Years ago the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) was a civil rights organization that valued free speech, free thought, freedom of assembly, freedom of religion, and a free society.

Today, the ACLU ignores individual rights and is just another branch of the Socialist left pushing total government control of your life.

The ACLU for some reason is suing Nye County Nevada for counting their ballots by hand and not by machine. It’s much harder for Democrats to cheat when they can’t rely on the voting machines. See the 2020 election to find out more.

 Early voting is well underway across Nevada two weeks until Election Day.

In Nye County, a new process to count ballots will be used this election. That hand counting will start later this week with the ballots that have already come in during early voting, but the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada (ACLU) is suing the county over the new election process. FOX5 spoke with Nye County Clerk Mark Kampf Monday, who said the hand counting will start on Wednesday morning, but the ACLU has challenged their proposed process and says they still are looking for clarity about how it will work.

“This isn’t about being partisan. It is about protecting our democracy,” stated Athar Haseebullah, the Executive Director of ACLU of Nevada. Haseebullah says Nye County’s new hand counting of ballots approved by Nye County Commissioners in a 5-0 vote back in March raises serious concerns.

“They had no real processes for how they wanted to do it, it was totally disorganized and chaotic and all fueled by conspiracy theories,” Haseebullah asserted.

The ACLU says it is almost unheard of not to use machines to count ballots and instead rely on people to count them by hand.

“I believe this is the largest county in the country that would have attempted to do this,” Haseebullah revealed.

Esmeralda County in Nevada has done hand counts before but there’s a big difference.

“They have about 300, a little over 300 voters… This has never been done in a county of this size where there are 30,000 voters,” Haseebullah contended.

Reporters shouted questions at Biden as he received his (5th?) Covid shot.

One reporter asked Joe Biden if he thought it was a mistake that New York’s Supreme Court nixed the vaccine mandate for city workers.

When asked about the ruling from New York’s State Supreme Court, Biden shrugged if off as a “local judgment.”

This is the same tyrant who tried to impose a federal vaccine mandate.

Now Biden says it is a local judgment.

More election challenges in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

TGP previously reported on the scandalous election operations in Gwinnett County, Georgia.  This county is on the north side of the state and it includes a portion of Atlanta.  In August we reported that 37,500 affidavits were provided to the County Election Board challenging the 2020 Election that never should have been certified in Georgia.

But the Election Board has discarded these affidavits and the hours and days of work that went into gathering this data and obtaining affidavits. 

According to the press release below from the residents in the county who provided the 37,500 affidavits to the County, their work was essentially ignored.

These affidavits include 20,000 challenges to actual votes that were certified just after the 2020 election and Gwinnett has still to provide an answer.

After a specially called Board meeting on October 3, 2022, by Dr. Wandy Taylor, Stephen Day, and Anthony Rodriquez, the Board unlawfully voted 3 – 2 to dismiss all of these challenges, citing them as a “fraught with errors” and a list while even admitting they hadn’t reviewed them all.

The 2022 Election Cheat is on, real-time in Gwinnett County Georgia.   The dismissed Affidavits were not a list, as stated by Mr. Day, but eight boxes of notarized Affidavits containing months of research with up to five pieces of evidence each.  They serve as “notice” to the County of facts contained in their voter rolls.  Now the group is tracking these issues real-time in the Gwinnett County 2022 Absentee Files and the current Voter Roll.

The residents who performed the work to obtain these affidavits believe the Board members are now complicit with the crimes they uncovered and they should resign.

The Alaska Republican party voted to censure Mitch McConnell by a vote of 49-8.

The censure was over his support for Senator Lisa Murkowski.

McConnell ran attack ads against Kelly Tshibaka, the Trump-backed candidate running against Murkowski.

The resolution called for an immediate end to the attack ends against Tshibaka.

The Epoch Times reported:

The Alaska Republican Party on Monday voted to censure Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) for making allegedly misleading statements about their favored candidate for Senate and endorsing Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska).

“Much of the financial support from the Senate Leadership Fund has been used for malicious political attack ads targeted at our endorsed candidate, Kelly Tshibaka, that are gross distortions of fact,” the Alaska GOP’s resolution said on Monday evening, referring to McConnell’s fund. “We request the Senate Leadership Fund immediately stop the attack ads against Kelly Tshibaka and discontinue the support of all other opposing candidates.”

The resolution passed 49–8, according to local media. Reports also indicated that McConnell’s fund has spent $5 million targeting Tshibaka with attack ads in a bid to help Murkowski.

Mitch McConnell continues to support Lisa Murkowski despite the fact that she announced her support for the Democrat candidate Mary Peltola the in the Alaska House race.

Yesterday, The Gateway Pundit reported on a discussion that Joe Biden hosted with six transgender activists at the White House in coordination with Now This.  Dylan Mulvaney, who is on day 221 of his transition from a man to a transwoman, asked Joe Biden:

“Do you think states should have a right to ban gender-affirming healthcare?”

