandmother quickly jumped into action and grabbed the baby out of the bassinet and rushed to the back of the home.

The homeowner and father to the newborn, Arman Tchoukadarian, became emotional as he recalled the horrifying attack to Eyewitness News.

“My mother-in-law’s first instinct was to grab the baby,” said Tchoukadarian. “Two seconds later, all you see is huge shards of glass in the bassinet where she would be. It was miracle she reacted fast enough or else my daughter would be dead.”

The attacker, Beverly Baker, was taken into custody after a 30-minute standoff.

Baker did at least $20,000 worth of damage to the property, ABC 7 reported.

“Everyone’s still shaken up,” said Tchoukadarian. “We built this house from scratch. We put all our savings into this house because it’s a nice neighborhood. We grew up here, and this is how we get welcomed to the neighborhood.”

100 Percent Fed Up reports – Americans no longer trust our intelligence agencies, especially after the January 6th incident where people like former Oath Keepers AZ Chapter President Ray Epps, who spent two days calling on Trump supporters to join him at the Capitol instead of at the Ellipse, briefly appeared on the FBI’s Most Wanted list only to disappear once a sufficient number of primarily Trump-supporting Americans were arrested for their role in an armless “insurrection.”

So when a group of masked men, wearing khakis and identical jackets, showed up in Washington, DC, on December 4, 2021, and no one had ever heard of them, the radars went up on people like me who are paying attention. The khaki-clad group of similar-sized and aged men marched to the Lincoln Memorial, and then almost as quickly as they came, they marched back to the UHaul trucks that brought them to the event.

The Left immediately made up stories about the group and their ties to “right-wing” extremists and “white supremacy.”

The only problem is…no one on the right has ever heard of these guys. Conservatives, however, seem to think they have a pretty good idea about where this new group came from.

Yesterday, a case was filed in federal court by Hillary Clinton’s lawyer Marc Elias against Clean Elections USA, a grassroots group that openly requests that volunteers help to monitor absentee ballot drop boxes leading up to the November election.  In his lawsuit, the creepy leftist lawyer Marc Elias claims volunteers reportedly tied to the group are allegedly intimidating voters and violating federal law, including the Voting Rights Act.

Epoch Times reported on the lawsuit against Clean Elections USA and its founder, Melody Jennings, that was filed by Marc Elias’s law firm on behalf of the Arizona Alliance for Retired Americans and Voto Latino.

“No person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for voting or attempting to vote, or intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person for urging or aiding any person to vote or attempt to vote,” the law states in part.

Clean Elections USA members and supporters have gathered outside boxes in Maricopa County in recent weeks to watch as people drop off ballots.

Jennings said on social media that people should go to the boxes to act as a “deterrent” against voter fraud.

“We must legally deter people from committing voter fraud. The only way we can do this is to monitor those drop box locations with a team of volunteers. That is why we’re reaching out to patriots like yourself who have similar concerns. In short, we need your help!” the Clean Elections USA website states.

It’s curious that the so-called, elusive election observers who are allegedly tied to this grassroots election integrity group are dressed in almost identical gear (or costumes) worn by the so-called “Patriot Front” group.

Obama’s failed pick for Supreme Court Justice Merrick Garland was quick to weigh in on the so-called case of “voter intimidation,” much like when parents objected to the woke education being shoved down their children’s throats and started to show up at school board meetings to make their voices heard, they were quickly threatened by the DOJ threatened. Almost right on cue, America’s dirtiest Attorney General, Merrick Garland, weighed in on the so-called controversy, saying the agency “will not permit voters to be intimidated.”

Democrats must quell any organized activity by crazy Americans who might be organizing to protect the security of our elections.

Where was the DOJ when Stacy Abram’s thugs were intimidating voters on the streets of Atlanta during her failed bid to become Georgia’s governor in 2018? Of course, it’s a rhetorical question.

According to Epoch Times, some of the observers told a local reporter in Maricopa County, AZ, that the armed alleged poll observers were with Clean Elections USA.

Yes, you read that correctly; some of the observers told a local reporter that the two individuals (who authorities are still “searching” for) were tied to Clean Elections USA.

There are no reports of the armed observers being identified or found.

Let’s talk about those “armed observers” who were allegedly working with Clean Elections USA.

Local ABC15 reporter Nicole Grigg says her local television station is looking into several individuals watching a voter drop box in Mesa, AZ.

Grigg tweets that she is “told” that the election drop box observers “have magazine clips,” are “dressed in tactical gear,” and are “fully disguised.