Joe Biden, who never seems to miss an opportunity to politicize his late son Beau Biden, goes back to an already-fact-checked statement he made in October of 2020 and doubles down that his son “passed the broadest piece of legislation that he, as attorney general, was able to convince the legislature, the governor to sign.”  At least this time he caught himself, kind of.  But that’s not the fact check:

He then goes on to say that the bill dealt with “all gender-affirming capability” when in fact, the bill (Delaware SB97) had nothing to do with gender-affirming care or capability, but rather with equal rights, which all Americans should agree with even if they don’t agree with transgenderism.

The last of three fact-checks in this short “discussion” involves the overall topic:  gender-affirming care bans.  The host opens up by saying:

There have been many anti-LGBTQ+ bills introduced and enacted, outlawing things like gender-affirming healthcare and banning kids from playing sports.

The first statement is mostly false.  The only state that has introduced any gender-affirming care ban beyond minors is North Carolina, which extends the proposed ban to 21 and under, which they defined as a “minor”.  No other state has proposed any ban on gender-affirming care for adults.

The second statement is entirely false.  No one has been banned kids from playing sports.  They are, however, required to play sports against their biological sex in the enacted regulations in at least seven states.  As The Gateway Pundit reported last week, a North Carolina high school has opted to forfeit future girls volleyball matches against a local team with a transwoman on their team.  This decision was the result of a biological female being injured by a physically superior transwoman:

The radical left has embarked on global campaigns around the world to cancel prominent historical figures and places in the name of “racial justice” and political correctness. Now they have their sights on cancelling an entire country.

The Māori Party of New Zealand presented a petition of 70,000 names before New Zealand’s Parliament to not only officially change the country’s name to Aotearoa, but to also “restore the original Māori names for all towns, cities, and places right across the country” by 2026. This not only means the name New Zealand will be erased but also the nation’s entire identity with famous cities such as Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, and Queenstown no longer in existence.

Debbie Ngarewa-Packer, co-chair of the Māori Party, argues renaming New Zealand Aotearoa will correct the so-called wrongs of colonization.  From NPR:

“It’s really important that we dismantle some of the grips of colonization that have hindered our ability to reach our true potential. And one of the biggest things that’s reflected in some of the poorer states across the nation is the lack of self-identity, is the lack of actually understanding even who the tangata whenuaor Indigenous people, Māori of Aotearoa are.”

“It will have a massive positive impact on the ability for us to reclaim not just our language, but to lift the trauma of colonization”

Ngarewa-Packer provided no evidence during the interview of the Māori being held back by colonization. Furthermore, there is no justification for referring to New Zealand as Aotearoa in the first place. Bruce Moon, a New Zealand historian, aptly notes that “in the pre-European era, Māori had no name for the country as a whole.” The country was discovered by Dutch explorer Abel Tasman in 1642 and the Dutch East India Company named the place “Nieuw Zeeland.” The island was later renamed New Zealand after becoming a British colony in 1840. Aotearoa did not emerge into the lexicon until 1890when it was used in a fictional story by author Stephenson Percy Smith.

The prospects for a name change in the near future appear unclear. The New Zealand Parliament has not acted as of today and far-left Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has not pushed to rename New Zealand. Last year, however, she said more people referring to the country as Aotearoa was “a positive thing” and “a transition that has been welcomed.”  The cancel culture warriors will surely take comfort with those comments.

Even if the New Zealand Parliament takes no action, the mission to erase New Zealand from memory will continue uninterrupted. Ngarewa-Packer argues “it’s not a matter of if but when” New Zealand becomes Aotearoa. Furthermore, there been a stealthmovement within the Ardern government, domestic companies, and newspapers amplifying Aotearoa into the public consciousness. The woke White House even issued a joint statement referring to New Zealand as “Aotearoa New Zealand” after Joe Biden met with Ardern back in May.

The left never gives in until achieving their ultimate goals and will play the long game if necessary. Unless a vigilant and unwavering right emerges in New Zealand to push back against this madness, the nation will at some point no longer exist.

Loss of smell comes in at number 9 and shortness of breath comes far down the list at number 30, indicating the symptoms as recorded previously are changing with the evolving variants of the virus.

James O’keefe and Project Veritas Action released a new undercover exposé video of a Mark Kelly staffer telling their journalist to lie to voters when canvassing doors and hide Kelly’s radical pro-abortion agenda.

When asked to lie about Mark Kelly’s stance on abortion, the journalist asked if Mark Kelly is pro-life, and his staffer responded, “absolutely, he’s not pro-life.”

The staffer advised the journalist to say, “Mark Kelly is pro-life but also pro-keeping the government out of our healthcare. I don’t know, something stupid like that” because ” he can’t win with just Democrat votes.”

They even laughed as they told the journalist to invoke Mark Kelly’s wife, Gabby Gifford,  a mass shooting victim in 2011, and say that Mark Kelly values life because of this tragic incident.

These people are disgusting, and they only value life when they’re pushing their pro-death agenda.