Maricopa County’s far-left Sheriff Penzone was asked about the observer’s alleged charge of “voter intimidation,” he responded by saying he would step up security around drop boxes. In the second video below, you can see the sheriffs measuring the distance between election observers peacefully seated in folding chairs next to the drop boxes and the actual drop box to ensure they are following election law.

So, where are the two people dressed in khakis who look very much like members of the “Patriot Front” group, which many still believe is a fake group?

The far-left Maricopa County sheriff and the spokesperson for the radical progressive group “Voto Latino” warn about “folks” who are “creating problems” in advance of the election.

 Yahoo News reports – “The more folks there are that are creating problems, the more deputies that you’re going to see on the streets focused on this versus burglaries and crimes against children and robberies and all the stuff we should be doing,” Sheriff Paul Penzone said at a press conference on election security.

“But we’ll come, and we’ll babysit polling sites because people have to misbehave if that’s what we have to do to protect democracy.”

“The tactics being used by Clean Elections USA aren’t just profoundly dangerous to voters in Arizona, they’re an affront to the fundamental principles of our democracy,” Maria Teresa Kumar, president and CEO of Voto Latino said in a statement.

In his ongoing efforts to make the observation of the upcoming election nearly impossible for election observers and poll challengers, Marc Elias is seeking a temporary restraining order prohibiting Clean Elections USA from gathering “within sight of drop boxes” and from following or recording voters or prospective voters at or around drop boxes.

Clean Elections USA would also be barred from “training, organizing, or directing” people to monitor drop boxes if the order is imposed.

On October 13, Reuters warned that thousands of “stop the steal” supporters were being trained as election observers. With absolutely no evidence to support warnings of threats of violence coming from these everyday Americans, Reuter resorted to writing about an incident in July where dozens of angry election watchers pounded on the windows inside the El Paso County Clerk’s office and recorded election officials with cell phones during an election recount.

Reuters, a publication that frequently acts as a mouthpiece for the DNC, appears to be part of a coordinated effort between the fake news media and the Democrat Party that is pushing a false narrative about how Americans should fear violence from Republicans or MAGA supporters leading up to and surrounding the mid-term elections.

Using buzz words like “multiple incidents,” with no links back to any evidence or previous reports, and “intimidation,” which appears to be the keyword in the Maricopa County case, and an “army” of election observers, which of course, falsely denotes a militant approach used by election observers. And as usual, the Reuters article ties up their ridiculous article filled with propaganda with the usual disclaimer about “Trump’s false theories” surrounding the 2020 election and how they were never proven.

As the United States enters the final stretch to November’s midterm elections, Reuters documented multiple incidents of intimidation involving an expanding army of election observers, many of them recruited by prominent Republican Party figures and activists echoing Trump’s false theories about election fraud. The widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election, as alleged by Trump and his supporters, was never proven.

As Republican and Independent poll challengers and observers form groups across the county to fight back against organized voter fraud, radical, far-left lawyers like Marc Elias are making their way across America and cherry-picking cases to defend the radicals who are attempting to tie their hands.

In Michigan, Elias attempted to join a lawsuit against the state’s dishonest Democrat SOS Jocelyn Benson for making up her own set of new rules that would prevent poll challengers from doing their jobs.  Why was Marc Elias so concerned about Michigan election poll challengers?

The Soros-funded MI SOS Jocelyn Benson appears to be part of the plot by the Democrat Party to create a false narrative about violence leading up to the election. In one of her videos in a series called “#BensonsDirtyDeeds, MI GOP SOS candidate Kristina Karamo calls out Benson for lying about “threats” of “violence” leading up to and surrounding the November 2022 election.

Instead of addressing the 13-minute-long compilation of Detroit drop box surveillance video obtained by the Gateway Pundit and viewed by MC4EI, a top-notch election integrity group and 100 Percent Fed Up, MI Sos Jocelyn Benson would rather create fairy tales about threats of violence leading up to the election.

Finally, Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone said that the department has received two suspicious activity criminal reports but that no charges have been filed and the observers have not committed crimes.

“It doesn’t meet the threshold for a crime. This is a free nation. The Second Amendment is as important as the first. So that in and of itself does not constitute a crime,” he told reporters when asked about people being dressed in tactical gear and carrying guns.

Arizona law bars being armed or trying to persuade voters within 75 feet of a voting location.

The federal government, though, may decide that the people violated federal law, Penzone added. His agency is “working closely” with the Department of Justice.

Crooked New Jersey Democrat Senator Bob Menendez is under federal criminal investigation – AGAIN.

According to CNN, the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York is conducting the investigation into Menendez.

In October 2017 Democrat Senator Menendez went on trial for bribery. He faced a dozen criminal charges and was accused of accepting more than $700,000 in campaign related cash and thousands of dollars in free hotel rooms and air travel.

Four hookers confirmed they had attended sex parties with Salmon Melgen and Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) in the Dominican Republic.

The judge in the bribery trial for Sen. Bob Menendez later declared a mistrial, after jurors were unable to reach a verdict for more than a week.

It is unclear what the scope of the investigation is, a political advisor to Menendez told CBS News in a statement.

New Jersey Sen. Robert Menendez is under federal criminal investigation in New York, sources and a political adviser to the senator confirmed to CBS News.

Michael Soliman, a longtime political adviser to the New Jersey Democrat, told CBS News, “Senator Menendez is aware of an investigation that was reported today. However, he does not know the scope of the investigation. As always, should any official inquiries be made, the senator is available to provide any assistance that is requested of him or his office.”

The news site Semafor first reported the investigation into Menendez.

It appears the days of finding out who won an election on the day of voting are gone.

Democratic Secretary of State Leigh M. Chapman has already notified Pennsylvania voters that the mid-term elections will more than likely experience delays.

Chapman’s warnings are quite bizarre considering the election has yet to even take place.

According to Pittsburgh’s NPR Station, Chapman was quoted saying “It’s really important for us to get accurate information about the election process in Pennsylvania.”

In the virtual news conference, Chapman also admitted that the state of Pennsylvania is working closely with the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security to combat “threats”.

That wasn’t all though, Chapman would continue to say “Since I’ve been in office in January, we have constantly met with the FBI and Homeland Security just to talk through what the current threat landscape is and tools that we can give our counties to make sure that they have physical security protection as well as cyber security protection,”.

Chapman would even go on NBC and say “We are not going to have results on election night.”

It appears Hillary Clinton’s war cry is in full effect.

A US mail truck reportedly carrying dozens of absentee ballots caught was set aflame in southwest Georgia on Monday.

According to law enforcement officials, the mail carrier was not injured, but the vehicle and the mail it contained were completely destroyed.

The Baker County Sherrif’s Office published photographs of the Jeep engulfed in flames on social media.

The Secretary of State’s office issued a statement warning ballots may have been destroyed in the fire.

“A USPS truck, according to the election’s director down there, burned to a crisp. So, we’ve already had discussions with them,” Interim Deputy Secretary of State Gabriel Sterling said during a press conference. “There are 43 outstanding ballots in the county. We’re working with USPS to see if they have images of what might have been on that truck, to reissue them.”

The fire is one example of many issues state elections officials are likely to tackle during an election cycle, Sterling added.

“Worst comes to worst, we’ll reissue the 43 ballots, or the country will reissue the 43 ballots, and first across the line for the voters will be the ballots that are accepted,” Sterling said.

An inordinately high amount of Georgia residents have cast ballots during the state’s early voting phase of the 2022 midterm elections.

“Early voting centers opened across Georgia last week, and the vast majority of voters cast their ballots in person,” the Washington Post reports. “While every demographic and region of the state has seen elevated turnout relative to 2018, there has been a surge of participation from women, Black voters and voters over age 50.”

Approximately 100,000 absentee ballots were received on Tuesday while 124,000 Georgia residents voted in person during the early voting period, according to Fox 5 Atlanta.

As of Tuesday evening, over a million votes had been cast, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said in a statement.

In September, an Israeli health researcher and health journalist Dr. Yaffa Shir-Raz released shocking new information about her findings and exposed Israel’s cover-ups in reporting the adverse events related to Covid-19 vaccinations.

The Israeli Ministry of Health (MoH) discovered major safety issues with the COVID vaccines and hid the information from the public intentionally. MoH distorted the findings of the expert.

Dr. Yaffa took to Twitter to expose a leaked video where Prof. Mati Berkowitz, head of the research team appointed by the Israeli Ministry of Health (MoH) to examine the safety of the COVID-19 vaccine, was caught lying and manipulating an expert report on adverse events.

“Here we will have to really think medical-legal. Why medical-legal? Because for quite a few adverse events we said: ‘OK, it exists, and there is a report, but still get vaccinated’. I mean, we have to think about how to write it and how to present it correctly. So this will not yield lawsuits later: ‘Wait, wait, wait, you said everything will pass and you can get vaccinated. And now look what happened to me. The phenomenon continues’”.

A recent study in Israel revealed more than a 25% increase in calls in Israel’s National Emergency Medical Services (IEMS) concerning emergency cardiovascular events in the 16 to 39 age group during the Covid-19 vaccination rollout.

The study analyzed all calls related to cardiac arrest (CA) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) events from January 1st, 2019 to June 20th, 2021.

The researchers stated in their abstract, “while not establishing causal relationships, the findings raise concerns regarding vaccine-induced undetected severe cardiovascular side-effects and underscore the already established causal relationship between vaccines and myocarditis, a frequent cause of unexpected cardiac arrest in young individuals.”

Now, the Jerusalem District Court has ordered the Israeli Ministry of Health to disclose the vaccination status of the people who died during the pandemic, in response to a Freedom of Information (FOI) request from a citizen.

Epoch Times reported:

The Ministry of Health (MoH) has until mid-November to provide:

total mortality, for any reason, including COVID-19, noting the vaccination status of the deceased, the vaccine doses, and recoveries
data about child mortality from COVID-19, noting whether the deceased did or did not have comorbidities
COVID-19 mortality with the data segmented by comorbidities and according to vaccination status

The order came after David Shuldman, a systems analyst and an economist, filed an FOI request in 2021 for mortality data broken down by vaccination status. He also asked that deaths among people who recovered from COVID-19 be noted.

MoH was also ordered to reimburse most fees as well as pay expenses.

Shuldman told The Epoch Times that he hoped the MoH would publish the data but since they didn’t, he decided to try to get it and publish it himself.

“I don’t want to publish data analyses. I don’t want to rely on analyses that are unofficial. My goal is to get the Ministry of Health to investigate this issue, to publish the data properly, in an official way,” he said.

MoH did not respond to a request for comment.

Three days after the court order, Kan 11, an Israeli state-owned broadcaster, announced the MoH is going to study excess mortality to see whether the higher-than-normal deaths recorded during the pandemic are linked to COVID-19 vaccinations.

A Michigan county conjured up feelings of “deja vu” for many Michiganders and election integrity activists across the country this week as they discovered a “small concern” with their election sofware.

Ingham County Clerk Barb Byrum (D-Onondaga) issued a statement regarding the election problem that was discovered recently during “pre-election testing”.

WILX10 in Michigan reported:

“It was brought to the attention of County Clerk Byrum by a local clerk conducting their pre-election testing that there was a small concern with the election programming that would need to be fixed.”

In a statement from Clerk Byrum, she said:

“My staff, in consultation with our election vendor, discovered the root fo the probelm was the removal of the Lansing Township Annexation proposal ordered off the ballot last minute and were able to remediate it within days… I find it disappointing that one of the local clerks has chosen to sensationalize this situation by bringing it to the press.  Their sole motivation must be a misguided attempt to undermine the public’s confidence in our elections, and I find it reprehensible.”

WILX10 goes on to say that “discovering the fix before the election is the process [pre election testing] working.  Clerks will take the new programming and conduct public accuracy testing, as required under law, and this election will run smoothly.”

Prior to publishing, The Gateway Pundit reached out to Clerk Byrum with specific questions regarding this situation and actions taken to remedy it.  It is eerily familiar.  In fact, it occurred in the same state in the 2020 election.

Remember Antrim County?  Votes were flipped in Antrim because, according to experts, Clerk Sheryl Guy updated an individual precinct without updating the remaining precincts accordingly.  After all, they weren’t impacted by this last minute ballot change so why update them?

According to a state’s “expert” in the Antrim County case, the way ballots are designed, a simple removal or addition to the ballot can cause a counting error in all the subsequent races.  And that error would overlap into all the subsequent precincts based on alphabetical order.

The discrepancy can be read about here, as it may have also occurred in Dekalb County, GA in the 2022 Democratic Primary, but no one bothered to recount the rest of the races outside of Michelle Long Spears race, which flipped her from 3rd place to 1st place in the hand recount.  Similarly, the Antrim County hand count revealed votes flipped in the Presidential race in the 2020 election.  But what was also discovered in Antrim, but not explored in Dekalb, was the flips that occurred down ballot:

Strangely, no one in Antrim hand counted the rest of those races to prove (or disprove) J. Alex Halderman’s theory.  And no one bothered considering Halderman’s theory in Dekalb.  And now we have a precursor to Halderman’s theory that may have occurred in Ingham on their Dominion Voting Systems.  It is important that people understand the significance of minor changes like this, even beyond the potential software manipulation.
